The adhesive pocket includes a base having a front, a back, a first side, a second side, a top, and a bottom. The adhesive pocket includes an elastic sheet affixed to the back of the base, the elastic sheet wrapped around the first side of the base, sealed at the bottom of the base, and sealed at the second side of the base, thereby forming a pocket between the elastic sheet and the base. The adhesive pocket includes an adhesive layer disposed on the elastic sheet. The adhesive pocket includes a removable backing disposed on the adhesive layer, the removable backing configured to expose the adhesive layer when removed.

The aperture is used to suspend the bag from a display hook at an angle and can be grasped as an aid to tearing when removing the outer header portion.

A closure flap including a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer and being non-removably attached to the exposed segment of the back panel via the first adhesive layer and removably attached to a portion of the front panel via the second adhesive layer. After opening to access an interior of the package, the second adhesive layer can be used to reattach the closure flap to the front panel. A method of manufacturing the package is also provided.

Abstract: An easy-open and reclosable package includes a pouch including a reclosure mechanism including a first and second interlocking strip each having an interlocking segment having a base surface and an interlocking surface; a panel section so arranged that when the panel section is displaced, and the package is opened, a product can be accessed between the first and second interlocking strips, the first and second interlocking surfaces are at least partially exposed, and the package can thereafter be reclosed by folding the package such that the interlocking surface of the first interlocking strip is interlocked with the interlocking surface of the second interlocking strip. The first and second strips are not exposed until the package is initially opened, and are not interlocked with one another until the package is initially opened and then reclosed.

The resilient, expandable band may be coupled and retained to the attachable closure device solely by a portion of the unitary base member-release support layer.

A significant majority of the hooks are oriented such that their heads point in a common lateral direction. The flap is elastically stretchable by pulling on its free edge, such that the flap maintains the loop fastener component securely engaged to the hook fastener component when under tension, and such that stretching the flap reduces engagement between the loop fastener component and the hook fastener component.

Abstract: Provided is a tamper proof outer wrapping with a reinforced tear zone. The reinforced tear zone includes a tear tape affixed between two layers of the wrapping material. A perforated line runs parallel to the reinforced tear zone on each of the reinforced tear zone. A tab is formed at one end of the reinforced tear zone. The tab is pulled to separate the reinforced tear zone from the remaining wrapping material and open remove the outer wrapping. The wrapping can be used on packages containing smoking articles such as cigarettes or orally consumed products such as candy or pouched tobacco products.

Abstract: A pouch has a connection structure that includes a female connector and a male connector. The male connector of the pouch is configured to snap-fit with another female connector that has the same configuration as the female connector, and the female connector is configured to receive by snap-fit another male connector that has the same configuration as the male connector. A system of pouches can be provided by connecting the male and female connectors of a plurality of pouches. Abstract: The present invention concerns a gusseted flexible bag In one embodiment, the flexible bag of the present invention is formed from the tube of material having a front side and a rear side. A pair of laterally disposed opposing gusset folds are formed in the tube along its sides. Each of the folds has a longitudinal crease. The bag further has a rear side flap extending from the rear side of the bag across the width of the tube which is folded over onto and hot air sealed to the front side of the tube of material. The gussets each have a slit approximate a first end of the tube thereby forming a front side flap. A front side flap may also be manufactured, if desired, which is then folded over when the rear side flap is folded so that the front side flat rests under the rear side flap. The rear side flap is hot air sealed to the front side of the bag with the front side flap being sealed therebetween.

Abstract: Resealable packaging for food products is provided with a flexible container having a top face and side faces. A container aperture is disposed in the top face and a flexible closure flap extends from a base portion to a gripping member, and is provided with a movable portion covered of repositionable adhesive to cover the aperture and adhere to a peripheral area thereof in a closed position. The packaging comprises a stiffening band device made of a flexible material longer than the closure flap, which is bonded to the container through the top face and over two side faces and arranged to cover at least the portions of the peripheral area comprised between the longitudinal sides of the closure flap and the facing sides of the aperture. The aperture and the band device are delimited by continuous cut out lines. A method of manufacturing is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a transport sleeve (1) or sack which is formed of a single fiber web or by sewing up or otherwise fastening two or more webs or sheets of fabric or fiber to form a protective cover (2,3,4) which can be wrapped around sheet material (13). The fabric or fiber cover can then be fastened in the form of a bag or sleeve to protect the sheet material. One variant of the present invention therefore relates to a sleeve in the shape of a bag which is either preformed by sewing up or otherwise fastening two or more fabric webs or sheets of synthetic material (2,3,4) together and folding them around a sheet of material (13) to be transported, or is obtained by folding over a single web of material around the sheet material.

The apparatus fastens with VELCRO brand hook and loop fasteners, and allows the user to place a natural Christmas tree within the apparatus without spilling the needles. The re-useable apparatus includes attached handles and wheels, allowing a user to quickly and easily enclose and move the Christmas tree. Side flaps extend from each side portion to provide added protection to the mattress. A strap extends along the bottom and up a section of each side portion. Abstract: A wash bag assembly for washing delicate wash items having a container which defines an interior chamber. The container is constructed of a water-permeable material. A separator wall extends through the interior chamber and divides the interior chamber into a first and second subchamber. A first closure selectively provides access to the first subchamber for the insertion and removal of at least one wash item while, similarly, a second closure selectively provides access into the second subchamber for the insertion and removal of at least one wash item.

Abstract: A bag comprising first and second walls which are connected together along their sides and bottom and a flap portion which is connected to a top of one of the walls. The flap portion and this one wall together form a transversely extending Z-fold. An adhesive strip is provided for closing an open mouth of the bag and this strip extends in a transverse direction across an inner surface of said one wall. A protective band extends in a transverse direction across an inner section of the flap portion so as to cover and contact the adhesive strip. The flap portion also has a projecting outer section which can be pulled outwardly away from the interior of the bag to expose the adhesive strip. A method of making modified plastic sheeting suitable for making these sealable bags is also disclosed. Using one method, an aqueous coating of release material is applied as a band to a strip of plastic sheeting by means of a printing press. This band is then dried using a hot air dryer.

Abstract: A product and process for laundering delicate or dry-clean only garments in a conventional home washing machine. The process represents a home version of the commercial wet-cleaning processes for cleaning of delicate garments. The product comprises a liquid combination washing/conditioning composition and optionally a wash pretreatment composition, a flexible wrap container within which the garments are contained during washing and a pretreatment applicator.

The system for locking the two rigid bars together engages the two rigid bars at both ends of the rigid bars.
