Abstract: A reversibly locking assembly such as stethoscope holster or for other devices. The stethoscope holder comprises a clip adapted for attachment to an article of clothing wherein the clip comprises a clip channel wherein the clip channel comprises an upper section and a lower section wherein the lower section is wider than the upper section. A stethoscope connector is provided which is adapted for attachment to a stethoscope. The stethoscope has a tube and when the tube is aligned with the clip channel the assymettric plate passes through the upper section. When the tube is not aligned with the clip channel the assymetric plate does not pass through the upper section.

Abstract: A microphone holder is configured to enable a user to clip a microphone to a shirt. The microphone holder has a plate that is punched with a hole and bent into a J-shape. The hole is configured to accommodate a microphone. The plate is configured to be adapted to a shirt.

Abstract: A clip-shaped device for preventing tops from becoming untucked, where pants are fixed between an upper clip part and a lower clip part and a belt is fixed between the upper clip part and a decorative cover element, and at the same time, lower ends of the tops are fixed by a fixing member, thereby preventing the lower ends of the tops from being exposed to the outside of the bottoms. Since a tops fixing member, the clip member, and the decorative cover element are included, the tops fixing member fixes the lower ends of the tops, the clip member fixes the pants, and the belt is fixed between the decorative cover element and the clip member such that the lower ends of the tops are not exposed to the outside of the bottoms, and thus clothes can be worn neatly and comfortably.

Abstract: Left and right ear shades that are removably connectable to the bottom of a baseball-style cap or headband of a hardhat and fit around the back, top, and front of the ears. The shades can be positioned to accommodate the wearer. Each ear shade includes a forked clip that receives the hat band between inner and outer tines. For relatively thick hat bands, such as a those of baseball caps, the forked clip provides adequate resilient clamping force between the tines against the hat band to hold the ear shade in place. An optional removable clip fits around the top of the tines and resiliently connects near the bottom of the fork. Use of this optional removable clip allows the ear shade to be held in place on hats having hat bands that are too thin to be held in place solely by the clamping force of the fork tines.

Abstract: A twist tie device has an elongated piece of shape-retaining deformable material. A cover covers the shape-retaining deformable material along the length of the elongated piece. The cover has a bond between the elongated piece and the cover. The bond between the cover and the elongated piece is along the entire interior surface of the cover. An outer cover may be bonded to the cover. The outer cover may have a gripping surface and a non-gripping surface. The gripping surface will provide more grip for the twist tie device when it is wrapped around itself, and the gripping surface will provide more grip when it is wrapped around objects.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pacifier clip, which comprises a base sheet, a mobile clipping member, a pulling member and a tying tool. When the pulling member is pulled, in the rotating motion, an angled flange of the pulling member utilizes an eccentric action to optionally allow an angled part or an inclined cutting plane of the angled flange to be abutted against or adjacent to an oblique support arm of the mobile clipping member, so a passive sheet of the mobile clipping member is downwardly moved or upwardly raised, and tooth rows of the passive sheet and tooth lines of the base sheet are engaged for forming a clipping status or forming a gap in between for forming a releasing status.

Abstract: A retail display clip is provided. The retail display clip includes a stationary clip base and a rotatable clip member that rotates about an axis of rotation. The rotatable clip member rotates relative to the clip base. The retail display clip includes an open state and a closed state. As the rotatable clip member rotates from the open to the closed or the closed to the open state, an over-center point is transitioned. The over-center point is created by the interaction between a locking tab of the rotatable clip member and a flat inner surface of the clip base. In the closed stated, a torque is created by the over-center point that causes the locking tab to place a force on the flat inner surface of the clip base. A gripping point is formed at the location where the locking tab places the force. The gripping point supports retail merchandise.

Abstract: A connector structured to removably attach an object to a support platform including an elongated, rigid material base having a locking assembly disposed thereon and including a retainer and a gripping member. The gripping member is movably connected to the retainer and disposable relative to the base into both a locking orientation and a release orientation, wherein the locking orientation comprises a predetermined portion of the gripping member disposed in gripping, at least partially penetrating relation to an exposed surface of a corresponding part of either the support platform or the supported object. An activating member is connected to the gripping member and movable therewith, wherein positioning force exerted on the activating member will selectively dispose the gripping member between the locking and release orientations.

Abstract: A magnetic clip provides a quick and easy method to attach an electronic device's cord to a user's clothing. The magnetic clip allows a user to create a fully customized cord management system, based upon their specific needs and/or preferences. The cord management system can include a tether to join a magnetic disk with a magnetic clip. The magnetic disk and magnetic clip can be disposed on opposite sides of a garment to position the magnetic clip securely on the user's garment, regardless of how slippery or form fitting the garment's material may be. A garment can have integrated magnetic disks, where the magnetic clip can attach.

Abstract: A disengageable clip is provided which has a first configuration to permit an item to be securely gripped and a second configuration that permits the item to be disengaged. Once disengaged, the clip may be removed from the item and/or may be repositioned and then reattached to the item. The clip may include a clip member having an engagement portion defining an open loop and a clip portion extending therefrom. The clip may also include a sleeve slidably positioned upon the clip portion and at least one stop having a width greater than the sleeve. The sleeve may be configured to translate along the clip portion between first and second positions. The first position is proximate the engagement portion and may cause the engagement portion to grip the item. Conversely, the second position is spaced from the engagement portion by the stop to permit disengagement from the item.

Abstract: A lanyard attachment assembly has a sleeve with an inside surface and an outside surface. The inside surface defines a passageway through the sleeve. A strap passes through the passageway and forms a closed loop to link the closed loop to the sleeve. The assembly optionally includes a connector with a connector opening therethrough. When the assembly includes a connector, the strap passes through the connector opening where the closed loop links the connector to the sleeve.

Mounting sections curved in the direction along the inner peripheral surface of the shaft tube are formed at opposite sides of the rear part of the clip. Fitting recesses into which the mounting sections of the clip are fitted are formed in the outer wall of the insertion member. With the mounting sections of the clip fitted in and engaged with the fitting recesses in the insertion member, the insertion member is inserted into the rear part of the shaft body to fit the rear part of the clip into the clip mounting section of the shaft tube. Thus, the insertion member is engaged in position inside the shaft tube.

Abstract: An attachment mount and receiver system for attaching articles to a garment. A receiver has openings for affixing the receiver to a support that is then attached to a compatible garment. The mount has openings for affixing an article thereto. A pair of flexible springs permit connected tines to be compressed inwardly, allowing the mount to be slidingly inserted into the receiver. A barb at the end of each tine engages an end wall of the receiver when the mount is fully seated. Tines are compressed inwardly and the mount is withdrawable. Selective locks can inhibit the tines from being compressed. Resistance to prying the mount away from the receiver is also provided.

Abstract: A holder clip having a planar body is secured to a temple piece of a pair of eyeglasses to allow a user to suspend and support the eyeglasses from a pocket, lapel, or other location on a garment. Abstract: A small pouch for holding/storing jewelry. This pouch is made of a flexible rubber material with a small, linear slit in the top of the device. The pouch is created in order to hold or store different articles of jewelry. The purpose of the linear slit is to allow the jewelry to enter/exit the device. Attached to this, is a small metal clip. The metal clip allows the device to be secured to different articles of clothing. The metal clip contains a small metal bead which can bounce around within the clip, thereby causing a rattling sound. The purpose of this is to alert the user of the device's presence, therefore reminding them of the jewelry that has been stored within the rubber pouch.

The decorative clip assembly includes a bent portion having a first free end portion and a second end portion for draping the clip assembly onto an edge of the item of wear; a mounting portion connected to the second end portion for selectively mounting a first decorative embellishment; and a ring portion connected adjacent to the mounting portion for selectively receiving and carrying a second decorative embellishment. The ring portion includes a spring loaded open end section or a hinged gate ring. The decorative clip assembly may be made of spring wire, spring steel, or rigid plastic or it may be made from a single sheet of spring steel wherein the clip assembly is an integral one piece assembly. Methods for forming the decorative clip assembly are also disclosed.

Abstract: This invention relates to a system for connecting a visor to a headset headband, the headband having a headband spring that supports a headpad and a stirrup. The system includes a connector attachable to the headband spring at a user-selected location between the headpad and the stirrup. The connector has a stem. The system also includes an adaptor adjacent the connector and having a first end and a second end. The first end of the adaptor has a slot complementary with the stem for receiving and retaining the stem, such that the adaptor can translate with respect to the connector under user-urging. The second end of the adaptor has a hinge assembly. The system further includes an arm adjacent the adaptor and having a first end and a second end. The first end of the arm has an aperture complementary with the hinge assembly for reception into the hinge assembly, such that the arm can pivot about the second end of the adaptor. The second end of the arm has a securement for securing the visor.

Abstract: This apparatus is for suspending, keeping track of and holding a wireless headset near the head of the user for easier use and prevention of loss of any wireless headset, ear bud, Blue-Tooth wireless headset, earphone used with any cellular phones, mobile phones, portable phones, desk phones, wireless hand-helds, wireless PDA's or other wireless device also including a phone and headset merged together in the future. I will refer to these as “wireless headsets.” This apparatus is attached to an article of clothing, or other area, by means of a small, lightweight clip. In our preferred embodiment, the clip or pinching mechanism is connected to a magnet, magnetized material or other magnetic item (hereby referred to as a “magnet”) by way of glue or manufacturing process, that attracts or holds onto a small piece of metal adhered to the wireless headset. Abstract: A retaining device for retaining an object or objects to a surface or surfaces. The device includes an elongate, flexible strap having a plurality of bores and a retaining member embedded within a platform body. The retaining member has first and second portions. The first portion has a first end which is passed through one or more of the bores of the strap to operatively connect the strap to the retaining member. The strap is placed around the object to be retained. The second portion retains the first portion in a closed position so that the object is retained securely but non-permanently. An adhesive between the platform body and the surface permanently fixes the retaining device to the surface.

Abstract: A clip is adapted to be secured to an item fitted using a closure device. The item is typically a shoe that is laced wherein the closure device is a shoelace. The clip includes a base extending between a back end and a forward end. The base defines a bottom surface. A loop extends over the base to receive a portion of the shoelace therethrough. The clip also includes a fastener fixedly secured to the forward end for selectively securing an ornament thereto to display the ornament on top of the shoe over the tongue thereof.

Abstract: A badge holder for attachment to a garment includes a planar clip body having an opening therein forming a periphery structure in the clip body. A planar flexible spring member appends from a top portion of the periphery structure, with the free end terminating within the opening near a bottom portion of the structure and is coplanar therewith. The gap between the edge surface of the spring member and the interior wall of the periphery structure decreases in width from the bottom portion of the peripheral structure to the top portion of the peripheral structure. A plurality of projecting elements project from the surrounding edge surfaces of the spring member and from the front surface to assist in firmly holding the fabric in the clip. A badge mounting member projects from the front surface of the periphery structure upon which a badge can be mounted.

Abstract: A clothing retainer has a body with a pair of abutments spaced apart along the body. Each of the abutments includes a hook having a mouth for engagement with a fastener on clothing. The mouths are oppositely directed toward one another and inhibit separation of the fasteners engaged by the hooks.

Abstract: A hook and eye fastener includes a hook and an eye. The hook has a hook top plate and a hook base plate with a kinked end that curves toward the top plate and then curves away from the top plate. The kinked end is spring-loaded to rest on the hook top plate. The eye has an eye comprising a eye top plate and an eye base plate defining an opening for receiving the hook top plate. When the hook is initially inserted into the eye, the eye top plate pushes up against the kinked end of the hook base plate. When the kinked end slides past the eye top plate after the hook is fully inserted into the eye, the kinked end of the hook base plate snaps back down against the hook top plate and produces an audible sound to indicate the fastener is secured.

Abstract: A golf tool retention clip attaches to a brim of a hat and retains the golf tool where the wearer of the hat has ready and easy access to the golf tool during play of the game of golf. The golf tool retention clip also retains a ball marker for ready and easy access to the ball marker during play of the game of golf. The golf tool retention clip is inconspicuous to the player and does not interfere with play of the game of golf. The golf tool retention clip has opposing panels with are coupled together and which side onto the brim of the hat with the golf tool positioned on the upper surface of the brim while the ball marker positioned on the lower surface of the brim. The golf tool has features to perform multiple functions associated with the game of golf.

Abstract: An apparatus for one of substantially minimizing damage to and loss of earbuds when not in use. Such apparatus comprises an elongated member formed of a predetermined material and a loop member engageable with a first end of the elongated member for securing such earbud when such loop member is tightened over such earbud thereby securing it thereto. A crimp bead member is disposed intermediate such first end of such elongated member and such loop member, such crimp bead member capable of sliding so as to tighten the loop member and close the loop member over such earbud. A clip member is engageable with a second end of the elongated member for engagement with a preselected object for securing the elongated member having such loop member attached thereto with such earbud disposed therein to such preselected object. There is, further, a clasp member for securing the second end of the elongated member to the clip member.

Abstract: A wearable, item attaching, apparel clamp is disclosed. The clamp broadly includes a clamping jaw and an underlying opposed clamping jaw capable of permanently or temporarily attaching a personal item either directly or indirectly to whatever substrate or fabric edge the clamp is attached. The clamping jaw attaches to the underlying jaw via a hinge element which includes a fulcrum. An article connecting element attaches to the clamping jaw and extends toward or beyond the securing portion of the clamping jaws. The connecting element contains a resilient opening large enough to attach a second item directly or indirectly. Such other item may include a key chain, chain link, receptacle, or the like, thus enabling the item to hang below the bottom of the clamp. The underlying clamping jaw(s) distribute the weight of the attached item relative to the clamp preventing the flexible substrate to which the clamp can fasten from excessive bending.

Abstract: A quick release interconnect and locking device having a base plate with a post A circular and planar D-shaped disc is disposed on an end of the post. The apparatus has a female element with a contoured channel. A keeper plate with a vertical slot is placed over the contoured channel. A medial portion of the contoured channel includes an upper locking face terminating at a lower end in radius, such that when the D-disc is aligned parallel with the upper locking face, the D-disc may be translated downwardly until it encounters a locking portion, where it may again be rotated to bring the sliding face into alignment with a locking face and may then be translated downwardly to a semi-circular portion at the bottom of the contoured channel, where it may be rotated to lock it in the lower locking portion.
