Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of universal mounting brackets and dispensers with mounting brackets are disclosed herein. An exemplary universal dispenser mounting bracket includes a base. The base has a first surface for connecting to a dispenser. A first spring arm extends from the base in a first direction and has a first arm clamp. A second spring arm extends from the base in a second direction and has a second arm clamp. The first and second spring arms have a rest position and a biased position. Moving the first and second spring arms away from their rest position generates a clamp force in the spring arms that urges the first and second spring arms toward their rest position. When the mounting bracket is mounted to a surface, the base is on a first side of the surface and the first and second clamp arms are on a second side of the surface and the clamp force generated by the spring arms secures the mounting bracket to the surface.

An example apparatus includes a first panel, a second panel, a third panel, and a fourth panel, when in an erected position, the first panel, the second panel, the third panel and the fourth panel form a first cross-section at a first height and a second cross-section at a second height, the first cross-section having a greater area than the second cross-section, the first height lower than the second height. The example apparatus includes a first stop extending between a first vertex between the first panel and the third panel and a second vertex between the second panel and the fourth panel, the first stop to prevent movement of the first panel about the first vertex.

Abstract: According to embodiments disclosed herein, an apparatus may hold and retain glass articles during processing. The apparatus may define a plurality of receiving volumes for holding glass articles. The apparatus may include a bottom support floor, a glassware-securing member positioned above the bottom support floor, and a cover plate positioned above the glassware-securing member. The bottom support floor may include a plurality of fluid passages, the glassware-securing member may include a plurality of glassware-retaining openings, and the cover plate may include a plurality of fluid passages. Methods for the use of such apparatuses are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: The present disclosure refers to systems applied to cabinet body that mates quick mounting and fixing, applied to the furniture area specially to steel cabinets, for joining took apart pieces by fitting and screwing them or for mounting and joining them by welding. The cabinet body presents steel back part having a bend that forms a small backlash and with eyebolt-shaped reliefs for quick mounting the cabinet boxes. The top part has a wedged-shaped bend that when is joined to the strip-shaped steel plate having the wedge bend opposed to the one of the back part, it can be fixed to any wall, and a quick installation of the cabinet box on the wall is allowed.

Abstract: Disclosed is a spectacle frame presentation device for presenting spectacle frames in a predetermined number of presentation positions in a presentation environment, such as in a shop or at a fair. The device is suitable for an attractive presentation and easy removability of the spectacle frame. The device includes a column body wherein the column body has an elongate form and in a position of use has a relatively narrow front aspect relative to a relatively wide side aspect; and a predetermined number of recesses, such as cut-away portions, for forming respective presentation positions therein. The recesses are preferably formed as side portions cut out of the column body. The column body is a uni-body, preferably formed by means of manufacturing processes for forming an internal space. Also disclosed is a lock-in assembly and a method for manufacturing the spectacle frame presentation device.

The folded blank comprises a one-piece blank including a first side panel, a front panel, a second side panel and a back panel connected in series at respective first, second and third vertical fold lines. The back panel is folded about the third fold line and has a second manufacturer's joint strip engaged on the first side panel. The upper portion of the cabinet mounting bracket is retained within the portion of the wall mounting rail, which aligns the cabinet for mounting to the wall.

Abstract: A supporter includes a connecting body, a pair of supporting plates, and a pair of supporting arms. The pair of supporting plates is rotatably connected to the connecting body. The pair of supporting arms is rotatably connected to the supporting plates. When the supporter is in an open state, the pair of supporting arms are rotated to rest against each other. The pair of supporting arms and the corresponding supporting plates respectively form an angle therebetween so that the supporting arms and corresponding supporting plates are positioned in a manner to cooperatively support an electronic device. When the supporter is in a close state, the pair of supporting arms are received in the receiving chambers.

Abstract: Methods and device are provided for displaying a container. The device includes a number of stations to receive a number of containers. The container has an angled top and a recessed bottom. The device has an opening with a first end and a second end opposite of one another to receive the container. Each station has a die-cut angle at the first end of the opening to retain the container via the angled top. Each station has a die-cut post at the second end of the opening to retain the container via the recessed bottom.

Abstract: A delivery system comprising a covering containing at least a first substance for release to a surgical site is provided. The covering includes an elongated containment portion having at least one compartment, wherein the covering retains the first substance for mixing with a second substance prior to delivery at a surgical site. The covering may be a single or multi compartment structure capable of retaining at least partially the mixture of the at least first and second substances until the covering is placed at the surgical site. The elongated containment portion of the covering includes a first end and second end opposite each other, wherein at least one end defines an access port configured to receive a device capable of delivering a second substance into the elongated containment portion for mixing with the first substance prior to or during the surgical procedure.

The method includes providing a lens assembly tool comprising a lens receiving frame, a positioning plate, and a pressing plate forming a plurality of pressing punches; positioning a plurality of lens tubes in a plurality of receiving holes of the lens receiving frame; positioning one lens in each of the lens tubes; positioning the positioning plate on the lens receiving frame with the lens tubes extending through a plurality of through holes of the positioning plate; and positioning the pressing plate on the positioning plate with the pressing punches entering into the lens tubes to push the lenses into the lens tubes.

Each of the recessed portions is provided with a plurality of extensions which are perpendicular to an axial direction of each of the recessed portions and are spaced from each other with a proper interval. The extensions are used for holding and resting. Each of the side frames is bent to have a hexagonal shape. The support plates are combined with the connecting strips to construct a hexagonal rack.

Abstract: A framed jewelry wall organizer for storing and displaying jewelry is disclosed. This organizer is encased in a decorative frame. The central opening of the frame holds a fabricated clear, hard, plastic sheet with clear, hard, open top, rounded plastic cups on the front side of the sheet. Vacuum forming or injection molding creates this clear plastic sheet with clear cups and makes it one plastic unit. This clear plastic unit is then placed in the frame. A mat or mirror is then sandwiched behind the clear plastic sheet to add design. The mat or mirror can be clearly seen behind the transparent plastic sheet. Finally, a cardboard backing fits behind the mat or mirror and picture frame points are inserted to hold all of the components in the frame. The framed unit will be hung on a wall with picture frame hardware.

The first and second opposing widthwise edges are located adjacent to the inner surface of the sleeve such that the second widthwise edges span across the joint and wherein the first and second support members extend through a center of the sleeve.

Abstract: There is provided a display system that may be hung and that holds one or more pouches or bags containing an item to be used. The display is made from a blank having upper, middle and lower panels and an upper edge. There is a tab arrangement on the upper panel for holding the merchandise to be displayed. The bags are inserted from the back of the blank between the upper and middle panels and attached to the tab arrangement. After the bags are attached to the tab arrangement, the upper edge of the upper panel is inserted between the lower and middle panels and the lower panel is folded over the upper panel in order to hold the bags relatively firmly on the tab arrangement. The display may then be hung by the use of slots or hooks in the upper panel.

The display has at least one depending retention member for releasably receiving and engaging the top end of the container side wall, and at least one corner support member disposed a distance vertically below a respective retention member having a protruding support surface for receiving and supporting the bottom corner and a portion of the bottom end of the container having its side wall engaged with the retention member.

Abstract: Display bins for sheet goods which are easily assembled and disassembled are formed of bottom panels, front and rear display panels for holding sheet goods at suitable angles from the vertical for display. The front and rear display panels can be removably attached to both the bottom panel and at least two support brackets for use. All the components can be separated and stacked in a flat package for shipment or storage.

Abstract: By providing a pre-printed promotional system which employs two cooperating panels securely affixed to each other, with each panel being movable between a folded, compacted position and an unfolded, extended position, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained. In addition, in the preferred construction of the present invention, the promotional system of the present invention is constructed to produce a snapping or cracking sound whenever the promotional system is moved between its two alternate positions. Although the creation or production of a sound is not required, it has been found that the sound produced further enhances consumer surprise and interest.

Abstract: A rack can hold a flanged, sheet metal container whose height is at least three quarters of its overall width. The rack has a number of legs supporting a hoop. The legs extend downwardly and outwardly, and may terminate in feet spaced equidistantly in a pattern exceeding the compass of the hoop. The container can be filled with a non-viscous food such as soup and placed in the hoop, supported at least partially on its flange. The rack provides clearance under the container for direct combustion heating thereof. The container may be disposable.

The product display container has a collapsed configuration in which the panels are folded up and an expanded display configuration in which the panels form areas for holding product to be displayed. Each compartment in the plurality of compartments further comprises at least one rigidity flap, e.g., a pair of rigidity flaps. The rigidity flaps are deployed into a rigidifying position to stiffen the product display container are resist compression from the expanded display configuration to the collapsed configuration. The display container may be transitioned from the collapsed state to the rigid state solely by deploying the rigidity flaps. The rigidity flaps may be held in place by bottom panels of the compartments.

A blocking member corresponding to the first blocking tab of the securing member is formed on the locking latch, for preventing a movement of the second carrying bracket along a first direction parallel to the side walls of the first carrying bracket. The first carrying bracket can be mounted in the first carrying bracket for carrying small type data storage devices. The second carrying bracket can be removed from the first carrying bracket so that the first carrying bracket can hold more large type data storage devices.

A biasing device has a first portion secured adjacent the box front wall and a second portion secured adjacent the dispensing mechanism such that the biasing device biases the dispensing mechanism toward the box front wall as the items are removed from between the dispensing mechanism and the box front wall.

Abstract: A holder and wringer for a sponge, that includes a sheet of material holding the sponge and resting in a soap dish having a liquid soap dispenser thereon. The sheet of material is microwavable allowing sanitizing thereof and springy allowing squeezing thereof for wringing out the sponge held therein. The sheet of material is bent so as to have an N-shaped lateral cross section. A front wall and an intermediate wall define a V-shaped lateral cross section forming a cradle for holding the sponge, and when the front wall is pressed towards the intermediate wall, the sponge is squeezed therebetween and wrung out. The front wall and the intermediate wall meet at a fold having a pair of terminal ends. The fold is concave for directing drainage towards the terminal ends thereof to facilitate draining.

Abstract: A fixing device which can be fixed to a surface such as a ceiling and receive a perforated section comprises a plate for fixing it to the surface and a support for receiving the perforated section. The support has a wall substantially perpendicular to the plate and at least two claws with the same orientation which cooperate with corresponding perforations of the perforated section. The wall includes a precut locking lug which can be bent into another perforation and cooperate with an edge of that perforation to immobilize the perforated section against movement in translation.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible stand includes first, second and third substantially rectangularly shaped and rigid panels hinged together so as to be movable between a closed position and an open position. Flexible straps extend between the panels to prevent them from fully opening. Hooks located adjacent the top edge of the first panel allow the stand to be suspended from a horizontally arranged support such as the handle of a piece of luggage or the back of an airplane seat. When so suspended, the panels are in partially opened positions with respect to each other so that the first panel can function as a desk, computer support or a head rest. The second panel includes a plurality of openings formed therein for holding a drinking cup or a pen or other writing utensil. In lieu of suspending the stand, rigid rods or bars movable into position between the panels can maintain them in their open position. Feet at the bottom of the third panel allow the stand to sit on a desk or table or other horizontal surface.
