Abstract: The catheter has a retainer/seal made of soft material glued to the inside circumference at its opening. The catheter is applied by inserting the penis head into the opening and pulling the catheter retainer/seal onto the penis shaft. The excess material at the opening is wrapped around the shaft of the penis and secured with a short length of tape applied to the outside of the catheter. The retainer/seal encircles the penis shaft just proximal to the penis head. The lower (distal) surface of the retainer/seal shoulders up against the ridge formed by the penis head. The diameter of the penis shaft is less than the diameter of the penis head at its proximal end. Because the retainer/seal has been fitted to the smaller diameter penis shaft, the catheter cannot be removed without deforming the penis head.

Abstract: An absorbent product for men, having an absorption body (5) which tapers from a front section (11) of the product towards a crotch section (12) of the product and which is enclosed in a sheath including a liquid-tight layer (4) and a liquid-permeable layer (3), both of which layers extend beyond the absorption body round about this and are mutually joined there. The absorption body (5) is arranged to extend, during product usage, from the front section of the product in the direction of the crotch section and is adapted to extend with its narrower end section to slightly below the penis of the user. On the liquid-permeable layer (3), at the narrower end section of the absorption body, a liquid barrier (17) is applied, which is arranged to prevent urine emitted by the user from leaking from the surface of the absorption body towards the crotch region.

Abstract: This bag includes an improvement in the form of an extendable drain tube that is normally retracted and retained in flat coiled condition against the front wall of the bag. The tube is biased into its coiled condition by the elastic memory of the thermoplastic material from which it is formed and, in a preferred embodiment, the flat coil is oval-shaped with its major axis extending generally vertically when the bag is worn. A retention strap attached to the front wall of the bag serves to hold the drain tube in its coiled condition against the bag's front wall. A valve is located at a distal end of the drain tube, which is used to control drainage. The location of the valve prevents spillage of residual urine upon recoil of the drain tube.

  • Patent number: 6732384
Abstract: A urine collector is comprised of a container with an electric suction pump. A hose extending from the pump is connected to a funnel for collecting urine. The funnel is comprised of an interchangeable female or male funnel. The female funnel is comprised of a cup with an elongated and curved opening for closely fitting under and against a vulva. The male funnel is comprised of a penis-shaped tube with a resilient sealing ring around an open end for sealing around an inserted penis. The funnel can be positioned against the body through a fly in the pants, through a loosened waistband, or under a dress. Urine deposited in the funnel is rapidly drawn into the container by the pump even when the funnel and the top end of the tube are angled up and define an initially uphill path for the urine, such as when the user is seated.

Abstract: A pants-shaped absorbent product, such as incontinence pants or pull-ups, intended for males, has a front section, a rear section, a crotch section, an elastic waist region, an absorbent element intended to cover the penis of the user, and a liquid-tight outer layer. The front section has an elastic member, which enables the front section of the product to be pulled down during use, counter to the action of the elastic member, to a position in which the upper limit edge of the front section is situated below the penis of the user. The absorbent element is configured with one or more deformation zones, which enable parts of the absorbent element to be drawn along when the front section of the product is pulled down. The front section of the product and the absorbent element are arranged to be returned by the elastic member to their original usage position.

Abstract: A combination pouch and underwear pant is worn by a man for facilitating sexual activity such as lap dancing. The pouch is worn over the sex organs of a man under the underwear pant, which is adapted by an elastic waistband for compressively pinning the pouch in place. The pouch is made of a flexible and elastic material. A top edge of the pouch provides access to an interior of the pouch of a hand and wrist of the wearer so as to facilitate insertion of the wearer's sex organs into the pouch through an aperture, which encircles penis and scrotum. The aperture elastically compresses between a top surface at the base of the penis of the wearer and a bottom surface at the base of the scrotum of the wearer. With the pouch in place, the wearer is able to facilitate the capture of body fluids without fear of the pouch moving away from its preferred position relative to the torso of the wearer.
