Abstract: A scarf harness according to the present teachings facilitates the wearing of a scarf as a clothing accessory. The harness can allow the scarf to drape across the front of a user. The draping of a scarf can allow the visual pattern of the scarf to be easily seen and can enhance the impact of the scarf as a clothing accessory. The scarf harness can retain the scarf in a draped function over the front of the user along with providing a distinctive butterfly-type shape to the scarf.

Abstract: A stethoscope restraint for selectively maintaining a stethoscope tube near a user's body includes a base member having front and rear faces. The stethoscope restraint includes at least one of a magnet, a pin, and a clip for selectively coupling the base member to an article of clothing. Further, the stethoscope restraint device includes a tube clip coupled to the base member for selectively coupling a stethoscope tube to the base member. The front face of the base member may include a planar configuration and may include indicia. The tube clip may be removably coupled to the base member and may be semi-permanently attachable to a stethoscope tube. More particularly, the tube clip may be magnetically coupled to the base member. In one embodiment, a timepiece may be coupled to the tube clip.

Abstract: A reusable bookmark adapted for marking a page or standing alone includes: (a) a body portion in the shape of a character; (b) a clip portion including a clip base and a bendable, elongated clip prop, a rear surface of the clip base being substantially attached to a rear surface of the body portion, the clip prop including a first prop end extending from the clip base, the clip prop further including a flared end section at an opposite, second end of the clip prop, and (c) at least one detachable page marker that is detachably attachable to the body portion, the page marker including a marker attachment mechanism at a first marker end of the page marker, the page marker further including an opposite, second, free marker end; wherein the clip prop further includes at least a closed position and an open position; and wherein in the open position, the flared end section of the clip prop extends away from the clip base.

Abstract: The present invention provides a portable clothing organizer that includes a strap that can be configured to form a loop wherein the strap has a first end a second end. A clasp is attached to the strap between the first end and the second end and is configured to connect an article of clothing to the strap. The loop is configured to provide support for an article of clothing from a support device.

Abstract: A belt clamp with a pivotal article carrier attached thereto includes a base and a cover hinged together at the top. The cover includes a passageway at the lower end to accept a barb-like fastener integral with lower end of base to lock clamp closed. A tongue projects inwardly from the cover to contact and inhibit movement of a duty belt inside the clamp. The base includes a pair of intersecting arcuate slots and a reversible insert having one arcuate slot to make the clamp usable by either right- or left-handed users. A movable belt width adjustment bar is mounted inside the clamp to accommodate belts of various widths. Bosses around the lower opening of the cover inhibit twisting of locked clamp to prevent inadvertent opening. A locking plate is provided to inhibit rotation of fasteners used in pivotal mounting of an article carrier to the belt clamp.

The rod element comprises an axial rod portion and a C-shaped, clip-engaging structure. The axial rod portion comprises superficial grooves extending intermediate first and second rod ends. The protrusions mate with the superficial grooves. The clip-engaging structure has coaxial clip-engaging ends. The clip element comprises cap-attachment clipping structure and rod-attachment anchoring structure. The clipping structure clip-engages the brim of a hat, and the anchoring structure rotatably receives the clip-engaging ends.

Abstract: A modular assembly for detachable securing an accessory component to a garment or the like, comprises a meshed fabric, with an array of first openings forming an integral part of the garment. A base plate and a locking plate are provided, the former being secured to the accessory component. A plurality of studs are provided on one of the plates, and a plurality of second openings are provided on the other of the plates. The plates are adapted to be positioned on opposite sides of the meshed fabric, with the studs on the one plate projecting through respective first openings in the meshed fabric and into interlocked engagement within the second openings of the other plate.

Abstract: A Bluetooth earphone and a lanyard structure thereof are provided. The Bluetooth earphone includes an earphone body and a lanyard structure. The lanyard structure includes a lanyard and a clip element. The lanyard is disposed on the clip element. The clip element includes two hooks gripping the earphone body for combining the lanyard structure with the earphone body.

Abstract: A maternity blanket, bib or other covering for an infant while it is being held in one's arms, often for feeding, or seated in a movable or stationary seat, is firmly retained to the clothing of the person holding the infant or to the seat. This is achieved with a retention device which includes a pair of strips of material attached at one end to opposite portions of the clothing or other retention member. The strips which may be of nylon are attached to the clothing by clip members which are spring actuated for firm retention of the blanket and have a hand operated lever which facilitates its release.

Abstract: Elastic force originating from an elastic body is applied to gripping portions, so that a lower member and an upper member functions as a clip. An elastic member is formed in such a manner as to be cut out from an attachment surface of the lower member along the contour (other than a portion thereof) of a closed figure, and can warp with respect to the attachment surface with that portion taken as a warp axis. The elastic member has a projection on the leading end thereof, and a rear panel has a recess in an attachment surface thereof. When the rear panel is rotated with respect to the lower member, the projection is disengaged from the recess by warping of the elastic member, or engaged with the recess by a retroaction of the warping.

Abstract: A safety cable for tools for preventing the tools from falling when the individual is on a ladder, scaffold or roof has a first end attachable to the individual, such as the individual's work belt, and a second distal end to which the tool is secured. The first end includes a releasably securable chain link that connects to a clothing article, such as the belt, and adjacent the distal end is a safety clip that attaches to an o-ring adjoined to the chain link when the tool is not in use thereby taking up the length of cable and preventing the cable and the tool from freely dangling from the individual. The safety clip is released from the first end of the cable when the tool is to be used so that the individual has the entire length of cable available for using, maneuvering and positioning the tool while still retaining the securement of the tool to the distal end of the cable.

Abstract: A removable hat accessory, having a display object and an attaching device. The display object has an opening extending axially and upwardly from a bottom thereof. The attaching device has a fastener for holding the attaching device to the display object, and a spring member for removably attaching the hat accessory to a button of a hat or a cap. To attach the hat accessory to the hat, the lower portion of the spring is slid under the hat button.

Abstract: An eyeglass retainer having a clip for attaching the eyeglass retainer to an article, such as a shirt collar, is provided. An emblem is affixed to and substantially covers the clip when the eyeglass retainer is attached to the article. Furthermore, an elastic loop is coupled to the clip and extends away from the emblem and selectively receives an eyeglass temple bar therein. The clip further includes a pair of spring biased jaws having interconnecting teeth and an extension flange for substantially permanently retaining the elastic loop therein. The emblem is adhesively, thermally or mechanically affixed to the clip and may comprise an American flag, a playing card, a representation of a hand or the like.

Abstract: A retainer configured for attachment to objects and for carrying personal appliances such as, but not limited to, a cell phone or a music player. The retainer comprising two members held together in substantially parallel relationship by a unshaped joiner at one end and by a ramp attached to the interior side of one of the members toward the other end. The ramp has exterior and interior slopes converging at the top and forming a compressible male form for fitment into a corresponding female form. The ramp allows ingress and egress of the retainer onto objects that separate the members as the retainer is pushed on and pushed off the object.

The protective body and opening are preferably sized and shaped to receive substantially all of the hanging clip, or at least the region of the clip immediately adjacent to the object, to cover any unsmooth edges of the hanging clip so they do not cut into the wear's belt, pocket, etc.

Abstract: A coupling device of a pair of safety goggles for use in a hat brim of the present invention is designed for coupling a fastening belt of the safety goggles with the hat brim of a hat body. The coupling device has a base having an outward extended arched gap, wherein the base is relatively rotatable so as to allow the hat brim of the hat body to be rotated into the gap of the base. In addition, the base is coupled with a hooking body for further coupling with the fastening belt of the safety goggles. Accordingly, the coupling device of the present invention can be assembled easily and conveniently.

Abstract: The invention includes a belt clip for mounting objects to a user's belt. The belt clip has a resilient U-shaped member portion and a hollow hanger member. The resilient U-shaped member portion having an upper end and a lower end with a U-bend portion at the upper end and parallel inner and outer walls extending downwardly from the U-bend. A gap is defined between the inner and outer walls for slidably engaging a belt. The hollow hanger member portion protrudes outwardly from the outer wall of the U-shaped member portion and has a generally downwardly facing wall with an aperture extending therethrough. The aperture provides a means for mounting objects to the belt.

Abstract: A spool has a pair of spaced apart plates mounted on opposing sides of a central core. A flexible fabric sheet is positioned in contact with a face of one of the plates of the spool and across a peripheral edge of the plate. A clip includes a pair of legs joined at one end and extending around the core of the spool with the fabric thereby forced into contact with the core. With the legs so inserted between the plates the fabric is captured in the spool so that the spool and clip are not able to move on the fabric or be dislodged from it. The legs terminate with toe curved in opposing lateral directions and which are able to be mutually interlocked in an overlapping attitude.

Abstract: A utility clip may include a base and a cover that is pivotably secured to the base. The base may include a pair of guide flanges that, along with the cover, cooperate to create a passage to retain and support a cable or wire. The guide flanges may be angled in the manner that creates a generally smooth path of travel for a cable or wire retained in the clip. As a result, the flanges may prevent kinking or over-bending of the wire or cable. Furthermore, by creating a path of travel for the wire or cable the user may avoid tangling the wire or cable around himself/herself or around other nearby wires, cables or equipment.

Abstract: A two part magnetic closure for a towel has a first part including a towel and a double thickness strip of material sewn to the towel at one end and a magnetic disk secured between the double thickness strip of material at the opposing end of the strip. A second part of the closure includes a clasp secured to one end of a second double thickness strip of material. Another magnetic disk of opposite polarity is secured between the second double thickness strip of material. The pair of strips of material provides planar surfaces for rotational and slidable connection and movement of the towel relative to the clasp.

Abstract: Apparatus for fastening includes a linkage and a body. The linkage has an end enlarged to form a ball. The body forms a carabineer's hook. A side of the body has a guideway which is open at a side and at an end of the body. Most of the guideway is dimensioned to receive the linkage, but not the ball. Near the end of the body, the guideway forms a dock which opens at the side, wide enough to receive the ball. A slide is held in the guideway and has a fork dimensioned to receive the linkage while blocking the ball. The slide is movable toward and away from said end so that the fork alternately uncovers and partially covers the dock, alternately confining and releasing the ball. The linkage is free to rotate through at least 90 degrees, from parallel to the guideway to normal to the side, while the fork confines the ball in the dock. Optionally, the linkage in hingedly connected to a pedestal adapted for attachment to objects.

The housing also includes a pen slot, which enables a user to easily remove the pen with a pushing action. The housing further includes a hand strap mount, which can be easily converted into a hip-clip.

Abstract: A multi-function clamp has a base plate, a connecting seat connected to the base plate, a pressing seat integrally formed with the connecting seat, an outer cover pivotally connected to the base plate and a rear clip securely engaged with the base plate. Multiple soft pads are securely sandwiched between the base plate and the outer cover to function as shock absorber. Spacers are formed on a rear face of the base plate to keep a distance to the rear clip. Hemispheres are formed on the rear clip to engage with the rear face of the base plate to clamp an object with the rear face of the base plate.

The expansible layer has a degree of elasticity sufficient to secure the cell phone between the expansible layer and the back plate. A common clip (typically, an inverted U-shaped member) is mounted to the rear side of the back plate which enables the wearer to place the retained cell phone and belt clip onto his or her belt. The expansible layer may include a grip tab mounted on a top edge of the expansible layer to facilitate insertion and removal of the cell phone from the interspace between the expansible layer and the back plate. The method includes removably mounting the substantially rigid plate onto the person's belt and at least partially surrounding the cell phone with elastic material and capturing the cell phone between the material and the rigid plate.

An attachment device is joined to the mounting panel so that the retainer can be easily affixed to the golfer's clothing or to a golf bag during play.

The clip may be mechanically attached to the club, or may use magnets. The towel may be permanently attached to the clip or may be removable. Abstract: Disclosed is a wallet in the form of a harness with an attached key ring for carry credit cards and folded paper, such as paper currency, together with keys. The harness comprises two loops of elasticized material attached to each other at opposing points such that one loop encircles the length of the credit cards and the other loop encircles the width of the credit cards. The loops may comprise a buckle and may be adjustable to accommodate more cards. The key ring may be used to facilitate opening and closing of the harness.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a card display device that includes two clips rotatably attached. A rivet connects the two clips and allows the clips to rotate with respect to each other. The design of one of the two clips allows it to grasp a card while the other clip grasps a user's clothing. In some embodiments, a suspender style clip serves as the card attachment. In other embodiments, a clothespin type clip serves as the card attachment. In some embodiments the first clip and second clip have only three separate jaws. The card attachment clip may include plastic or rubber gripping pads that aid in providing a secure grip.
