Abstract: An organizer is provided. In one form, the organizer includes a storage container and at least one divider. The storage container has at least one outer wall and an opening defining an interior space. The at least one divider is sized to fit within the interior space. The at least one divider has a peripheral wall defining a storage space. An upper portion of the peripheral wall defines a divider opening. The at least one divider further includes at least one handle located adjacent the divider opening and extending inwardly towards the storage space.

Abstract: A case structure and a method for pre-forming the same are described. The pre-forming method includes the following steps. A first case body and a second case body are supplied. Two side plates of the second case body are bent, such that the two side plates respectively form an initial angle with the bottom plate. The second case body is disposed in the first case body. The two side plates are pulled to respectively come close to two side walls of the first case body, such that the bottom plate forms a curved surface in the first case body. When having an object disposed therein, the case structure overcomes a downward pressure generated by the object through the curved surface, thereby preventing the first case body and the second case body from sagging out of the case structure.

Abstract: A double walled container is provided for insulating a beverage. An outer insulating shell or container is secured to the inner container that holds the beverage. A gap exists between the outer container and inner container and the air in the gap acts as an insulating barrier. The inner container is preferably a standard aluminum container. The outer container is preferably made from aluminum or a plastic polymer. The outer container may have annular or longitudinal grooves that assist in securing the outer container to the inner container, and the grooves may also provide an enhanced gripping surface as well as a visually pleasing aesthetic design. The outer container may include a base, or the base may be eliminated in favor of a sleeve configuration for the outer container.

Abstract: A vessel includes a cylindrical section coaxially disposed about a central axis of the vessel. The cylindrical section includes an inside vessel surface, an outside vessel surface opposing the inside vessel surface, an upper end region circumscribing a vessel opening, and a lower end region axially spaced from the upper end region. A bottom section is disposed at the lower end region. A flange is coaxially disposed about the central axis and extends radially outward from the outside vessel surface at the upper end region. The flange includes a bottom surface facing generally toward the lower end region and perpendicular to the inside vessel surface. A ring may be coaxially disposed about the central axis and provide the bottom surface. An annular shoulder may protrude from the outside vessel surface, and may be spaced from or integrally adjoined to the flange.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pallet container for storage and transportation of liquids, comprising a liquid container (12), a cage (13) that encloses the container and a pallet (14) with said cage mounted thereto, the cage (13) comprising a plurality of vertical (19) and horizontal (18) tubular bars connected together by welded joints formed at respective intersections (20) between the bars. At least some of said bars (19) comprise indents (22), which are at a distance from said intersections (20) that is substantially equal to or longer than the width of the bars (19, 21).

Abstract: A container assembly for storing, treating, transporting and stabilizing a biological sample includes a container, a cap and a sample holder removably received in the container. The sample holder can be a platform-like device dimensioned to be supported on a ledge formed in the side wall of the container. The sample holder includes a central cavity for receiving the sample and immersing the sample in the stabilizing agent in the container. In another embodiment, the sample holder has a closure member for closing the open top end of the cavity. The container includes a liquid reagent in an amount sufficient to treat the biological sample. The biological sample is retained in a predetermined containment area of the container to maintain the biological sample immersed in the reagent without regard to the orientation of the container.

Abstract: A pallet container includes a bottom pallet and a thin-walled inner container, made of thermoplastic material and resting on the bottom plate, for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing goods. Closely surrounding the plastic container is a lattice tube frame which includes vertical and horizontal tubular rods welded to one another and which is securely fixed to the bottom plate. In order to improve the lattice tube frame durability while maintaining sufficient stacking load-bearing capacity, at least the vertical tubular rods have regions of low tubular profile height and high tubular profile height, wherein the regions of low tubular profile height are uniformly linear and positioned outside the intersections, and the regions of high tubular profile height are positioned in an area of the intersections.

Abstract: A method of medical waste disposal comprising (a) positioning an open end of a container relative to a hood assembly such that the hood assembly substantially covers the open end of the container; (b) depositing medical waste in the container through a passage defined by the hood assembly until the container is at least partially full; (c) placing a lid over the open end of the container such that the open end is substantially closed; (d) disposing of the container; (e) sterilizing the hood assembly; and (f) repeating step (a).

Abstract: A biopharmaceutical product storage system is disclosed. In one embodiment, the system includes a polymeric product container for storage of a biopharmaceutical product, a protective envelope for housing the container, and a cushioning layer disposed between the container and the envelope. The protective envelope and the cushioning layer include mineral fibers that protect and insulate the polymeric product container during handling, transport, and storage. Thus, the combination of the polymeric product container, the protective envelope, and the cushioning layer, the system substantially prevents leakage of the biopharmaceutical product during product handling, transport, and storage. In addition, where the biopharmaceutical product is frozen, the system substantially prevents leakage of product during freeze-storage-thaw cycles, during which temperatures range from ?100° C. to 8° C.

The plurality of containers are shaped such that the containers are stackable or nestable within the receptacle such that the containers tessellate, the inner sidewalls of the containers abutting each other, and the outer sidewalls abutting the inner surface of the receptacle, filling substantially all of the receptacle.

Abstract: An adjustable box for receiving accumulators includes a box for receiving an accumulator, a box cover for covering the box, a rectangular frame assembled between the box and the box cover, and an imaginary line defined surrounding the rectangular frame. The imaginary line divides the rectangular frame into a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. A first distance is defined vertically from the imaginary line to the top of the rectangular frame and a second distance is defined vertically from the imaginary line to the bottom of the rectangular frame. The first distance is larger than the second distance. The rectangular frame is taken to connect to the box and the box cover for adjusting the height of the adjustable box such that the adjustable box can receive various accumulators with different sizes.

Abstract: A packing that includes a bottle and/or a bottle and box combination wherein the container may have a first handle portion, a second handle portion, and a bottom grip portion. The first handle portion can extend in a front to back direction and the second handle portion can extend in a transverse direction to the first handle portion. The bottom grip may include a protrusion and recess on the bottom of the container. The box can be configured to have openings to provide access to the first and second handle portions such that the container need not be removed from the box to utilize the contents contained therein. The box may also include a bottom opening and a push-up portion to provide access to the bottom grip portion.

Abstract: A container includes a first bowl suspended by a dual-axis gimbal within—and out of contact with—a second bowl. The first bowl includes a first opening and the second bowl includes a second opening. The first opening overlies the second opening to permit access to an interior storage space of the first bowl from an exterior of the container when the first and second bowls are in respective upright orientations. The first bowl may be rotated 180 degrees in every rotational direction relative to the second bowl. And, the receptacle can include a handle for grasping in connection with the ergonomic cutout portion for use in carrying the container and receptacle together and dispensing fluid from the receptacle.

Abstract: A blast-attenuating container for public spaces comprising an outer metallic shell enclosing a plurality of belted automobile tires, preferably used, in a stacked array, thereby defining a cylindrical central space for holding a removable waste receptacle. Within each tire is a water-filled energy-absorbing bladder. The stacked tires may be further enclosed by a fragmentation-absorbing reinforcing band. A cover over the shell has a hinged door for receiving and directing waste into the removable waste receptacle. The cover is removable for access to the waste receptacle. The can and waste receptacle may be provided with a load cell and programmed microprocessor for detecting the insertion of a possible threat item and an RF transmitter for sending an alert to a central security station.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to waste receptacles, particularly to receptacles for public use which allow for the inner can to be front loaded into an exterior presentation cover, and where the inner can forms a part of the exterior surface and, thus, resultant look of the receptacle. The inner can of the receptacle is designed to interact with the outer cover so that at least a portion of the inner can forms a portion of the receptacle's outer surface. In this way, the inner can does not have to be lifted out of the outer cover in a manner that requires clearance of the total height of the outer cover.

Abstract: A customizable beverage container that includes an outer shell, an inner shell, a lid, and a straw. The beverage container is configured to permit the outer shell to be selectively removed from the inner shell so that a user may customize the beverage container by writing or marking on an outer surface of the inner shell. Once the outer shell has been reattached to the inner shell, the writings or markings on the inner shell are protected from being unintentionally damaged or wiped away. The storage container includes a first container portion secured within the first cavity, a second container portion hingedly coupled to the first container portion for pivotal displacement between an open position and a closed position, and a magnet fixed to an outer surface of the second container portion. The magnet is located at or beyond an outer perimeter of the blister assembly when the first container portion is secured within the first cavity. The magnet is configured to secure the display package to a metallic structure.

Abstract: A new package for medicine has an extended base section that has a generally planar top surface. A series of separate receptacles with frusto-conical walls are positioned across the base section. The receptacles are not integral with (or adhered to) the base section. Instead, each of the receptacles is nested in one of a series of apertures in the base section. Each receptacle has a flange that extends outwardly from and surrounds the opening on the receptacle. The flange has a top surface that is wider than the aperture in which the receptacle is nested, preventing the receptacle from falling through the aperture. A flexible, removable top sheet is sealed to a part of the top surface of the base section, sealing the medicine within the walls of the receptacles and preventing the receptacles from being lifted out of the aperture until the top sheet is peeled back. The top sheet may be adhered to the base section along lines of adhesion that surround each of the openings.

Abstract: One embodiment includes a package system containing a main container with a smaller container nested in it. The smaller container is filled with a secondary food item designed to be mixed into the primary food item. The smaller container is placed within the main container. The area of the main container not occupied by the smaller container includes a main food item. Both containers are sealed with one film. Before consumption, a consumer will place the package in a microwave to heat. Once heated, the smaller container is removed from the main container, creating space in the main container previously occupied by the smaller container. The main food item in the main container will re-position creating space between the top of the main food item to the edge of the main container. The secondary item can be added into the main container without overflowing out of the main container.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method of assembling a container including an inner tube contained within an outer tube. The method includes providing an outer tube, providing a spacing element adjacent the open top of the outer tube and inserting an inner tube within the outer tube. The spacing element provides for venting of air from between the inner and outer tubes through the top of the container during assembly thereof.

Abstract: A waste collection system has an outer shell arranged at least partly underground. A waste container (6) is inserted partly into the outer shell, and has a frame mainly above the ground (8), and a top container (9) mainly above the ground and inside the frame. A bottom container is arranged mainly underground inside the outer shell. The waste container has a cover which opens to emptying the container and one or more filling openings arranged on the cover for introducing waste into the waste container. Lifting means are arranged on the frame, and are engaged by a lifting mechanism (20) so the waste container can be lifted out from the outer shell and emptied and returned. The frame has protrusion(s) (18, 19) toward the inside of the frame and the top container has corresponding recesses (21, 22) which attach the top container to the frame.

Abstract: A dustbin with an adjustable height comprises an outside container body, an inside container body, a compression spring provided between the bottom of outside container body and the bottom of inside container body, a longitudinal row of grooves provided at the side wall of the inside container body and a level regulator provided at the side wall of the outside container body. The level regulator has a left end for embedding in the groove and a right end for coupling with a switch means to control the horizontal motion of the level regulator. The height of inside container body can be adjusted to satisfy the users of different heights by the level regulator.

Abstract: A waste management system comprising a trash receptacle, a pouch fixed to a surface of the trash receptacle and including a clasp means, and a cartridge with an arrangement of retainer slots. The retainer slots are positioned to correspond with the clasp means when the cartridge is inserted into the pouch so that the retainer slots are penetrated by the clasp means. The cartridge contains a plurality of liners hung from a support member within said cartridge, the hung liners positioned for distribution through a combination longitudinal notch and transverse slit provided in the cartridge.

Abstract: A container system is provided with a container having a door mounted for pivotal reciprocation about a door pivot axis between opened and closed positions. The container system also has a carrier with a body receiving the container and an arm coupled to the body for pivotal reciprocation about an arm pivot axis that is oriented substantially parallel to the door pivot axis. The arm engages the door of the container, and the pivotal reciprocation of the arm reciprocates the door of the container between the opened and closed positions.

Abstract: A container system includes an inner container adapted to nest inside of an outer container. A single cover sealingly engages both the inner and outer containers. The cover includes a first closure portion, a third closure portion, and an engagement portion. The third closure portion may be formed from an inside surface of at least a portion of the engagement portion. The outer container includes a second closure portion. The first closure portion of the cover is sealingly engageable with the second closure portion of the outer container to define a sealed storage area. The inner container includes a forth closure portion. The third closure portion of the cover is sealingly engageable with the forth closure portion of the inner container. The engagement portion of the cover is engageable with the engagement portion of a second cover to form a locked cover stack.

Abstract: An infused beverage storage container to enable a person to create a fruit infused alcoholic beverage within the same container used for storage and dispensing. The infused beverage storage container includes a holding box with a plurality of sides, where the plurality of sides compose a peripheral edge of the holding box, a set of handle acceptors attached to a set of opposing sides, a top attached to an upper portion of the holding box, and a set of handlebars engaged within the set of handle acceptors to lift the infused beverage storage container. The infused beverage storage container further includes an infusion jar resting within the holding box, a lid fastened to the infusion jar and extending from an opening within the top, and a combination of ingredients to create an infused beverage wherein the infused beverage is housed within the infusion jar and dispensed after removing the lid.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for storing hazardous material. The apparatus includes storage containers each of which stores a hazardous material storage box containing hazardous material. The hazardous material storage box is extracted from or retracted into the storage container by a transfer means. A fire sensor is provided in each storage container to detect a fire occurring in the storage container. A temperature sensor is provided in each storage container to sense a temperature in the storage container. An injection nozzle is provided in each storage container. The injection nozzle injects nitrogen into the storage container from a nitrogen supply unit when a fire is detected. An outlet pipe connection passage and a flexible outlet pipe connection tube are provided to exhaust gas from the storage containers. A collecting container is provided in the lower end of the apparatus to collect and store leakage liquid of hazardous material.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transporting compressed gases or similar materials. The apparatus includes an exterior housing dimensioned for intermodal transportation that contains a rack that holds pressure vessels. The apparatus may be loaded with pressure vessels and the vessels filled within the apparatus. The apparatus may be transferred between modes of transportation along a delivery route without unloading the vessels from the apparatus.

Abstract: A plastic insert is configured to provide support of thin wafers in wafer carriers configured to provide peripheral wafer support. The invention includes the insert, the insert in combination with a wafer carrier, and the methods of supporting the thin wafers as provided by the insert and the wafer carrier. The inserts, in preferred embodiments, utilize tabs that fit into the side wall recesses and have an interference fit in said recesses to secure the insert in place. In preferred embodiments the inserts have a top surface with a plurality of ribs positioned inwardly from the wafer periphery for supporting the wafers with minimal contact. In preferred embodiments the insert has a lower surface having strengthening structure providing rigidity to the insert.

Abstract: A food tray is provided with an upper tray and a lower tray containing food products, in which the upper tray rests snugly in the lower tray and a lid seals the upper tray. Vent holes in the lower tray allow steam released from the food product in the lower tray to escape out of the lower tray. Each of the upper tray and lower tray may have flanges to allow the upper tray to be lifted out of the lower tray without difficulty.

Abstract: An apparatus in an example implementation includes a vessel that includes an inner wall and an outer wall. The outer wall includes a first set of grooves configured on an interior portion of a bottom of the outer wall. The inner wall includes a second set of grooves configured on an exterior of the inner wall. The first set of grooves are configured to interface with the second set of grooves to secure the inner wall and the outer wall together. In more specific embodiments, the first set of grooves and the second set of grooves are provided as ascending steps such that a rotational force applied to one of the walls operates to engage subsequent steps in each of the first and second sets of grooves. The walls are configured such that a rotational force creates a force being applied to the lip to secure the walls together.
