    Abstract: A common mode noise suppression circuit applicable to differential signal transmission performs common mode noise suppression with respect to differential signals transmitted by a transmission line. An inductance-capacitance resonant structure is formed based on electromagnetic coupling combining a ground structure to suppress common mode noise of differential mode signals at broadband meanwhile keeping low loss of the differential mode signals at broadband via differential transmission lines. By this, the common mode noise suppression circuit performs broadband suppression with related to the common mode noise within a frequency scope of several GHz without affecting the differential mode signals and improves manufacturing process miniaturization to decrease cost.

    Abstract: A diplexer that can demultiplex and multiplex two signals having wide frequency bands, and a wireless communication module and a wireless communication apparatus using the same, are provided. A diplexer has a multilayer body including a first interlayer, a second interlayer and a third interlayer. On the first interlayer, first resonant electrodes are disposed in an interdigital form. On the second interlayer, a plurality of second resonant electrodes are disposed in an interdigital form. On the third interlayer, there are disposed an input coupling electrode that faces the input-stage first resonant electrode and the input-stage second resonant electrode in an interdigital form, a first output coupling electrode that faces the output-stage first resonant electrode in an interdigital form, and a second output coupling electrode that faces the output-stage second resonant electrode.

In a columnar part including these magnetic layers, magnetic and nonmagnetic bodies are arranged alternately in the laminating direction, whereby the total volume of the magnetic layers in the inner region can be kept smaller than in the case where a magnetic layer penetrates through the inner region of the coil conductors. As a result, at the time of firing a matrix, the difference in the amount of shrinkage between the nonmagnetic and magnetic layers can be suppressed, so as to inhibit cracks from occurring at their interfaces.
