Abstract: The CV joint removal tool's clamps surround an axle proximal to the CV joint to be separated from the axle. The tool clamps onto the axle and applies a constant axial force to separate the two CV joint components via the push plate and push rods. Removal of the entire axle assembly is negated, saving parts cost and labor costs. The tool does not require complete drive axle removal, as do other devices attempting the same function. The CV joint removal tool pushes the CV joint and the axle apart, further differentiating from previous methods and devices. The tool utilizes Newton's law of equal and opposite reactions. The key challenge that the CV joint removal tool overcomes is that when CV joints are installed, neither end of the drive axle is accessible.

Abstract: A device to remove a metal servo horn in an efficient way by utilizing the lifting force to separate servo horn from a servo output shaft when screw is rotated counter-clockwise and hits against the concave of lower surface of upper front plate of the device. Clamping force provided by two fastening members combines the device and servo horn into one integrated unit to avoid the distortion of open end of the device when lifting force is greater than rigidity of the device. When a lifting force for removing the integrated unit is applied in direction opposite to installing direction of servo horn, it overcomes the friction between the inner splines of servo horn and the outer splines of servo output shaft then separates both splines. The removal of the servo horn from the servo output shaft is achieved.

Abstract: A pressing disc for disassembling bearings includes three arc members each has a clamp portion and a through hole on each of two sides thereof. The three arc members are coupled with each other to allow any one through hole of any one arc member to communicate with the opposing through hole of the neighboring arc member to form a channel. The three clamp portions are connected with each other to form a clamp space. The pressing disc also has three penetrating rods respectively running through the channel. Each penetrating rod has one set of fastening member to push the arc members close to each other to shrink the clamp space. Thus a bearing placed in the clamp space can be firmly clamped through the three clamp portions from three pressing directions without slipping during disassembly.
