The CRC is configured to generate a recovered clock. A reverse antenna system connected to at least one photo cell and configured to transmit data. The photoconductor configured to produce a modulated voltage signal from an incident modulated light incident. The CRC can include an amplifier coupled to the source terminal of the photoconductor via a capacitor for receiving the modulated voltage signal and outputting an analog signal generated from the voltage signal. The CRC can include an inverter coupled to the amplifier and configured to digitize the analog signal of the amplifier.

    Abstract: A front panel assembly includes a front panel, and an identification plate. The front panel defines two arc-shaped slots and a through hole. The through hole includes a positioning area, first and second extension areas extending from the positioning area along perpendicular directions, and a transition area between the first and second extension areas. The identification plate includes a main body with a logo marked on a front side, and two engagement tabs and a cam protruding from a back side of the identification plate. The engagement tabs slidably engage in the corresponding slots. The cam includes a rotation portion received in the positioning area of the through hole, and a locking portion extending from the rotation portion to move between the first extension area, the second extension area, and the transition area of the through hole, with the identification plate rotating relative to the front panel.

    Abstract: A utility panel for a dispenser that is mounted to a support structure by a backplate includes opposed lateral legs that extend from a main section to form a receiving channel therebetween. The main section is configured to display any desired physical indicia, such as advertising messages, for viewing by the user of the dispenser, while the lateral sections include retention tabs that are received within guide channels formed between the backplate and the support structure. As the utility panel is attached to the dispenser, the blackplate is received within the receiving channel of the utility panel until the retention tabs are snap-fit into corresponding lock channels provided by the backplate of the dispenser. As such, the utility panel is easily retrofit to a previously-installed dispenser without the use of tools.
