  • Patent number: 9805486
Abstract: A user terminal apparatus includes an input receiver, an intersecting-image information obtaining unit and a divider. The input receiver receives input information relating to image-drawing and image-erasing. The intersecting-image information obtaining unit obtains image-drawing input information intersecting image-erasing input information as intersecting-image information when the input receiver receives image-erasing input information. The divider divides the intersecting-image information to erase a portion of the intersecting-image information contained in an erasing area computed from the image-erasing input information when the input information is image-erasing input information.

  • Patent number: 9798397
Abstract: Pen pressure can be controlled in detail only by a positional detection controlling side of a touch panel. Thus, pen pressure data will not be required to be transmitted from a touch pen to the touch panel, the touch pen itself will require no batteries, and neither the touch pen nor the touch panel requires a communication apparatus, thus reducing the weight of the touch pen itself and reducing the size thereof. Comprised is a touch panel system for measuring output signals of at least two adjacent sensor lines to obtain an input position (x, y) of an indicator and information (z) of a capacitance value from a difference value therebetween; comprising a pen pressure converting section 616D for converting the information (z) of the capacitance value into pen pressure data, wherein the input position (x, y) and the pen pressure data are transmitted to a drawing controlling section.

  • Patent number: 9779459
Abstract: The social in line consumer interaction launch pad is a digital commerce service that integrates into digital social forums that allows users (e.g., consumers) to perform commerce functions within a social conversation (e.g., interaction) without leaving the social forums. The launch pad automatically determines whether the conversation is about a company, brand, product and/or service, and converts text entered during the conversation into a ‘hypertext link-mouse over-launch pad’ for users to view and respond to services related to the brand, product and/or service based context. The launch pad is implemented through alliances with social forum service providers and/or a web browser plug-in to tag input (e.g., free form text) within reviews, comments, and unstructured data, selectable to initiate an interaction and/or transaction with the company of the brand and/or product. The launch pad determines the content to provide based on context information and demographics of the author and/or recipient.

  • Patent number: 9772697
Abstract: A device includes a tip, a sensor, memory and a circuit. The tip is sensitive to contact pressure. The sensor detects the contact pressure. Memory stores at least one pre-defined first threshold and a pre-defined second threshold on the contact pressure. The first threshold defines tip state as one of a pen-up and a pen-down. Pressures below the first threshold defines pen-up and pressures above the first threshold define pen-down. The second threshold is below the first threshold. The circuit transmits in a hover transmission mode based on detecting pressures below the second threshold, switches to an writing transmission mode based on detecting a pressure at or above the second threshold and terminates the writing transmission mode based on detecting the pen-up status for a first pre-defined period. The writing transmission mode frame rate is higher than a hover transmission mode frame rate.
