The base assembly includes a pair of spaced-apart side frame members having distal ends and proximal ends and a front frame member connecting the distal ends of the side frame members. The display hook receiving plate is positioned so as to extend between the spaced-apart side frame members and is located proximate to the proximal ends of the spaced-apart side frame members. The at least one display hook includes a base coupled to the display hook receiving plate and a hook extending from the base to a distal end. The distal end of the hook terminates at a location between the display hook receiving plate and the front frame member.

The first support member includes a first substantially planar panel and a first reception cavity. The second support member includes a second substantially planar panel and a second reception cavity. The mounting brackets are configured to each be selectively coupled with the retail display. A first mounting bracket couples the first support member to the retail display, and a second mounting bracket couples the second support member to the retail display. A rear surface of the graphic panel faces a front surface of the backer board. Top edges of the backer board and the graphic panel are each slidably received in the first reception cavity. Bottom edge of the backer board and the graphic panel are each slidably received in the second reception cavity of the second support member.

The support defines a substantially vertical section, a substantially horizontal section, and a bent transition section extending between the substantially vertical section and the substantially horizontal section. The support is formed in a substantially L-shape. The sign holder includes a first panel and a second panel sized substantially identically to the first panel. The first panel and the second panel are coupled to one another along a closed edge of the sign holder and define a slot therebetween them for receiving a sign. The second panel of the sign holder is coupled to the substantially vertical section of the support on a side of the substantially vertical section opposite the substantially horizontal section. The second panel of the sign holder extends in a plane substantially perpendicular to the substantially horizontal section of the support.

Abstract: The color coding system is for use with a storage bin for fastener parts and tools that assists in identifying and matching the cooperating sizes of fastener parts and tools by using color code markings on the various sizes for tools and fastener parts. The color coding system can readily communicate visually to a user the size of a selected fastener part, the sizes of cooperating fastener parts and the sizes of the cooperating tools for each of the selected fastener parts.

Abstract: A marketing sign is constructed of a sheet material and includes at least one break-away section coupled to a main section by at least one score. The main section includes a free portion, a base portion and connecting portion. The free portion includes a price piece and a balloon piece coupled to the price piece at a fold. The base portion is configured to couple with a product display structure after the main section is detached from the break-away section at the at least one score. The connecting bend line couples the free portion to the base portion and has a first end located a space distance from a right side edge of the sheet material.

Abstract: A graphic panel system for providing a message spanning all or substantially all of a readerboard is provided. According to embodiments of the present invention, panel elements may be combined to form larger graphic images and textual messages. The individual panel elements may be single track height, even though they contain graphics or images that, when the panels are attached to a readerboard, extend for more than one row of the readerboard. Graphic panels having first color images are also provided.

Pockets may be installed in a vertically cascading arrangement and individual pockets may be removed from the pocket mounting panel without removing adjacent installed pockets by manually engaging and deforming the resiliently deformable member(s) of the target pocket through access windows provided in the rear panels of the pockets.

Abstract: A calendar system comprising multiple (i.e., twelve) magnetic “month” sheets for each calendar month of the year, a magnetic “To Do List” sheet and a magnetic “Six Weeks at a Glance” sheet. Each sheet includes a header section that can variably depict the current month, year and/or day. The system further includes a plurality of magnetic “week” strips for securing to one of the sheets. Each “week” strip includes seven columns each having a day of the week imprinted adjacent thereto. Adjacent each day of the week indicia is a date space to which one of the numbered tabs is secured to appropriately label each day with the corresponding date for the particular week. A plurality of color-coded event tabs are also included for magnetically securing to one of the “week” strips positioned on a “Month” sheet or the “Six Weeks at a Glance” sheet, or directly to the “To Do List” sheet. The food-product preparation apparatus includes at least one flange portion extending from the base. Abstract: A display device for displaying sport helmets consistent with certain embodiments has a substrate that includes a planar surface. A plurality of pegs are attached to the substrate's planar surface and protrude from the surface of the substrate, each peg has an outer diameter that is suitably sized to create an interference fit with an air hole in the sport helmet, and by the interference fit attach the helmet to the display device. The plurality of pegs are attached to the substrate's planar surface disposed at an angle with respect to the plane of the substrate, and with the plurality of pegs being oriented parallel with a plane of horizontal orientation of the display device. Preferably, the plurality of pegs are arranged in rows and columns exhibiting vertical and horizontal symmetry. The display device is especially suitable for miniature helmets such as pocket sized football helmets.

Abstract: A shelf-edge rail device and method are provided that can be easily attached to existing shelves over the built-in C-channels or can be built into the shelves at manufacturing time. In addition to providing the capability for mounting a variety of display devices within the shelf-edge rail device, the shelf-edge rail device is impact resistant and adjustable to configure the angle of display by the display devices. Thus, the shelf-edge rail devices can be angled differently for shelves of different heights to maximize view-ability by a shopper.

The sandwiched layers can be trimmed to fit within a metal and/or wood frame. The bonding of the layers can be by pressure activated liquid adhesive. The bonding between the layers can be done by a heat activated adhesive.

Abstract: A label display system includes a deployable label base to display labels, such as regulatory and/or certification marking labels, for an electronic and/or portable computing device. The deployable label base moves between a first position and a second position, where the labels are viewable in the first position, and where at least some of the labels are concealed from view in the second position. The deployable label base includes a first side to display labels and at least a second side to display labels. The deployable label base can be flexible and include or encase a security cable to secure the electronic and/or portable computing device.

Abstract: A clip-on price channel that is designed to clip on to storage room shelving without the use of adhesive tape, nails, screws, etc. The shelf that it is designed to work with is made of wood and has a metal rail attached to the front edge. The price channel has a U-shaped, rear facing flange with opposing fingers at the free-ends that go over the metal rail that is attached to the shelf and grip into grooves between the metal rail and the wood shelf.

A prong is secured to the first panel and extends in a direction approximately normal thereto. The prong has a pointed tip. An aperture is defined in the second panel. The pointed tip pierces an associated planar material located between the panels such that the prong of the first panel can pass through the associated planar material and enter the aperture of the second panel when the first panel overlies a portion of the second panel, thereby holding the associated planar material between the first and second panels. A clip is connected to at least one of the first and second panels. The clip allows the holder to be mounted to an associated support.

Overlapping edges of the display element are adhesively secured together and to establish four interconnected sides with an open interior. A plurality of apertures are formed in aligning fashion through first and second selected and spaced apart sides of said display element and in order to secure display hangers supporting in turn pluralities of merchandise items. An advertising indicia placed upon at least one of said first and second selected and spaced apart sides and typically includes a multi-color graphics display imprinted upon a planar sheet of material in turn secured to the foldable board material. At least one fixed or adjustable elongated support extends from a selected location of the display element for securing said assembly.

A pocket is arranged on the base for storing the fasteners. The device can be rolled-up or folded for ease of storage.

Abstract: A display assembly including a plurality of clips of resiliently flexible material, each of which clips has a rear portion, a front portion laying along a front surface of the rear portion, and an arcuate end portion joining ends of the rear and front portions and defining a passageway transverse of the front, rear, and end portions. A plurality of lengths of stretch release adhesive releasably adhere rear surfaces of the clips to a surface in a pattern determined by a person applying the display assembly; and at least one resiliently elastic cord is positioned to extend between the clips and through the passageways in the clips to form a web-like structure between the clips. The clips and cord are decoratively colored, so that the display assembly can be used only as a decorative assembly, or can be used to support one or more objects along the surface.

Abstract: A display system for displaying retail products which includes a display board and at least one package One of the display board and package includes a peg engageable in a keyhole-shaped slot in the other of the display board and package. The package is formed from a blank which includes a plurality of fold lines and tabs. The product is placed on the blank and the blank is folded around the product. Tabs are secured together to lock the package in place. The display board includes at least one hole near its uppermost edge to hang it from a display in a retail environment.

Abstract: A container system for organizing items that makes use of wasted space in or around cabinets, for use in organizing items such as spices or items used in construction and repair. The system comprises a substantially linear holder with apertures, containers that fit into the apertures, and caps that close the containers and stop the containers from going all the way through the apertures. The holder provides removable access of containers. The containers may be labeled for easy identification and organization. The holder may have a cover with hinges and a latch. The system may be sold as a kit. The kit may be designed to match the cabinet it will be installed on. The apparatus, kit, and methods of installation and use are disclosed.

Abstract: A new and improved bulletin board comprises a rigid support or backing member, and a tablet comprising a stacked array of adhesive-coated sheets, mounted upon the rigid support or backing member, wherein each one of the adhesive-coated sheets is adapted to have various different objects, such as, for example, notices, memos, notes, bills, pens, pencils, coupons, or the like, adhered thereon. By forming the bulletin board so as to comprise the plurality of adhesive-coated sheets, an exposed adhesive-coated sheet, whose tack level has degraded with time, may simply be removed from the tablet or stacked array of adhesive-coated sheets so as to expose a new or fresh adhesive-coated sheet which can now be used to again securely adhere objects upon the bulletin board.

The key rack has grooves and/or curves provided thereon such that the grooves and or curves of one key rack fit into the grooves and/or curves provided on another rack thereby allowing one rack to combine with a second rack to form a larger key rack system. The key rack has a tier system of hooks that allow for one tier of hooks to be horizontally and vertically offset from a second tier of hooks.

A poly-fastening region includes at least one selective adhesive region adjacent to at least one magnetic region. In one embodiment, a selective adhesive region includes an adhesive layer covering a magnetic region comprising a magnet with sufficient magnetic strength to magnetically attach an article to a surface. In another embodiment, a selective adhesive region includes an adhesive surface of an adhesive layer adjacent to and co-planar with a magnetic surface of a magnetic region. In an alternative embodiment, a selective adhesive region is capable of variable planar alignment with respect to an adjacent magnetic surface. The selective adhesive region of a mounting assembly has sufficient strength to adhesively attach an article and mounting assembly to a surface.

Each slit has a boss projecting into it. The boss is adapted to engage in a slot in the packaging tab. When the sheet is hung for display, the product is maintained thereon by gravity.

Abstract: A display tag holder that has a mounting portion, an intermediate portion, and a display portion. The mounting portion mounts to a merchandise display hook hanging on a wall with the intermediate portion extending above and supported by the hook so that the display portion extends downwards and forwards of the tip of the hook to display the pertinent merchandise information. The mounting portion has two wedge shaped protrusions, which fit between the hook and wall, and the intermediate portion has a raised portion, which increases the stiffness of the holder. These features help to prevent the holder from falling off the hook or hanging under the hook in the event that a customer accidentally bumps or brushes against the holder.

Abstract: A rack includes a flexible planar backboard to which pairs of flexible resilient loops are fixed in rows. The lower ends in each pair are spaced apart by a distance which is less than the transverse dimension of the article to be supported, while the upper ends are spaced apart at a distance which is greater than the transverse dimension. The backboard is preferably formed of sheet plastic less than 1.0 mm thick so that it can be rolled up. The loops may be formed of plastic tubing having end faces received against the backboard and retained by unformed rivets received through holes in the backboard. The loops can be formed integrally with the backboard by stamping out straps which remain attached at a proximal ends, and fixing the distal ends into apertures.

A mounting bracket having a pair of mounting arms is attached to an upper end of the support post. The apparatus includes a display board having front and back panels and having a configuration indicative of a festive occasion. The back panel defines a plurality of vertically spaced slots in parallel series, each slot having a configuration complementary to that of the mounting arms such that the display board may be coupled to the support post at selectable vertical positions through a mating relationship between selected slots and the mounting arms. The front panel defines a plurality of holes with each hole being initially covered with a perforated material that may be selectively punctured by rearwardly extending prongs of hanger brackets. The brackets are adapted to support ornaments corresponding to the festive occasion.

Abstract: An apparatus for grouping electronic price labels (EPLs) which facilitates installation of electronic price labels in signs and promotional displays rather than standard shelf edges. The apparatus primarily includes a frame member for mounting the EPLs including a plurality of bays arranged in a plurality of rows and columns. The apparatus additionally includes a product description sheet mounted to the frame member including apertures for exposing displays within the EPLs. Optionally included are a product description sheet holder which mounts to the frame member for retaining the product description sheet against the front surface and a base for supporting the frame member on a flat surface.
