  • Patent number: 11836571
Abstract: Systems and methods for data collection in an industrial environment are disclosed. An expert graphical user interface showing representations of components of an industrial machine to which sensors are attach is disclosed. The user interface may enable a user to select at least one of the components resulting in a search of a database of industrial machine failure modes for modes that correspond to the selected component. The corresponding failure mode may be presented to the user. The selection of the component may cause a controller to reference and implement a data collection template for configuring the system to automatically collect data from sensors associated with the selected component to detect at least one of the corresponding failure modes.

  • Patent number: 11829928
Abstract: Various systems and methods are provided that integrate data from disparate sources to identify shipment misalignments and display such information in interactive user interfaces. For example, the systems described herein can define various geographic regions using location and census data and identify the defined geographic regions in which stores are located. Using shipment data and micro-market data, the systems described herein can then identify the geographic regions that items are shipped to, identify the demand for such items in the geographic regions, and determine whether the quantity of items shipped to the geographic regions is appropriate based on the demand. Such information can be displayed in an interactive user interface that allows a user to view the geographic clustering of item demand, identify potential opportunities for correcting shipment misalignment, and/or correct identified shipment misalignments.

  • Patent number: 11830018
Abstract: An online concierge system allows users to order items within discrete time intervals later than a time when an order was received or for short-term fulfillment when the order was received. To account for a number of shoppers available to fulfill orders during different discrete time intervals and numbers of orders for fulfillment during different discrete time intervals, the online concierge system specifies a target rate for orders fulfilled later than a specified discrete time interval and a threshold from the target rate. A trained machine learning model periodically predicts a percentage of orders being fulfilled late, with an order associated with a predicted percentage when the order was received. The online concierge system increases a price of orders associated with predicted percentages greater than the threshold from the target rate. The increased price of an order is determined from a price elasticity curve and the predicted percentage.

  • Patent number: 11830088
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed configured to control the planting, application of pesticides, and harvesting of greenhouse crops, such as herbs. The greenhouse may include a variety of sensors, such as moisture sensors, ph sensors, and/or CO2 sensors. Unmanned vehicles may be utilized to capture crop images, and a learning engine may be used to determine the size of greenhouse crops. Such sensor data may be used to predict crop availability. A predication engine may be utilized to predict demand for greenhouse crops using current and historical orders for greenhouse crops. Greenhouse crop production instructions may be generated and transmitted to a greenhouse computer system to cause crops to be sown or harvested. Pallet loading instructions may be generated regarding the loading of specified quantities of crop packs on respective pallets for shipment to a destination.

  • Patent number: 11823102
Abstract: An online concierge system allows users to order items within discrete time intervals later than a time when an order was received. Each order may require a different set of characteristics for fulfilment by shoppers. Because different shoppers may have different capabilities, it is most efficient to reserve shoppers with specialized characteristics for orders that require them. The online concierge system maintains a set of hierarchical structures for different characteristics of shoppers, with each level in a hierarchical structure having a value. To select a shopper to fulfill an order, the online concierge system scores identifies groups of shoppers having characteristics capable of fulfilling the order based on levels in the hierarchical structure for each characteristic of a group. A shopper from a group having a minimum score is selected to fulfill the order.

  • Patent number: 11816613
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for dynamically pricing available storage units based on desirability is described. A server computer accesses a data storage storing a storage unit inventory for a particular facility. Each storage unit in the storage unit inventory is pre-assigned to a pricing group and provided a desirability rank. In response to a trigger for generating an updated sales plan for the particular facility (or for all facilities in a company), the server computer obtains an available storage unit inventory by deducting the unavailable storage units from the storage unit inventory and orders the available storage units within each pricing group by each unit's desirability rank. The server computer then assigns each of the available storage units to one of a plurality of pricing tiers within the pricing group according to the desirability rank order and generates an updated sales plan containing the available storage unit inventory grouped by the pricing group and by the pricing tiers.

The product availability may be specific to a location and a retailer hosting the consumer kiosk application. The kiosk GUI display is adjusted in accordance with product advertising and promotional campaigns to guide the user to generate orders for products that offer the best value to the consumer while helping retailers and kiosk operators succeed with advertising campaigns.

  • Patent number: 11785052
Abstract: A system and method for responding to incidents in an enterprise network is disclosed. The system tracks incidents by creating, in an incident Manager, incident objects for each incident. Each incident object includes details for the incidents, also known as incident characteristics. The system also creates one or more indicators of compromise (IOCs) associated with the incident characteristics for each incident. When processing a new incident or an update to an incident, the system compares IOCs associated with the incident object for the incident being processed to stored IOCs for other incidents to determine if other incidents are related to the incident being processed. In embodiments, the system can then generate tasks for responding to new incidents based on incident characteristics of and IOCs associated with the new incidents, and can regenerate tasks for responding to incidents based on updates to incident characteristics of and IOCs associated with the incidents.
