Abstract: The present invention provides a modular wall assembly with prefabricated wires, comprising: a base and multiple modular wall frames. The base is provided with wires and extends out of the base, and at least one connecting groove and a plurality of convex rings are fixed on the base, and the connecting groove is provided with a plurality of conducting parts, and the conducting parts are in electrical communication with wires in the base. The modular wall frames are provided with wires, and comprising: at least one connecting stud, at least one upper connecting groove, a plurality of upper convex rings, a plurality of lower grooves, and a locking device. Through those structure, the workers can quickly build a wall with strength not much different from a normal wall, while also setting up the indoor devices by using the prefabricated wires in the modular wall frame.

Abstract: A roof mount assembly mounts a structure to a roof having a rafter and a substrate supported by the rafter. The roof mount assembly includes a piece of flashing positioned on the substrate. The flashing includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an aperture extending through the flashing. A fastener extends through the flashing aperture. A bracket is connected to the flashing via the fastener, and the bracket is sized to support at least one roof-mounted structure on the roof. A seal is positioned between the flashing aperture and the fastener. The seal is sized to form a water-tight seal with the aperture to inhibit flow of fluid through the aperture. The seal includes a first portion and a second portion, in which the first portion is positioned to abut the flashing first surface and the second portion is positioned to extend through the aperture.

Abstract: Herein is disclosed a latch mechanism for latching together extruded support members used to construct temporary partitions and the like. The latch mechanism consists of a latch and strike plate combination wherein a latch is placed at the end of one extrusion and a strike plate is positioned at the end of a second extrusion. The strike plate has hooks and the latch has a bail which is dimensioned to engage the hooks. Each of the latches are switchable between an unlocked orientation wherein the bail is free from the hooks and a locked position wherein the bail engages the hooks and biases the two extrusions together. The strike plate, bail, and hooks are dimensioned and configured such that up to four extrusions can be latched around a single fifth central extrusion.

Abstract: A partition assembly includes partitions hingedly connected in series. The partitions include a frame with a spaced upright member, a mounting assembly, and upper and lower cross members connecting the upright members. One or both cross members include power and/or data ports. Panels disposed on either side of the frame are movable between upper and lower positions, providing access to the ports. Upper and lower hinge assemblies connect the partitions. The hinge assemblies include gear arms fixed to the upright members with gear heads extending away from the partition that engage the gear head of an adjacent partition. The upright members include aligned apertures defining ports providing a cable passageway from the interior of adjacent partitions. End foot assemblies extend from the ends of the partition assembly and interior foot assemblies extends from between the geared connections of the partitions.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display unit comprising a front face and a peripheral frame, the peripheral frame forming a border around the front face, the front face comprising at least one display panel, wherein the peripheral frame comprises an extruded main section having a channel formed therein extending longitudinally along its length, the peripheral frame further comprising at least one extruded auxiliary section having a profile in cross-section which engages with the channel in the main section of the peripheral frame, wherein the auxiliary section of the peripheral frame provides an infill between the main section and the front face of the display unit to permit alternative or replacement display panels to be accommodated within the same peripheral frame.

Abstract: A guard system is disclosed for protecting patients and medical health professionals from the transmission of airborne contagions during the administration of vaccinations. The system includes a frame having a generally rectangular shape; a transparent sheeting attached to the frame creating a barrier against the transmission of airborne contagions, the sheeting having a front side opposite a back side; an aperture in the transparent sheeting, the aperture sized for administering a vaccination to a patient seated on the back side of the transparent sheeting from the front side; a movable screen portion for covering at least a portion of the aperture; wherein the movable screen portion moves from a closed position to an open position to facilitate the administration of the vaccination.

Abstract: An inlet duct system includes a duct body having a bottom wall and two side walls having at least one opening. An adjustable internal baffle is secured to the duct body such that the internal baffle can be positioned in multiple locations within an internal cavity defined by the duct body, inhibiting the flow of air between a front portion and a rear portion of the internal cavity. A first side duct is removably attached to the duct body and forms an air flow chamber that receives a fluid from an opening in one of the side walls and delivers the fluid above the duct body. A first side baffle is positioned within the air flow chamber, adjacent the internal baffle, inhibiting the flow of air between a front portion and a rear portion of the air flow chamber.

An upright frame structure is spaced forward to the rear of and extends vertically upward from the base. The frame structure includes first and second vertical members and a top frame member that extends horizontally between the first and second vertical members. A shroud assembly is mounted to the upright frame structure and includes a first central wall member and first and second additional wall members extending from the first and second lateral edges in the same direction. The first central wall member and the additional wall members form a receiving space. A mounting plate mountable to the rear surface of a displays screen is releasably supported by the upright frame structure within the receiving space. A depth dimension of the receiving space is sufficient to accommodate a display screen mounted via the mounting plate.

Different accessory interfaces may be fixed to different base components, and different accessories may be releasably engaged by different, or the same accessory interfaces. The same accessories may be engaged by different accessory interfaces. The base components and accessories may be reconfigured to define different workspaces. Methods of assembling and reconfiguring the workspaces are also provided.

Abstract: A pergola system and bracket is described, which includes a frame having a plurality of vertical spaced apart posts, and horizontal frame members each of which have an internal reinforcing rod passing through at least a portion of the posts/frame members. The internal reinforcing rods are removably secured to a corner connecting element which then connects the posts/frame members to each other making it easier to construct and provides increased stability to the structure upon completion.

The wall panel may also include a lower stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post and an upper stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post. The wall panel may include at least one frame for placement within the first vertical post, the second vertical post, the lower stretcher, and the upper stretcher. The wall panel may include a first retractable latch located on the at least one frame, the first retractable latch adapted to engage at least one of the first upright post, second upright post, lower stretcher, or upper stretcher. A frame for a quick assemble wall system and a method of assembling a quick assemble wall system are also described.

A first and a second pair of support legs extend angularly from the frame for enabling a plurality of carriages to orientate acoustical panels in a linear or angular relationship. Each of the unique acoustical panels provides sound absorption as well inhibiting sound transmission.

Abstract: A building form system including a plurality of forms for assembling into a wall template that is filled with concrete to create a building wall. The system includes a corner form assembly comprising an inner corner form and an outer corner form for disposition on a corner footing. The outer corner form includes walls angled from a bend. A pair of connectors are disposed on opposite ends from the bend. The inner corner form includes corresponding connectors for attachment to the outer corner form around a preset vertical rebar in the corner footing. The system further includes a base form extending between a first pair of connectors that include a peripheral wall disposed directly therebetween and the second pair of connectors for mating engagement with the first that include an inset wall spaced inwardly therefrom. Spacing between the peripheral and inset wall of adjacent base forms accommodating vertical rebar.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for aligning a substrate are disclosed. In one aspect, the substrate aligning apparatus includes a stage configured to support a plurality of substrates, a supporting pin placed in the stage to support the substrates and an alignment clamp configured to respectively move each of the substrates to align the substrates. The alignment clamp can respectively align at least two of the substrates with reference to an alignment reference position as a two-dimensional coordinate system which includes a first axis and a second axis crossing the first axis and is set on an imaginary plane by the first and second axes.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for constructing and installing architectural walls include adjustable shelves and a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism may allow the architectural wall to selectively secure a panel or shelf disposed through a hole in the wall. The clamping mechanism may also be loosened to allow the panel or shelf to be adjusted, removed, or replaced as needed.

Abstract: A reusable architectural wall is provided which provides a cost-effective space-dividing wall structure formed of internal support rails joined by a lightweight, cost effective facing panel on each panel side, which preferably is formed of standard architectural materials such as gypsum board, R-board and the like. The wall is structurally rigid, field cuttable, installable horizontally or vertically and has a substantial acoustic reduction, cable carrying capacity, and HVAC capability.

Abstract: A support rail assembly for supporting a load in a computer rack system in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of rails configured to be secured to sides of computer equipment and secured to the rack system such that the computer equipment may slide into and out of the rack system. Each rail includes an inner rail slideably engaging an outer rail. The inner rail being secured to the sides of the computer equipment and the outer rail being secured to the front and rear racks. The outer rail having rear end and front end bracket that attach to the racks. Unique front end locking flanges and rear end locking flanges with rear end piloting flanges allow the outer rails to quickly pivot and lock into position.

Abstract: An apparatus for dividing regions is described. The apparatus includes at least one glass dividing wall and at least one holding device. At least one first mounting device is arranged on the holding device, and at least one second mounting device is arranged on the holding device. At least one clamping holder is arranged at one of the ends of one of the mounting devices. Abstract: A connector arrangement for a wall panel system is provided which includes connector blocks that join serially-adjacent wall panel frames together in proper alignment with each other. These corner blocks also are matable with a system of spacer strips, light block strips, single-side trim covers and multi-side trim covers which enclose the connector blocks and connector structure. A corner spline arrangement is also provided between adjacent trim covers which spline extends vertically and defines a closed corner, right-angled corner between the interconnected trim covers.

Abstract: A partition structure includes two partition members each of which has two edges formed on a side and an engaging assembly including a first engaging member, a second engaging member and at least one locking member. The first engaging member has two first L-shaped wing portions extending from two sides thereof and a convex portion formed on a middle and having at least one opening slot. The second engaging member has two second L-shaped wing portions extending from two sides thereof and a concave portion formed on a middle. The locking member is fixed to the concave portion. The two first L-shaped wing portions and the two second L-shaped wing portions correspondingly overlap each of the two edges, respectively, the convex portion and the concave portion are engaged with each other, and the locking member is correspondingly engaged with the opening slot.

Abstract: In one embodiment the present invention includes a solar panel clamp system for mounting solar panels on ground-level and raised purlins. Such systems include left-handed and right-hand clamps that can be attached to opposite sides of solar panel assemblies that include mounting frames. Left-handed clamps can attach to the mounting frame of a solar panel and include surfaces that can rest on the top surfaces of purlins and include a lip or shelf surface onto which the right-handed clamps of a mounting frame of a neighboring solar panel can rest to increase the speed and safety of installing solar panels on raised purlins. Through holes in the left-handed and right-handed clamps can then be used as guide holes for drilling into the purlins. The majority of, if not all of, the solar panel installation using the clamps of the present invention can be completed from underneath the raised purlins.

The side trim assembly includes a cable management recess. Some panels include a floating equipment track that is aesthetically pleasing and less likely to harbor microorganisms.

The mast includes a profile, or an assembly of profiles, each profile having a device designed capable of permitting directly or indirectly fastening the panel. The present invention is essentially characterized in that the mast includes a device for retaining a mast canvas, at least a portion of which is aimed at covering at least the portion of the mast that is visible.

In the case of walls provided with studs or other connecting elements, these can, at the position of the recess, be replaced by or strengthened with strengthening elements leaving the recess at least partially clear. Different embodiments of these strengthening elements can be applied.

A second plurality of cover sheets are fastened to the upright of the modular support structure so as to provide a wall having plurality of horizontal grooves which provide a passageway for a bracket mount which can be geometrically coupled to a shaped profile that is accommodated within one of the horizontal notches of the support structure. The rest base, with the housing volume, defines a wiring recess suitable to accommodate a plurality of wires.

Abstract: A system for connecting modular walls includes a position retention mechanism configured to releasably retain a plurality of wall modules together. In one implementation, the position retention mechanism includes opposing front and back surfaces or walls, and one or more channels formed therebetween. The position retention mechanism is further configured with a plurality of spring tabs positioned within the one or more channels, wherein the spring tabs are configured to lock into a plurality of opposing connector interfaces corresponding to the opposing wall modules, such that the positioning retaining mechanism secures adjacent, opposing wall modules together. The position retention mechanism can further be configured with different surfaces to connect or hold a variety of components of various shapes together.

The cavities may have cover plates positioned conveniently to form a structural, functional and decorative composition. The columns are hollow and fitted with removable column cover for access to wiring or complementary accommodation of decorative objects. Modules may form various convenient work areas or cubicle layouts with functional and aesthetic environments.

Various embodiments include conduit clasps, slider tracks, mounts for cabinets, sign posts, and thru roof screwed anchors.

Abstract: A frameless mounting system for glass or the like includes one or more bracket assemblies that adjustably interconnect a sheet of material along an upper edge of an existing partition system. The bracket assemblies permit the sheet of material to be adjusted upwardly or sidewardly to align the sheets of material with adjacent sheets of material. Furthermore, the sheets of material can be tilted as required to align adjacent sheets. The sheet of material is preferably transparent glass, but may comprise various other materials such as polymers, translucent materials, frosted, or opaque materials.

Abstract: A movable reconfigurable wall system having at least one module having a front and rear surface, the at least one module having: vertical end frames disposed at least at its side edges, each the vertical end frame having a vertically extending flange directed toward the front surface and a vertically extending flange directed toward the rear surface; a plurality of horizontal stringers affixed between the pair of vertical end frames; and an aesthetic surface affixed to the stringers; and a removable connecting strip, the connecting strip adapted to affix about one of the two flanges on one of the vertical end frames and join the one of the two flanges to a corresponding flange on one of a second module, a wall bracket, a finishing trim or a connection post.
