Abstract: A golf bag with a removable snap-in strap system wherein the strap system comprises a set of heterogeneous connectors that fasten a set straps to the golf bag. The connectors are able to accommodate the dominant hand of the user through a variety of heterogeneous configurations of the connectors, including geometry, ability to angle the straps, and surface area. These configurations allow the straps to create more arm space for the user, an easier assembly to a corresponding divider top, and equal distribution of weight across the straps, thereby, promoting comfort and balance for the user.

Abstract: A backpack cover including (i) a shell having an opening and (ii) a band surrounding the perimeter and capable of securing the shell on a backpack. The backpack cover may be convertible and further include at least one pair of fasteners being capable of having a shoulder strap attached thereto and a zipper including a first set of teeth and a second set of teeth configured to engage with each other and close the opening. The backpack cover may also further include at least one solar panel and an output electrically connected, via a voltage converter to the solar panel.

Abstract: An insulating device can include an aperture having a waterproof closure which allows access to the chamber within the insulating device. The closure can help prevent any fluid leakage into and out of the insulating device if the insulating device is overturned or in any configuration other than upright. The closure may also prevent any fluid from permeating into the chamber if the insulating device is exposed to precipitation, other fluid, or submersed under water. This construction results in an insulating chamber that is substantially impervious to water and other liquids when the closure is sealed.

Abstract: An animal lifting device and method is provided. In particular, a hip member and a chest member are provided that have handles thereon. The chest member and the hip member may be selectively interconnected to each other with an interconnection member. The chest member may include an upper portion, shoulder pads, a chest pad, a center cross member, and an adjustable strap. The hip member may include an upper portion, an adjustable sling, and adjustable straps.

Abstract: A folding structure rolling bag has a bag portion. The bag is not rigid and a lengthwise zipper opens along a length of the bag portion. The folding structure rolling bag also has a frame portion. The frame is rigid and includes a right wheel axle holding a right wheel and a left wheel axle holding a left wheel. The frame portion includes a vertical frame portion and a horizontal frame portion. The vertical frame portion extends no more than a quarter of a length of the bag portion. The frame portion is an aluminum extrusion. The lengthwise zipper extends from a rear bag opening to a front cover, and the front cover is configured to cover a folding structure.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for supporting a golf club. The device includes two telescoping legs that are attached to a body. A c-shaped clamp is formed as part of the housing and is dimensioned to be clipped onto the shaft of a golf club. With the telescoping legs extended, the legs and golf club head form a tripod. This arrangement allows the club to be supported in an upright position on the golf course and prevent the golf grip from getting dirty or wet.

Abstract: A golf club stand of unitary construction having a snap on open collar and two supporting legs that downwardly and outwardly extend away from the open collar in a mirrored configuration. Each supporting leg ends in feet that rest on a supporting surface, such as anyplace along a golf course, so that when a shaft of a golf club is snapped into the open collar, the golf club stands in a upright orientation with the support of the feet, making the golf club highly visible.

The golf club caddy comprises a plurality of club holders, a container, a cylinder, a plurality of legs, and a leg opening mechanism.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses related to golf club grips with attached or embedded RFID tags are described. In an embodiment, a RFID tag is attached to or embedded into a golf club grip and a RFID reader incorporated into a personal computing device may read or capture information associated with the RFID tag. The device may be configured to provide notifications to the golfer based on the captured information.

The base plate is in the shape of a shell with an upward opening. Its periphery is configured with a number of inserting plates. A number of through portions are configured on the ring body at positions corresponding to the inserting plates. The upper frame is coupled on the base plate in a detachable form, with its periphery configured with a number of inserting slots with downward openings and through-holes connecting with the inserting slots. The inserting plates are to be correspondingly inserted into the inserting slots, so that the base plate and the upper frame can be combined together. The through-holes are corresponding to the through portions. The coupling pieces can be inserted into the through-holes and through portions in a detachable form.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for ergonomically carrying golf clubs. The method and apparatus entails dual shoulder straps to securely support a golf bag between the user's shoulder blades in an upright vertical orientation. A lifting loop provides a means for safely lifting the vertical golf bag onto the user's back with minimal arm strength by using leg and core muscles.

Abstract: An animal-shaped golf bag is a golf bag that houses, transports, and protects golf clubs and additional items. In addition to maintaining the original functionality of a golf bag, the animal-shaped golf bag additionally provides the aesthetic appearance of an animal. The clamp apparatus is an accessory that is added to golf bags to allow any golf bag to be safely and securely transported on any golf cart configuration. The clamp apparatus is molded so that the elongated body forms a member bent at an upper portion, with one or more curvatures in the elongated body to adhere to contours of a golf bag so that no damage occurs when the golf bag is secured to a golf cart. Angled portions of the front side have recessed cavities within which a strap assembly is coupled to the clamp apparatus to enable coupling of a golf bag to one or more fixed members of a golf cart. The strap assembly may also be adhered to one of the side members to enable coupling of a golf bag to the one or more fixed members of the golf cart.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for securing golf clubs stored in a golf bag so that their tendency to bounce and collide with one another, and thereby produce an undesirable chattering noise, is greatly reduced or eliminated while the golf bag is being carried. The system includes one or more lines or other extended items that make a serpentine path over the top of the golf bag, winding through the golf club shafts. One end of each of the one or more lines is attached to the carrying strap of the golf bag. When the golf bag carrying strap is raised to lift the golf bag off the ground for carrying, tension is placed on the lines and they are caused to retract, securing the clubs against the dividers so that they do not move around and collide with one another as the golf bag is being carried.

Abstract: One embodiment of a golf bag base that securely seats the multi-sized grip ends of golf clubs within a golf bag for storage. The base is located at the bottom interior of a golf bag and has upon it a plurality of shaped partitions. Each partition is wider at its bottom end and extends upwardly and inwardly at an angle to terminate at a narrower apex end. The partitions define volumes of space between each set of adjacent partitions that are sized for both narrow and wide diameter golf club grip ends. The surfaces of the partitions frictionally secure and release the grip ends of the golf clubs with a simple twist by the user. The apex end of each partition has a rigidly flexible deflecting tip that helps to guide a golf club grip end to an adjacent available empty space within the storage base.

Abstract: A golf bag having adjustable dividers is disclosed herein. The golf bag of the present invention allows a user to arrange the adjustable dividers to create the size, configuration, and number of golf club compartments desired by the user. The dividers of the present invention are composed of interlocking, structural material to prevent golf clubs from getting tangled within the golf bag, and are assembled into an adjustable divider cartridge comprising a base retainer that is inserted into a golf bag. Once the divider cartridge is disposed within the golf bag, top retainers are added to retain the divider cartridge and prevent it from moving around within the golf bag.

Abstract: A golf bag that includes a main bag and an accessory bag coupled to the main bag. The main bag is formed to include a bag-receiver chamber that is configured to accept the accessory bag. The accessory bag is coupled to the main bag by posts that engage a retention slots formed in the side walls of the bag-receiver chamber. The accessory bag is supported by the main bag and includes a foldable leg assembly that permits the accessory bag to be set up in a tripod configuration when separated from the main bag.
