Abstract: A cup stacking and holding assembly is disclosed with methods of application in standard use and with internal electronics for visual displays. The cup holder assembly may be manufactured in various configurations, all providing a cup rack for convenient and stable stacking of disposable cups. The cup rack may comprise a base providing a surface for abutting support for a cup retainer plate and a plurality of mounting cups; the cup retainer plate coupled to the base; the plurality of mounting cups integrally molded to the cup retainer plate; the cup retainer plate moveable from a first closed position parallel and proximal to the surface for abutting support to a second open position; a back panel extending from the base, the back panel substantially perpendicular relative to the surface for abutting support, and an electronic display installed in the back panel.

Abstract: A lockable equipment rack for a backpack blower is presented. A lockable equipment rack includes adjustable components configured to storage of a variety of backpack blowers. The equipment rack can be installed in a variety of locations, for example a trailer, and securely store the backpack blower. The lockable equipment rack prevents theft of the backpack blower and tampering of its components.

The connector assembly includes a connector (101) enabling connection amongst plurality of drums (501), wherein the connector 101 includes a plurality of clamping means (104) at multiple edges of the connector (101), connected to the connector (101) via a plurality of coupling elements (105, 201). A first portion (104a) of each clamping means (104) is coupled with one of the coupling elements (105, 201). The second portion (104b) of each clamping means (104) is adapted to fit within an outer reinforcing ring (504) of a drum to provide a fixed constraint to the plurality of drums (501) placed on a pallet (502). Further, the connector assembly includes a screw-rod fitting (103) having a screw rod (301) extending from the connector (101) and fastened at the pallet (502) positioned below the drums (501) to lock the connector (101) with the pallet (502).

Abstract: A retention unit for securing a charged gas cylinder to a body of an aircraft includes a container having an opening and configured to cover the charged gas cylinder. The retention unit also includes a plurality of flaps coupled to the container and configured to be attached to the body of the aircraft using a contact adhesive. The retention unit also includes a drawstring disposed around the opening of the container and configured to provide a closure of the container around a neck of the charged gas cylinder inside the container.

Abstract: A wall mounted bracket assembly for securing articles, having a bracket assembly with a cooperative shape and dimension to be mounted onto a wall or surface. The bracket assembly has front, rear, top, and bottom walls, and first and second sidewalls. The bracket assembly further has a central opening, holes, and mounting means for mounting the bracket assembly. A strap assembly has a strap and a buckle. Positioned at the first and second sidewalls are first and second notches respectively with respective mounting holes to receive a respective strap holder post. A container is held by the strap, whereby the strap is adjusted at the buckle according to dimensions of the container with a predetermined tension. The container is a trashcan, laundry basket, bag, or receptacle.

Abstract: Conduit spacers useful in preparing duct banks with reduced electromagnetic fields (EMF) are disclosed. The conduit spacers are designed to maximize phase cancellation of EMF from a closely-spaced series of electric power cables placed in conduits supported underground by the conduit spacers. The spacers are also designed to minimize the EMF above ground by reducing the distance needed to bury the cables for a given EMF above ground. In one embodiment, the spacers place conduits adjacent one another for maximum cancellation of a single three-phase cable installation. In another embodiment, the spacers place conduits adjacent one another for maximum cancellation for a dual three-phase cable installation, including cross-phase cancellation, e.g., A-B-C and C-B-A.

Abstract: A lens assembly method for assembling a plurality of lenses into a plurality of lens tubes is disclosed. The method includes providing a lens assembly tool comprising a lens receiving frame, a positioning plate, and a pressing plate forming a plurality of pressing punches; positioning a plurality of lens tubes in a plurality of receiving holes of the lens receiving frame; positioning one lens in each of the lens tubes; positioning the positioning plate on the lens receiving frame with the lens tubes extending through a plurality of through holes of the positioning plate; and positioning the pressing plate on the positioning plate with the pressing punches entering into the lens tubes to push the lenses into the lens tubes.

Abstract: The present invention involves a fabrication of plastic-tube-screen-fill using plastic tubes. The plastic-tube-screen-fill consists of several plastic tubes suspending between top and bottom tube holding perforated frames in the shape of a rectangular thin plate as a vertical string screen. The tube holding perforated frames are in same configuration to be used in two ways and fabricated by assembling a perforated frame and tube holding frame. The tube holding frame is a straight male band connector with several short solid rods positioned and fixed on band for push-fitting into the holes on perforated frame. The short solid rod on tube holding frame has a male push-fit connector on its lower part to be push-fitted into one edge of tube. The tubes used in the present invention are spiral corrugated tubes. Fabrication and assembling method of perforated frames, tube holding frames, and spiral corrugated tubes are described in the present invention.

Abstract: A test tube rack insert device includes a base configured to be inserted into a test tube receiving chamber in a test tube rack. A semi-cylindrical test tube support member is coupled to the base at an edge of the base. The test tube support member extends perpendicularly from the base. The test tube support member is coupled to the base such that an angle between the base and the test tube support member is decreased by an exertion of force on an outer surface of the test tube support member to securely engage a test tube inserted into the test tube receiving chamber. A test tube rack configured to house test tubes of varying size using the test tube insert device and a method of housing test tubes of varying size using the test tube insert devices are also disclosed.

Abstract: A spice rack is adapted to hold a plurality of spice containers. The rack includes opposing back-to-back rows of compartments, with each compartment having resilient sidewalls for holding at least one spice container. The back-to-back pairs of compartments are integrally formed, with laterally adjacent pairs of compartments having mating edges which couple together. Any number of compartments can be added so that the rack has any desired linear length.

Abstract: A holder assembly designed (embodiment # 1) to hold at least one but preferably multiple elongated tube-like containers or “squeeze-tubes” in a substantially vertical position such that the labeling, directions, contents and other information formed on the exterior of the tube-like containers are clearly viewable. The holder assembly includes a horizontal support to create a closed channel wherein the closed channel creates a gripping structure into which the closed or sealed ends of the tube-like containers are inserted. The gripping channel has a sufficient length to position multiple tube-like containers along the horizontal support in side-by-side relation to one another. The horizontal support includes the means to attach the entire assembly to a substantially oriented vertical surface. Additionally, said invention, further provided with magnets (embodiment #2) can hold a multitude of metallic instruments and utensils along its length that are easily accessible and removable.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of holders for the storage of hair care appliances and similar articles wherein the hair-care appliances are stored (held) for immediate use. A thermal barrier clip for use with flat irons is also disclosed for use with the holder so as to improve safety and increase the lifespan of the flat iron. A hair dryer hook is also disclosed which allows for storage of a hair dryer with a diffuser attached.

The collar has an inner diameter that defines a central opening for receiving a container. The mounting bracket is fixedly attached to a back of the collar at a proximal end and removably coupled to the crossbar of the support assembly with a distal clip. An upper surface of the collar is oriented at a second angle relative to upper surfaces of the pair of arms of the support assembly.

Abstract: Pedestal assemblies configured to support first and second pavers positioned adjacently against an elevated periphery and methods of making the same are provided herein. Preferred assemblies include a cap, base, and at least two towers configured to be sandwiched between the cap and base. Kits can be sold with just cap and base alone. Preferred caps and bases can be formed in the same shape or substantially so, and are racetrack-shaped. Preferred towers include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cylindrical tubing. The cap can advantageously include an upwardly-projecting fin used to align and separate two pavers positioned alongside an elevated periphery. A pedestal support system can include both periphery pedestals in addition to conventional pedestals positioned away from the elevated periphery.

Adjacent carriages can be coupled in a first position wherein the spice container compartments are aligned or in a second position wherein the spice container compartments are offset. When the compartments are aligned into adjacent carriages, a tall spice container or two short spice containers can be held in the aligned compartments. When the compartments of adjacent carriages are offset, a small spice container can be held in each offset compartment.

The rack has a planar portion, which may be defined by concentrically arranged wire rings, that supports several yokes around its outer edge. The yokes grasp the containers between outwardly extending arm segments. A straight post handle is joined to the center of the underside of the planar portion of the rack.

The ribbing and the plurality of support members may be in contact with the air tank to assist in holding the air tank inside the shroud.
