  • Patent number: 11883180
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and devices for identifying increased likelihood of non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) in a patient based on ECG data. The methods can include determining based on the ECG data that the patient lacks ST elevation (STE) and that the patient exhibits a ventricular repolarization dispersion (VRD) score that exceeds a predetermined threshold value. The VRD score can be based in part on a T wave complexity ratio that serves as a temporal marker of VRD for the patient. Other markers of spatial and time qualities of repolarization can also be included in the VRD score. An elevated VRD score in the absence of STE can indicate a likelihood of NSTEMI in the patient and a potential major adverse cardiac event.

  • Patent number: 11887707
Abstract: A method and system for managing health care patient record data including identifying and conveying recordation and temporal inconsistencies in health care patient data pertaining to chronic illnesses. An embodiment of the present invention includes identifying a first health care encounter date on which a chronic illness is recorded in a patient's digital health care data and determining if the chronic illness was recorded in the patient's digital health care data for each subsequent health care encounter. Some embodiments also identify the stage of the chronic illness at each encounter to determine if and how the condition of the chronic illness has changed. Some embodiments generate alerts to inform users when a preexisting chronic illness is not subsequently identified and/or if the subsequent diagnosis of the chronic illness indicates that the condition of the chronic illness has changed by some predetermined amount.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to methods and systems for unobtrusive digital health assessment of high risk subjects, wherein bio-markers pertaining to a disease are identified automatically using physical activity and physiology monitoring on a continuous basis. Identification of bio-markers in the medical domain is conventionally dependent on insights derived from medical tests which are obtrusive in nature. Systems and methods of the present disclosure integrate physical characteristics, lifestyle habits and prevailing medical conditions with monitored physical activities and physiological measurements to assess health of high risk subjects. Systems and methods of the present disclosure also enable automatic generation of control class and treatment class that may be effectively used for health assessment.

Abstract: The present technology calculates a value of future adherence (VFA) score which is a patient-level, predicted, expected cost of conversion from non-adherence to adherence over a specified time-frame. The score consists of three general components: (1) probability of being non-adherent, (2) cost reduction associated with being adherent, and (3) probability of converting from non-adherent to adherent. These values can be combined to create an overall VFA score. A user interface is then provided which shows at least a list of patients and information related to the VFA score.
