Abstract: A merchandising display supported upon a vertically extending surface. The display includes a substantially horizontally extending and rigid support having a first end and a second end, the first end engaging with the vertically extending surface. A substantially vertically extending display is attached to the second end of the rigid support and exhibits a substantially thin and flattened construction provides the display with flexibility both with respect to its own cross section and relative the rigid support. Pluralities of apertures are formed through the display and between first and second faces thereof. The pluralities of apertures further defining individual pairs of apertures extending lengthwise along the flexible display, the pairs of apertures are segregated into selected first and second closely spaced pairs.

Abstract: A display unit having a relatively long, straight, leg and a plurality of hanger arms extending from one side of the leg. The hanger arms are equally spaced apart and parallel to each other and extend at an acute angle to the leg. One end of the leg is connected to one end of a base, the base parallel to the hanger arms. There is an article support on each hanger arm, the article support extending transverse to the hanger arm. Articles to be displayed are hung on the article supports, the articles parallel with the hanger arms.

Abstract: The modular display system having multiple sections which would be placed around the perimeter walls of a retail store. Each section includes two posts for attachment of brackets which hold the horizontal shelves for the merchandise. Each post comprises two perimeter standards positioned vertically. Each perimeter standard is slidably engaged within a vertical sleeve for structural rigidity. Positioned at the bottom of each standard is a foot bracket which is secured to the floor. The height of the display system is adjusted by having a leveler adjustment screw which extends into the foot and into a leveler arm positioned in between the two standard sleeves adjacent the floor. Two outriggers extend from in between the two standard sleeves to an outrigger bracket which is mounted on the wall. Preferably, the two outriggers are positioned in the general vicinity of the top and the bottom of the vertical standards.

Abstract: A device for storing and displaying baseball caps having a bill or brim including a hollow cylindrical member of selected length and of selected internal diameter, with an internal and an external surface, and having first and second open ends. The cylindrical member is fabricated from translucent polymeric resin with a compressible clip member secured to the cylindrical member external surface at the midpoint for mounting the hollow cylindrical member to a support member. The support member is generally rectangular and hollow with an aperture for accepting the compressible clip member secured to the cylindrical member external surface. This structure allows the compressible clip member and attached hollow cylindrical member to be fastened in several orientations relative to the support member. The hollow cylindrical member may be sized to accommodate the brim of a brimmed cap at each end for increased capacity.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a gun barrel rest, and specifically to a gun barrel rest for supporting both scoped and non-scoped guns in an upright or vertical position. The gun barrel rest includes a front portion and a rear portion. The front portion include a plurality of concave-shaped gun barrel rest recesses into which the gun barrel is placed. An extender is provided for increasing the distance between the vertical wall and the gun. The extender includes a tongue and a extender recess. The tongue is adapted for insertion into any one of the gun barrel rest recesses, and is adapted to matingly engage the gun barrel rest. When the barrel of the gun is inserted into the extender recess, the gun is positioned at a greater distance from the vertical wall.

Abstract: A tool storage apparatus and method of manufacture thereof is provided. Tubular extensions allow storage of tools designed for connection with tubes or cylindrical members. Tubular extensions are connected at an acute angle to a base. The positioning of the tubular extension can minimize the space required for storage. For use with swimming pool maintenance tools, space efficiency can be maximized.

Abstract: An insert is adapted to be inserted in an undercut T-shaped slot extending horizontally along an exposed surface of a panel, the undercut extending parallel to the surface and including an opening extending between the undercut and the surface. The insert is formed of resilient material having a foot adapted to be extended into the undercut and a pair of opposed legs which extend through the opening when the insert is positioned in the T-shaped slot, the legs providing between them an opening communicating with the foot. The legs have flanges on their outwardly extending ends which flanges face away from each other and are spaced outwardly away from the surface of the panel on opposite sides of the slot when the insert is positioned in the slot.

Abstract: In accordance with the present invention, a hockey stick is displayed by fitting it into cutouts in each of two standard or simulated hockey pucks. In the first embodiment, a standard hockey stick is displayed resting in two hockey pucks centered vertically on a plaque. In the second embodiment, a goalie stick is displayed resting in two hockey pucks offset vertically to compensate for the different design of the stick.

Abstract: The modular display system of the present invention contains multiple sections which would be placed around the perimeter walls of a retail store. Each section includes two posts for attachment of brackets which hold the horizontal shelves for the merchandise. Each post comprises two perimeter standards positioned vertically. Each perimeter standard is slidably engaged within a vertical sleeve for structural rigidity. Positioned at the bottom of each standard is a foot bracket which is secured to the floor. The height of the display system is adjusted by having a leveler adjustment screw which extends into the foot and into a leveler arm positioned in between the two standard sleeves adjacent the floor. Two outriggers extend from in between the two standard sleeves to an outrigger bracket which is mounted on the wall. Preferably, the two outriggers are positioned in the general vicinity of the top and the bottom of the vertical standards.

The alignment member includes an inclined surface that leads to a hook portion that extends above a front surface of the display wall section. The recessed section includes an inclined surface leading to a protruding edge that extends from a rear surface of the display wall section. The display wall system includes a plurality of the display wall sections and U-shaped edge members configured to fit over the edges of the display wall sections.

Abstract: An easily assembled wall-mounted shelving system, comprising at least two elongated standards secured to a wall, with each standard having a vertical axis and a plurality of slots; a plurality of end brackets to removably connect with said standards via said slots, said end brackets including gripping means for removably connecting the end of a shelf therewith, with such gripping means consisting of a clamping member, a clamping foot portion, or a screw fastener; and at least one shelf connected with said end brackets via said gripping means. The end brackets also can serve other purposes such as the support of book stops. The shelving system is suitable for mounting a single shelf and can be used with standard rigid shelving. Spacers located between the shelf and the wall so as to prevent swaying and rotation of said shelf relative to said standard axis are also disclosed.

Abstract: An Improved Skateboard Rack is disclosed. Also disclosed is a rack that provides users with a safe, secure and easily-used location to securely lock their skateboards. The preferred rack is attachable to a base frame in order to provide a location to secure several skateboards at one time. The fastening end is provided with a plurality of second retaining portions. The holding rod is fastened with the base such that the second retaining portions of the fastening end of the holding rod are engaged with the first retaining portions of the base. The cover is joined with the base such that the holding rod is located between the base and the cover.

Abstract: A magnetic rack including a casing formed with an internal receiving chamber in which a magnetic unit is received. The magnetic unit is composed of a magnet and two iron strips respectively attracted by and attached to two sides of the magnet. Each iron strip has a projecting section protruding from the magnet. The top face of the receiving chamber is formed with a slit corresponding to each projecting section of the iron strip, whereby only the projecting section of the iron strip outward protrudes from the casing. A bottom board is disposed on bottom face of the casing for enclosing and fixing the magnetic unit in the receiving chamber of the casing.

Abstract: A wall mounting organizer is constructed to include a flexible mounting base having mounting holes for hanging and pockets of different sizes for holding small items, detachable small bags detachably fastened to the mounting base by hook and loop materials, and a dirty clothes collecting bag detachably fastened to turn-locks at the mounting base, the dirty clothes collecting bag having a zipper at a bottom panel thereof that can be opened for enabling collected dirty clothes to fall out of the dirty clothes collecting bag when picking up collected dirty clothes for washing.

Abstract: A merchandising display assembly mounted to and extending from an upwardly extending support surface, the support surface having an elongate and single slotted backplate with a plurality of spaced apart and linearly extending slots. A horizontally extending member is mounted to and extends from the support surface. The horizontally extending member in one specific embodiment includes first and second elongated portions and axially adjusting means for establishing a length between the elongated portions and in a further embodiment is formed by a single fixed and extending portion. An elongated display member is secured to an outer end of the a horizontal member in freely swinging and suspended fashion and extends in parallel fashion relative to the vertical support surface at a spaced distance.

Abstract: A merchandising display assembly mounted to a vertical support surface, the support surface having a number of spaced apart and apertured receiving portions formed therethrough. At least one horizontally extending member is mounted to and extends from the support surface. The horizontally extending member includes first and second telescoping and elongated portions and axially adjusting means for establishing an overall length between the elongated portions. An elongated display member is secured to an outer end of the second telescoping portion and extends in parallel fashion relative to the vertical support surface at a spaced distance. The axially adjusting means permit the display member to be adjusted to a desired spaced position relative to the vertical support surface and the display member is capable of supporting large volumes of small sized merchandise without obscuring additional merchandise located on the vertical support surface.

Abstract: A hanging apparatus is disclosed comprising a first end pole and a second end pole with a plurality of middle poles therebetween in axial alignment. Positioned between and pivotably mounted between the end poles and the middle poles are a plurality of hanger bars for receiving an article such as clothing or the like. The hanger bars are free to pivot about the pole axis. The end poles each include an angled bracket which allows the hanging apparatus to be mounted to a door frame between the door and the door frame. In this manner, the hanging apparatus extends away from the door in close proximity to the door frame to allow the hanging of numerous articles without interfering with use of the door. Alternatively, the hanging apparatus and each angled bracket can be mounted directly to a wall to provide for a hanging apparatus to be located in any position on a wall. The hanging bars remain free to be pivoted about the pole axis.

Abstract: A display fixture system includes a plurality of vertical support posts each support post having a U-shaped support element and a flange extending from each side thereof in parallel, spaced relation thereto. Pins traversing through the support element are maintained in place by the flanges. The flanges are connected to one another by a connecting member extending across a rear portion of the support element. The support posts support product displays therefrom hung from the pins. Posts are mounted in back-to-back relation to one another to form a freestanding display system. The posts are mounted to upper and lower brackets to provide a wall-mounted display system.

Abstract: A saddle blanket rack specifically designed for storing and drying a plurality of saddle blankets in a minimal amount of space including a substantially elongated rectangular frame component for attachment to a vertical wall. The frame component includes lateral upper and lower arms with a pair of opposing elongated side arms perpendicularly disposed therebetween. Disposed between the side arms is an elongated intermediate arm. A plurality of rack members are removably attached to the elongated frame component each including an upper beam member having first and second ends with a V-shaped portion perpendicularly extending from a first end thereof. Extending from each terminal end of the V-shaped portion is a side support. The free ends of the rack beam and side supports are removably received within apertures on the frame component side and intermediate arms. Accordingly, a plurality of saddle blankets or similar items may be vertically supported on the device for storage and drying.

Abstract: A support device for holding guitar or other stringed instrument. The support assembly includes a base for mounting on a structure such as a wall or an amplifier. A bracket extends from the base and has an opening for receiving an instrument neck. The opening has an entrance through which the side of the neck enters. An entrance ramp guides the neck into the opening and a finger extending slightly into the entrance opposite the ramp restricts inadvertent withdrawal of the neck from the opening. In one embodiment, several such openings are provided along a member that can be fastened to a wall. Another embodiment has a single opening, with a strong permanent magnet opposite the opening to hold the device to a magnetic metal structure such as an amplifier.
