The method includes providing an outer tube, providing a spacing element adjacent the open top of the outer tube and inserting an inner tube within the outer tube. The spacing element provides for venting of air from between the inner and outer tubes through the top of the container during assembly thereof.

The liner can be disposable. A cover can seal the paint bucket with or without a liner.

The lever has a proximal end adapted to abut the bowl element, and a distal end opposite the proximal end.

Abstract: A partially flexible recloseable bag including a flexible cylindrical body, a rigid cylindrical base with a bottom at the bottom of the body, a pair of opposed trapezoidal panels within the top of the body, each panel having a seamless interface with the body, a reusable seal across the opening between the top of the panels, loop handles with extended bonds on each panel proximal to the seal.

Abstract: A washout container to which are mounted inclined ramps that allow a transit mixer, concrete pumping truck or other concrete handling vehicle to drive up over a portion of the container for dumping excess concrete and washing out waste concrete. The container cross-section may be rectangular to semi-circular, and is preferably fabricated with a steel structure. A watertight latching door assembly is coupled to the container to prevent leakage of collected liquid concrete waste material while allowing solidified concrete materials to be unloaded at a disposal site. The interior of the container is preferably lined with a material to which concrete will not adhere. The liner may be applied as a coating to the interior of the container or as a solid material retained within the container. In this way, solidified waste concrete can be easily removed from the container at the disposal site and preferably crushed for recycling.

Abstract: A system and apparatus for crushing waste material that is manual and portable. On the underside of the lid to the apparatus is a detachable handle with a plate attached thereto that has a series of rough ridges. The handle can descend down the height of the apparatus through a pair of parallel channels located down the front and rear of the apparatus. At the bottom of the apparatus on the interior is a mating plate that has a second series of rough edges that fit like a zipper with the ridges of the top plate for crushing of waste. The handle is lockable through latches to the lid of the apparatus when not in use. A second lock holds the handle in place on the rear of the apparatus when not in use. An interior removable basket with foldable handles and/or gripping holes on the side. The interior basket has channels on the front and rear walls that correspond to the main body portion.

Abstract: A trash can is disclosed having an exterior shell, a liner seated within the shell, a latch pivotably attached to the liner for securing a flexible bag to the liner, and a handle to facilitate placing and removing of the liner from the shell. An optional aspect of the invention is to affix the handle of the liner to the latch. The liner of the trash can, in a featured embodiment, utilizes a latch having a body portion into which surplus of the flexible bag may be gathered and held. The trash can may further include a lid connected to the exterior shell. The lid connects to the shell using a front hinge and a back hinge and is actuated by a foot pedal. The actuating foot pedal is preferably seated at a base of the exterior shell and connects to the lever arm of the front hinge such that depressing the foot pedal exerts a downward force on the lever arm to open the lid. In this configuration, the lid is lifted via a downward pull on the first hinge rather than a direct upward force on the lid.

Abstract: The device is a Pet Dish for holding Disposable Liners. The dish is durable and washable, but the liner can be disposable, in a form that is conventionally available from a number of pre-existing supply sources. The dish is aesthetically pleasing. The dish and liners cooperate so that the liner inserted into the dish will not inadvertently be forced out by the eating pet, nor should the liner be allowed to spin within the dish. The dish and liners are also configured so that a stack of liners can be held conveniently within a single dish. The dish may resemble the face of a pet, such as a cat or dog.

The inner bucket fits on one side of the larger bucket, and has three loops with tabs that extend over an upper rim on the bucket and engage a lower edge section on the rim. The inner bucket also has a bail that fits within a recess to provide a flat upper surface. The wringer rests on top of the upper surface on the inner bucket, and has a wringing section that fits within it. Flanges on the wringer fit within the loops on inner bucket and directly engage the lower edge section on the rim on the larger bucket. The flanges have an outwardly-extending arm.

A lifting mechanism exhibiting a simple, cost-efficient construction is created in that the transmission element is in an operating connection with a pivotal lever hinged to the holder in such a manner that, when shifting the actuator element, the pivotal lever makes an arc shaped movement, during the course of which a rounded upper end area of the pivotal lever comes into contact with the underside of the ashtray, and moves it up towards the easy grip-position for removal.

Abstract: A container assembly and method for storing, treating, transporting and stabilizing a biological sample includes a container, a closure member and a sample holder removably received in the container. The sample holder can be a platform-like device dimensioned to be supported on a ledge formed in the side wall of the container. The sample holder includes a central cavity for receiving the sample and immersing the sample in the stabilizing agent in the container. The closure member includes a body member to close the top end of the central cavity of the sample holder and to limit movement of the sample holder in the container. In another embodiment, the sample holder has a closure cap for closing the open top end of the cavity. The container includes a liquid reagent in an amount sufficient to treat the biological sample.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of promoting bottled beverage products by promoting an individual bottle cooler made specifically for that bottled beverage product. The bottle cooler preferably comprises a container for containing ice and/or water that is adapted to have the beverage bottle positioned substantially therein, wherein regular ice and/or water from standard ice dispensers can be stored and sealed within the space between the bottle and container, to help keep the beverage inside cool. The walls of the vessel prevent the loss of wax from run off when the wax is melted by the flaming wick when lit. A two part candle container having a cylindrical body with a closed base at one end and an open mouth at the other end of the cylindrical body can facilitate the placement of the wax and wick. The container comprises a holder for providing an inner sidewall of the cylindrical body, the inner sidewall having the closed base at said one end and an open top at said other end to define a holder interior configured to receive the candle wax and wick. The holder has a full bore at the open top.

Abstract: A transport and storage container for liquids has a pallet bottom frame, a latticework enclosure connected to the bottom frame, and an inner container received in the enclosure. The vertical rods of the latticework enclosure are connected to upper and lower peripheral profiled edge sections. The vertical rods are hollow and have flattened upper ends shaped to a wave profile with welding projections. The upper profiled edge section is a hollow profiled section formed to a double bar that extends peripherally and transversely to the vertical rods and is shaped to have inner and outer wave profiles engaging one another. The outer wave profile has grooves, and the inner wave profile forms welding projections. The upper ends of the vertical rods and the double bar are connected by projection welding. The upper profiled edge section has a flat upper rim for supporting legs of a container stacked on top.

Abstract: A collection device for the collection and disposal of cigarette butts, cigar butts, and other small combustible debris found in and around smoking areas. As debris is received through the side portal, it is directed along the throat passage and into the receptacle chamber for collection.
