The carton further includes a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, the plurality of end flaps including a lid flap foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels for forming a closed end of the carton. The carton further includes leak-resistant features including a downwardly sloping arrangement of the at least one side panel and the at least one end panel toward the bottom panel to form a bottom receptacle for one or more fluids in the interior of the carton.

The process has a step of moving a folding element transverse to each wall from which a lid extends to move the one or more lids into a position which closes the carton. Abstract: The present invention is directed to cups, containers, and sleeves therefore having a living hinge and a dual seal structure on the lid such that the seal created by the contact of the lid with the inside of the cup or container ensures a secure, friction fit orientation to prevent spillage or leakage of the contents therein. The dual seal is created by a first component on the lip of the lid that extends down from the top of the lid and is substantial in shape with a rib on the bottom edge of the lip and the circumference of the lip that is of the same size and shape as the inner circumference of the cup or container such that a secure seal is created when closed. The cups and containers also have an inner concentric structure that follows the shape of the cup or container just above the base to offer stabilization, and ease of stacking, removal, and manufacture.

The flat-folding box cover includes a top panel with aperture and four side panels that when assembled fits over the top of a tissue or other box. Advantageously, the box cover may be kept in the flat state or folded into the box shape as needed. The box covers may be sold finished from a seller. In another case, consumers may select from a set of options provided by a seller for the box cover design. In another case, the consumer may supply the seller with custom artifacts such as photos or artwork which the seller would incorporate into the finished box cover. Kits may also be sold allowing the purchaser to customize the box cover themselves.

Abstract: A soda straw box is installed in a dispenser by pushing the box full of straws into the dispenser receptacle. An opening member in the dispenser has a slot into which a corner of the box is pushed so that the corner panels fold together. One corner panel of the straw box is an anchor flap that folds as it is pushed into the opening slot. One or two other flaps are hinged either directly or indirectly to an edge of the anchor flap to assist in forming an opening in the box to allow the straws to fall down into the dispenser. The flaps of the box are all hinged for movement into the box during the opening process.

The container may comprise a container body with a plurality of walls formed by body panels of a folded blank such that each corner of the container opening is formed at the end of a fold line between two adjacent body panels of the blank. The invention also relates to a method for forming such a container.

An opening in the roof provides ventilation, while a cap over the opening blocks precipitation from entering. The engaged wind pieces are overlapped and respectively form into a flat portion at junctions of the side boards. The foldable box may be assembled and disassembled in an easy and fast way.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide boxes that are particularly useful in connection with trash collection and trash compaction. The boxes are designed as having a single-piece board construction with a strength that can contain mixed types of trash, including solids and liquids, and to effectively contain the trash during the pressure of a compaction process without tearing, splitting and/or leaking They are also designed to use a waterproof coating for adhering seams, reducing the extra step and expense of using a glue or an adhesive to secure the box seams. The trash compaction boxes provided herein are particularly useful on aircraft and other passenger transport vehicles, where weight and performance are of primary concern.

Abstract: A suspension packaging system can include a foldable member configured to form a cavity as well as a suspension device for suspending an article to be packaged within the cavity. The suspension portion can include foldable portions configured to cooperate with a retention member having pockets. The foldable portions can fit into the pockets and then be folded so as to generate tension in the retention member. The entire device, with the exception of the retention member, can be made from a single piece of material, such as corrugated cardboard, which thus reduces waste and simplifies bulk distribution of such a suspension packaging system.

The container is constructed from a single sheet of foldable material and has a bottom wall, a top wall, first and second front wall panels, a back wall, and side flaps extending from opposite ends of the bottom, top, and back walls, and from the first and second front wall panels. The top wall is secured to the container by a tear-out panel extending from the top wall into the back wall and by frangible side flap portions in the side walls, whereby the tear-out panel may be grasped and lifted to lift the top wall and break the frangible side flap portions, completely freeing the top wall from the container by the single step of grasping and tearing out and lifting the tear-out panel to pivot the top upwardly.
