Abstract: An end effector includes a body having a cavity located therein. The body partially encloses the cavity and includes an opening through the body to the cavity that is sized to receive a hanger hook. A hooking structure is located within the cavity. A latch is movably received by the body. The latch has a closed position that reduces the size of the opening and an open position that increases the size of the opening.
Abstract: A spring ring has an arcuate body having spaced apart open and closed ends. The spaced apart ends define an opening. The body defines a bore. The body has radially on its outer surface an elongate groove. A spring is disposed within the bore and abuts the closed end of the bore. A plunger is disposed partially within said bore, abuts the spring and extends through the open end of the bore. The spring biases the plunger to occupy the opening to form a ring. A tab is formed on the plunger and extends through the elongate groove. A fastener is coupled to or integrally formed with the tab. The fastener and the ring are each capable of being affixed to an article, such as an article of jewelry.
Abstract: Described herein is a latch useful for safety or security purposes, comprising: a cable having a first end coupled to a finger actuated, spring-loaded, sliding bolt, snap-hook and a second end coupled to a first mounting plate; a first ring coupled to a second mounting plate; the first and second mounting plates each defining at least one aperture for receiving a fastener for attaching the first and second mounting plates to a main body of an enclosure and an openable barrier of the enclosure, respectively; the latch being in a closed state with the snap-hook linked to the first ring and an open state with the snap-hook disengaged from the first ring.
Abstract: A safety catch using a sliding sleeve to close/open the opening of the hook thereof and a spring to support the sliding sleeve in the close position.
Abstract: Hanging hook including a hook section, a latch member, a spring, a restricting column, a ring body and a C-shaped latch ring. The hook section has a stem body a lower end of which is formed with an annular stop section. One side of the stop section is cut with a restricting split. The other side of the stop section is provided with a downward extending hook. An upper end of the stem body is pivotally connected with the ring body. An upper side of the latch member is formed with a receiving hole. A bottom face of the receiving hole is formed with a through hole. One side of the latch member is formed with a downward extending latch arm. A lower side of the restricting column is provided with a small diameter fitting post. A stop face is defined between the small diameter section and the large diameter section of the restricting column. The restricting column is formed with a central passage.
