Further, the paint liner comprises a plurality of indicia spaced apart along a length of the paint liner and each of the indicia represent an incremental change in an internal volume of the paint liner.

Abstract: A system for providing an expiration month on cosmetic containers that store perishable make-up media including a container, a control, and a handle portion formed on the control. The handle portion has a greater outer diameter than an outer diameter of an exterior surface of the control wherein the greater outer diameter prevents the handle portion from entering the container, and a plurality of date-months formed on the exterior surface of the control in a sequential order in a first circumferential direction. The handle portion rotates the control in a second circumferential direction that is opposite the first circumferential direction thereby changing the date-months until the desired expiration date-month is visible in the aperture.

Abstract: A label for removable application to an article such as a beverage bottle includes a backing layer (2) comprising a laminate of a bi-axially oriented polyester such as PET (12) and a bi-axially oriented polypropylene (14). The polyester film (12) has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the polypropylene film (14). Consequently, when the label is heated, it will tend to curl and this effect can be used to assist in the removal of the label from the article in a hot washing bath during recycling of the article.

The guide insert may include a base flange (38), a pair of side flanges for funneling product units into the truncated area that defines a next dispensing position. A flexible bridge (34) includes at least one high point and a fence portion that can descend into the base flange upon application of sufficient pressure to the at least one high point. This allows a product unit to advance to a dispensing position such that product units can be dispensed one at a time through user manipulation of the flexible bridge.

Abstract: It is provided a label for attaching on a packaging, particularly for cosmetical and/or pharmaceutical products, comprising a packaging label with a machine-readable identification code, particularly an EAN-barcode, and a cover label covering at least partially the identification code for rendering the identification code machine-unreadable, wherein the cover label is adapted for irreversibly damaging the identification code. Due to the cover label the identification code is machine-unreadable, so that a scanner cash register would not accept a packaging provided with this label and a resale is prevented. Since the identification code would be irreversibly damaged by the cover label, the identification code stays machine-unreadable even when the cover label is removed. The risk for an unauthorized resale of a packaging can be reduced in a facilitated manner.

Exposure to heat from a hot liquid poured in the container activates the microspheres, which expand to increase thermal insulation properties, thereby allowing a user to hold the cup without being too hot to the touch.

The system includes a secure recovery unit, secure tank units, and equipment for connecting the recovery unit to the tank units. The system is configured such that, during its operation, safety and security risks commonly associated with the transfer of matter to and from extinguisher tanks are greatly reduced.

An uppermost paper sheet product of one of the stacks displays the first motif image and an uppermost paper sheet product of another of the stacks displays the second motif image. The napkins may be folded in each stack such that the exposed image of each napkin in a given stack alternates between the first motif image and the second motif image. The first and second images may be motif images that are thematically related to one another, in that both the motif images are primarily associated with the same event, holiday, season or special occasion.
