Abstract: A container includes a receptacle including an upright receptacle side and a receptacle bottom that cooperate to at least partly define a container chamber. The bottom presents a peripheral margin, with the side being attached to the bottom along the peripheral margin and extending upwardly relative to the bottom along an upright container axis. The receptacle further includes a drain configured to permit material flow out of the chamber, with the drain intersecting the bottom to define a drain opening that fluidly communicates with the chamber. The drain opening is spaced inboard from the peripheral margin and is laterally offset from the container axis in an offset direction. The bottom includes first and second floor sections extending inboard from the peripheral margin and joined relative to each other along a first gutter area adjacent the drain opening.

The container includes a container frame and a bottom plate. The container frame is formed a plurality of openings and a hollow main body. The bottom plate is disposed at the bottom of the container frame and is fixedly connected to the container frame. The functional assemblies are disposed in the hollow main body and located above the bottom plate.

Abstract: An insulated beverage holder device includes an insulated outer hollow cylinder, the insulated outer hollow cylinder including an open top and a bottom floor; an interior insulating hollow cylinder, the interior insulating hollow cylinder having an open top and an open bottom; and an insulating hollow liner, the insulating liner having an open top and an open bottom. The interior insulating hollow cylinder may be configured to be positioned inside the insulated outer hollow cylinder and attached to the insulated outer hollow cylinder. The insulating hollow liner may be attached to the interior insulating hollow cylinder and the insulating hollow liner to touch a first beverage container.

Abstract: A cooking and draining system includes: a vessel including a bottom and an upstanding side wall forming an interior region of the vessel and an opening opposite the bottom of the vessel, the vessel further including: a heating element located in one of the bottom and the side wall; a valve located in one of the bottom and the side wall, the valve selectively controlling outflow of fluid from the interior region of the vessel; a lid selectively sealing the opening opposite the bottom of the vessel; and a base selectively coupled to the vessel and selectively causing the heating element to heat the interior region of the vessel.

Abstract: A dumpster having a moveable false floor which moves from a bottom of the dumpster toward a top opening when the dumpster is tilted to a substantially inverted orientation during collection of trash. The moveable false floor has freedom to move a predetermined length toward the top opening, where upon reaching the predetermined length a restraining device abruptly stops the floor causing the dumpster to shake dislodging adhered trash. Upon being returned to an upright orientation the moveable false floor moves back to the bottom.

Abstract: A container for holding unused and used snus is disclosed. The container comprises a base defining a first compartment to receive unused snus. The base has a bottom wall which is reconfigurable to form a second compartment for holding used snus on the other side of said bottom wall. The first and second compartments are each provided with a separate cover.

Abstract: A soda carbonation retaining apparatus includes a container has a bottom wall, a top wall and a perimeter wall. The bottom wall has an access aperture extending therethrough. The top wall has a nozzle fluidly coupled thereto. A plurality of tracks is mounted to an inner surface of the perimeter wall. A panel is mounted within the housing and is mounted on the tracks. A cover is positionable in a closed position closing the nozzle or in an open position exposing the nozzle. A flexible bag is mounted within the housing and has an upper edge attached to the perimeter wall adjacent to the top wall. The flexible bag is fillable with a carbonated fluid and a volume of the flexible bag is reduced as the panel is moved upwardly toward the nozzle to reduce an amount of free space in the flexible bag.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a pan formed from a base plate, a housing, a divider and an ejection plate. Together, the pan is shaped to form a pocket bun. The constituent parts of the pan nest together when baking, and disassemble when removing the bun from the pan. The pocket bun has an open-mouth design to allow ingredients to be retained in the bun while the sandwich is being consumed. The open-mouth design is formed having either a single cavity or a plurality of cavities, with each cavity adapted for carrying a filling. The pan is designed having one or more chambers, with each chamber adapted for baking a bun. Adjacent chambers optionally include openings therebetween such that adjacent buns will have a baked connection therebetween.

Abstract: The present invention provides a recyclable composite container. The recyclable composite container comprises a cardboard hollow body having an open end defining an opening. The body is formed by a sidewall having an inwardly rolled rim at the open end. The container also comprises a framing element which is removably connectable to the open end of the cardboard hollow body. The framing element has a peripheral portion and a hook-shaped connector linked to this peripheral portion. The connector is for engaging with the inwardly rolled rim of the cardboard hollow body. Such construction thereby allows connection of the framing element to the cardboard hollow body by hooking the connector to the rim of the cardboard hollow body, and disconnection of the framing element from the cardboard hollow body by pulling the framing element so as to disengage the connector from the rim.

A protective plug is inserted into the open plunger end of the cartridge and protects the cartridge from contamination per use. A buffer or other material may be injected into the cartridge, causing displacement of the protective plug, allowing the cartridge to then be used in a syringe or other delivery system. The anesthetic may contain at least one solute and have an initial tonicity and an initial pH. A volume of buffer may be injected through the septum into the anesthetic, where the initial solute concentration and initial pH of the anesthetic may be selected to provide a target pH and target tonicity after the buffer is introduced.

Abstract: An assembly for forming a container that contains food product and including a thermoformed sleeve and a base. The sleeve includes a frustoconical side wall, an upper lip, and a lower lip. The side wall defines an inner surface, an outer surface, and a plurality of circumferentially-spaced handling features including an outer surface indentation and a corresponding inner surface protrusion. The upper lip projects generally radially inwardly from an upper end of the sleeve and the lower lip projects generally radially outwardly from the lower end. The base is formed apart from the sleeve, and is assembleable to the lower end for closing off the lower opening. In some embodiments, each of the plurality of handling features are wedge-shaped. In yet other embodiments, the base is a thermoformed part, and is ultrasonically welded to the lower lip.

The neck region and body design of the container allows stacking of the containers when stored.

Abstract: Disclosed in this specification is a coaster for stemmed glassware that has three sections joined together. The bottom section is circular and is attached to two curved top sections. The top sections are raised to form a pocket for receiving the base of the stemmed glassware. The curved inner edges of the top sections permit ease of attachment of the glass in a variety of ways.

Abstract: Disclosed are cartridge filling systems and methods that can include providing a vial body defining a vial lumen, providing a floating stopper positioned within the vial lumen, providing an end cap, where the proximal end of the end cap can abut the distal end of the floating stopper such that the floating stopper is prevented from moving distally within the vial lumen, filling at least a portion of the vial lumen with a fluid, and removing the end cap from the vial body after filling at least a portion of the vial lumen with a fluid.

Abstract: A technique for allowing the convenient and orderly withdrawal of contents is disclosed. An apparatus according to the technique may include a container which includes an enhancement at the rim of the container. The enhancement provides the functionality to move edible and/or inedible substances onto objects. In one example, the enhancement may protrude inwardly as a smoothed surface that may push substances onto objects as the objects are removed from the container.

Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to remove the excess air in an opened, partially used bottle containing effervescent beverages. Further use of the invention can be employed when viscous substances are contained. This is achieved by rotating a base of a bottle that is connected to a tab at the bottom of an inner bladder liner that is contained inside a bottle. The invention shows a bottle system for dispensing and maintaining effervescent beverages fresher for a longer period of time after a bottle has been opened. The bottle also improves the dispensing of thick substances found in many products that have viscous properties. The system offers a more efficient, easy solution for the dispensing of such substances from their containers by employing a collapsible inner bladder liner contained inside a bottle.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a container base and tray having a container securing portion and a tray or tote portion. The container securing portion secures a container, such as a paint container, to the base and allows a user to transfer the container base and tray (when the container is secured thereto) by way of the container handle. The container securing portion and the tray or tote portion may comprise a single component or may comprise separate, connectable, components. In one embodiment, the tray may include a plurality of means to secure containers having different sized bases.

Abstract: The invention being filed is a trash can with a removable bottom portion for the purpose of cleaning. As most trash cans on the market do not have features to facilitate ease of cleaning, a removable bottom portion would allow a person cleaning the trash can to get to leaks from the trash bag and missed trash more easily. The intent is to render the cleaner less exposed to the interior of the trash can. A person would not have to reach their entire arm into the can, but rather only have to clean the portion which is dirtied. As such, a trash can with a removable bottom portion facilitates ease of use and cleaning.

An opening/closing plate is mounted on the lower surface of the assistance tray body so as to be rotated, at the rim portion of which holes are formed, a number of the holes corresponding in number to the number of the auxiliary pill containing portions of the assistance tray body.

The collection base defines a lower reservoir designed for holding crushed and particulates of cereal therein. A separation disk substantially closes the opening of the bottom of the bowl. The separation disk has a plurality of apertures of a predetermined size therethrough to prevent passage of morsels of cereal greater than the predetermined size in the upper reservoir from passing through the apertures into the lower reservoir while permitting passage of crushed and powdery particulates of cereal less that the predetermined size to pass into the lower reservoir.

Abstract: A colored refracting cup includes a cup body, a recess chamber formed in a bottom of the cup body, the recess chamber having multi-angle cut faces, and a bottom cap fused with the bottom of the cup body by means of supersonic welding process. An adornment with multi-angle cut faces for refraction is fixed on the bottom cap and plated with many colors. The colors of the adornment may be refracted through the multi-angle cut faces of the recess chamber to appear on the cup body, permitting the cup body look like very brilliant and glamorous and enhancing worth of the cup.

Abstract: A spill-less wave bowl for use by pets and small children. The wave bowl is designed to prevent contents such as liquids in the bowl from spilling out over the edge of the bowl and from the bowl overturning. The spill-less wave bowl includes an inner bowl snapped to the inside of an outer shell. The inner bowl includes a bowl base in a lower portion of the bowl, sloping sides extending upwardly and outwardly from the bowl base and a circular bowl flange with snap arm disposed around an edge of an upper portion bowl. The outer shell includes a shell base in a lower portion of the shell, sloping sides extending upwardly and inwardly, an inwardly curved inverted concave-shaped lip which forms an interior concave-shaped cavity inside an upper portion of the shell. Around an inside of a center portion of the shell is a circular flange notch. The flange notch is used for receiving the snap arm of the bowl flange in a press fit for securing the inner bowl inside the shell base.

Abstract: A box is fitted together with a bottom of lateral walls, the latter being connected by mutually-engaging slots. The bottom has pins received in blind bores which engage in blind holes of the lateral walls. At least one of these pins is spring-biased to allow at least one lateral wall to be inserted. After the spring-biased pin jumps into the blind hold of this inserted wall, the pin and bore junctions are invisible and the system cannot be readily disassembled.

Abstract: A new megaphone cup for providing a device that is convertible between a drinking cup and a megaphone. The inventive device includes a base having upper and lower surfaces with a tubular cup mount upwardly extending from the upper surface of the base. The cup mount has a lumen and an upper opening into the lumen. Removably inserted into the lumen is the bottom end of a cup member. The top and bottom ends of the cup member both have openings into the cup member hollow interior and the cup member is also tapered towards the bottom end of the cup member. When the cup member is detached from the cup mount, a user may shout into the opening of the bottom end to use the cup member as a megaphone. The cup member also includes an extendable portion which is retractably extendable between an extended position and a retracted position.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for stacking newspapers is disclosed which obviates the need to fasten individual stacks. Once ejected from a stacking device, stacks of newspapers pass through an assembly station where they are arranged into groups of three, called slugs, and compressed. The slug then enters a collector where a layer consisting of four slugs is positioned on a sliding table. This positioning requires lateral movement of slugs. Lateral support is provided throughout this movement to prevent the stacks from toppling over. Once a full layer has been accumulated, the sliding table is retracted, and the layer of newspapers falls onto a floating table below. This floating table, which serves as the bottom floor of the container in which it is housed, is automatically lowered by discrete amounts as layers are received. Extendible cylinders located below the collector vertically move the floating table.
