When the tray is inserted in the compartment in the predetermined position, the fixed movable stop member is in the extended position and restrains further insertion of the tray into the compartment. A method of making a food tray in accordance with the invention is provided. Also provided is a method of storing food within a food tray to be contained in a pass-through compartment.

The paperboard reinforcing insert may have a larger aperture than the handle aperture in each top end flap to adjust for any imprecision in the alignment of the paperboard insert in forming the carton sleeve from the paperboard blank.

When the box material is folded to form the pizza box, the microchip is mounted to the microchip board, and the lid is moved from a closed state to an opened state, the activation mechanism is triggered to cause any recorded audio message stored on the microchip to be emitted by the speaker. Methods of manufacturing a musical pizza box and methods of advertising are also disclosed.

The clamshell may include more than one manufacturing hinge, and at least one of the manufacturing hinges may divide the first and second parts. The panel assembly may define an access window and at least a portion of the first part may open and close through the access window.

A waterproof structure according to one aspect of the present invention includes a first case having a groove formed therein, a packing that is disposed in the groove, a second case that pushes the packing and forms a sealed space with the first case. The packing includes a bending part, and the groove includes a guiding part that guides a tip of the bending part to a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the groove in the first case.

The shipping unit can then be fully assembled, and placed on a pallet. The shipping system may include trays that can be used as either a base or a lid. The unit includes vertical components that are generally U-shaped in plan view, and sized to fit closely within the trays in pairs to form a “H” shape in plan view forming a pair of shipping spaces. Additional U-shaped vertical components can then be assembled to close off the shipping spaces, and a tray can be used as a lid and positioned on top of the vertical components to form an assembled shipping unit.

The devices include unitary blanks with a front panel, bottom panel, rear panel, top panel, and side closures (in various forms) configured for assembly into a hollow substantially polyhedral package enclosure for 2 cups, 4 cups, or other even number of cups. Package enclosures with different side closures are designed for assembly with no glue joints, one glue joint, 3 glue joints (two cup enclosure), or 5 glue joints. Package enclosures provide visual displays that permit viewing of contents of cups secured in the enclosures. Package enclosures are structurally stable for packaging, transport, and storage. And the visual displays provide aesthetic appeal for consumers. Material and manufacturing costs and product waste are minimized with the invention.
