Abstract: A bearing unit for a turbocharger, including a bearing housing which extends in an axial direction, a bearing cartridge, situated within the bearing housing, having an outer bearing ring, and a securing element, situated on the bearing housing, for the twist-free positioning of the outer bearing ring within the bearing housing. The sum of the forces acting on the outer bearing ring is essentially zero. A bearing unit of this type prevents twisting of the outer bearing ring without reducing the vibration-damping effect of the quenching oil film.

Abstract: The present invention provides a ball transfer unit, which includes: a main body, a first rotating body, and a plurality of second rotating bodies arranged between the main body and the first rotating body. The main body has an end forming a receiving chamber and thus forming a receiving chamber sidewall. The second rotating bodies are rotatably arranged on the receiving chamber sidewall. The main body forms an air entrance passage in communication with the receiving chamber. The receiving chamber sidewall extends out to form a bearing section corresponding to the air entrance passage. The bearing section has a side surface in which air outlet ports are formed. The ball transfer unit of the present invention prevents powder dusts from falling therein, ensures smooth operation of the ball transfer unit, and extends the lifespan.

Abstract: A bearing carrier for a shaft of an electric motor has a carrier member supporting two bearings supporting the shaft. The carrier member has a single bearing seat accommodating the two bearings to ensure the two bearings are coaxially mounted. A spacing member axially separates the two bearings. The spacing member has a central passage through which the shaft extends with radial play, as well as two end surfaces parallel with each other, orthogonal to the axis of the passage and axially separated by a distance which corresponds to the desired mounting distance between the bearings. During assembly, the bearings and spacing member are mounted on the shaft to form a preassembled group. The preassembled group is pressed into the bearing seat of the carrier member, with one bearing being pressed against a stop formed at one end of the bearing seat.

In certain circumstances, servo blocks may increase a servo's load-bearing capabilities by helping to isolate the lateral load from the servo spline and case. The extreme versatility of servo blocks allow users to create complex, extremely rigid, structures with ease using standard servos. The robust framework acts as a servo exoskeleton, greatly enhancing the mechanical loads the servo can withstand. Additionally, servo blocks may include a hub pattern that is repeated throughout the framework to allow endless attachment options.

The outer race is provided with an inner layer and an outer layer that is connected with the inner layer and provided with a density smaller than that of the inner layer. The rolling members are rotatably disposed between the inner race and the inner layer of the outer race. Because the inner race and the inner layer of the outer race are both made from a material having a good wear resistance, they can resist the wear due to the friction caused by the rolling members in rolling contact with them. In addition, a part of the outer race is made from a material having a relatively smaller density, such that the lightweight bearing has a weight smaller than that of a conventional bearing.
