  • Patent number: 11965496
Abstract: A compact, modular dosing pump system that is capable of microdose and macrodose volume flow rates, reduces or eliminates the need for additional flow control components such as temperature and pressure sensors, and utilizes a wider operational flow range than existing systems while maintaining the level of accuracy and precision exhibited by conventional dosing pump systems is provided. The dosing pump utilizes a a control system to deliver a range of fluid volumes. The control system monitors the motor emf voltage, calculates the flow rate, and makes adjustments to the pump motor voltage to precisely maintain the desired flowrate.

Abstract: The invention relates to the oil-producing industry and can be used for extracting oil with a large content of gas in the liquid being pumped out. The well-drilling sucker-rod pump comprises a cylinder containing a hollow plunger, in the lower part of which a delivery valve is mounted. An inlet valve is mounted in the lower part of a pump chamber. The pump is equipped with a passageway having a floating valve which has a cut-off floating element and a seat arranged above the latter. The cylinder is stepped on the internal surface side, and the passageway having the cut-off floating element is formed in the lower part of a smaller cylinder step above the pump chamber. One passageway opening is connected to the upper part of the pump chamber and the other passageway opening is connected to the well. As a result, the pump efficiency is increased and gas generation in the pump chamber is reduced.

Abstract: A variable capacity type rotary compressor, in which a refrigerant sucked in via one suction pipe can be alternately sucked into each compression space via a communication passage between cylinders so as to reduce a number of components and a number of assembly processes, thereby reducing fabrication costs. A refrigerant within an idling cylinder is prevented from flowing back into another cylinder so as to improve performance of the compressor. A welding space can be ensured when connecting connection pipes so as to realize a welding automation, thereby further reducing the fabrication cost, and a mode switching valve is stably fixed to an appropriate position so as to attenuate noise due to vibration of compressor.

Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a compressor shell having first and second scroll members. The scroll members each have a base and a generally spiral wrap extending from its base. The generally spiral wraps of the first and second scroll members interfit to define compression chambers. A shaft causes the second scroll member to orbit relative to the first scroll member. At least one bypass port is formed in a base of one scroll member, and communicates with at least one of the compression chambers. The bypass port communicates with a passage leading to a suction pressure chamber within the compressor shell. A solenoid valve is movable between a reduced capacity position and a full capacity position, and selectively supplies a pressurized fluid to a fluid valve associated with the bypass port, such that movement of the solenoid can control whether the bypass port is open or closed.
