Upper and lower portions of the front center supporting part are spread in a left-to-right direction with the upper and lower portions thereof extended to upper and lower sides of the left and right cups respectively surrounding each of the top portions to such an extent that the upper portion is located at a position where the upper portion and a strap are continuous with each other.

Abstract: A brassiere garment having a pair of cup portions, each cup portion with an inner foam cup molded generally to the shape of the wearer's bust, and an outer fabric layer overlying the foam cup. Each foam cup has a first lower portion comprising a foam ply that is substantially inelastic in its lateral dimension, and a second upper portion that exhibits one or more of a lighter weight, lower density, greater elasticity and lesser thickness than the lower first portion. The lower first portion and upper second portion join with one another along a line generally traversing the foam cup from a lower and inward side of the foam cup and extending upward and laterally outward in direction. In certain embodiments, the line along which the lower first portion and upper second portion are joined with one another generally extends to or through the apex of the foam cup.

At least one of the plies of the exterior panel is contiguous with at least one of the plies of the interior panel. The panels are affixed together with a clasp adhered between the interior and exterior panels, for capturing the clasp intermediate of said interior and exterior brassiere panels. The clasp is affixed to and at least in part projects from one of the interior or exterior brassiere panels, and one of the brassiere panels includes an aperture for that part of said clasp that projects from said interior and exterior brassiere panels to extend through. The clasp may be a hook and an eye. The interior and exterior brassiere panels may be affixed together around a perimeter of the interior panel.

The method includes the steps of positioning a support fabric on a lofted material; laminating the support fabric to the lofted material to form a lofted assembly; positioning the lofted assembly in a molding apparatus having at least a first mold and a second mold, closing together the first mold and the second mold thereby sandwiching the lofted assembly therebetween and while maintaining a uniform preset gap between said first mold and the second mold so that the inherent loft characteristics of the lofted assembly are substantially preserved. Then the outer panel is stitched to an outer side of said lofted assembly.

The layer of high-molecular polymer includes a perimeter having first and second edges spaced in a length direction and upper and lower edges spaced in a height direction perpendicular to the length direction. The layer of high-molecular polymer further includes a perforate area having a plurality of vents each extending from an outer face through an inner face thereof. The perforate area extends from the upper edge through the lower edge in the height direction. The perforate area further extends from a center of the first layer of high-molecular polymer toward the first and second edges in the length direction and has a length at least two-thirds of that of the layer of high-molecular polymer in the length direction.

Abstract: A high elastic fiber cup includes an inner layer, an outer layer and a pad. The inner and outer layers include wrapping clothes having high elastic fiber bodies attached on the inner surfaces thereof and cut into combed fiber sheets, respectively, or include a double-side multispandex or a three-layer of elastic fiber knitting cloth. The pad is made of a high elastic fiber body which is cut into a three-dimensional block and is attached to and between the inner and outer layers by using gel. An excellent elasticity and air permeability is obtained for recovering its initial shape quickly after being pressed and achieving a comfortable satisfaction.

Abstract: A seamless athletic bra includes different regions with different levels of support. The bra is formed from layers of material adhered together. Altering the types of materials comprising the layers in a region changes the level of support in that region as compared with other regions of the bra. A first region having the lowest level of support is found in a back panel and in the molded cups. A second region having a medium level of support is found in the front portion of the strap. A third region having a high level of support is found in a framework that follows the contours of the molded cups and in a back portion of the strap.

In the vertical direction, the inner wall of the cups has an elasticity of 60% at most, and at least 15% of the surface of the said wall has an ability to adhere to the skin. The middle panel has a horizontal elasticity of at least 20%, preferably of the order of 60% to 80%. The adherence capacity of the inner wall of the cups is due to the presence of a material that has a high friction coefficient with the skin, in particular of the silicone type.

The brassiere has an outer shield with pattern, two breast cups, two back band, an inner lining corresponding to the outer shield, two elastic non-woven inner pads, two steel wires, a fastener, and two shoulder straps. With glue smeared onto the outer shield, lining pads, and inner lining, the brassiere can be assembled with fastener set and shoulder straps by heat pressing in the mold, thereby forming the brassiere that is seamless, tight, and ventilative.
