Abstract: A pair of horizontally extending curtain rods for bathroom stalls comprising a mechanism whereby the rods are each supported by end brackets which are adapted to be force-fitted against the walls of the stall to retain the pair of rods in tight engagement with the side walls of the stall. One of the pair of rods is employed primarily to support a conventional shower curtain suspended therefrom whereas the other of the rods supports a decorative curtain extending from the rod to a position closely adjacent the floor of the stall.

Abstract: A flexible door or curtain support comprising an elongate member having a track for supporting the door or curtain, and apparatus for providing tension between the elongate member and a supporting wall comprising a pad or wall member for engaging the wall, a pressure plate engaging the end of the elongate member, and wedge or a cam mechanism cooperating with the pressure plate and the pad or wall member, and a mechanism for moving the wedge member to provide longitudinal tension between the elongate member and the wall.

Abstract: A venetian blind has a blind head and slats, brackets for supporting the blind head, and a frame having side channel members to receive the ends of the slats. Clip means connect both the bracket to window opening structure and to the side channel members.

Abstract: A support bracket for a venetian blind headrail which is in the form of an open sided box structure including a side wall, with a top wall and a bottom wall connected to the side wall, a front wall having rearwardly extending top and bottom flanges connected to a forward portion of the top and bottom wall, respectively, by a vertical axis pivotal connection adjacent the side wall, a latch provided between the top and bottom flanges and the top and bottom walls, the latch locking the front wall in position when the front wall is moved sideways towards the side wall.

Abstract: This invention relates to an improved system for hanging curtains, whereby the points from which the curtain is hung are held a maximum spaced distance from one another determined when the curtain is extended, but in such manner that the curtain can slide freely along the length of the supporting bar without being obstructed by the intermediate supports which fasten the bar to the ceiling or to the side wall, when the curtain is gathered or extended, which supports are inserted in and run the length of a longitudinal slot made in said bar.

Abstract: A window plate member is affixed to an inside surface of a window casing. An elevating plate member has a lower end hingedly affixed to the window plate member and extending upward from the window plate member to an area above the window casing for rotation from a position closely adjacent the surface of a wall in which the window casing is mounted to a position perpendicular to such surface. A rod connecting member comprises a rod of U-shape having a pair of legs. A first free end of the rod extends at right angles to the plane of the legs and is pivotally mounted on the upper end of the elevating plate member in a manner whereby the legs are movable in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the wall. The rod has a second free end in the plane of the legs for accommodating a tubular curtain rod.
