  • Patent number: 11144896
Abstract: An image appliance vehicle toll transaction system for electronic toll collection and image appliance vehicle toll transaction methods for identifying a vehicle at an electronic toll for electronic toll collection are disclosed. The image appliance vehicle toll transaction system allows toll agencies to store, in a cloud database, images of vehicle toll transactions and violations for the time required by the law and their data associated image metadata. The image appliance vehicle toll transaction system may use third party services to automatically determine, using AI, the license plate number and state of the vehicle. For each received image, and its metadata, the system returns a unique identifier or image token. This reduces the need for human manual image review by using AI and reduces operation costs while increasing accuracy and quality.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to information processing device, method, and program for allowing support of shared content/real world event viewing. A user recommendation module is configured to determine C. proposer for a user group and recommendation content. The user recommendation module performs, for example, calculation of the Active degree of a user A in the group=the individual Active degree of the user A+?(b*the Active degree of the user A with respect to other users in the group) (the degree of relationship among the user A and other users may be reflected in a weighting coefficient b). Moreover, the user recommendation module determines, as a proposer, a user with the highest Active degree in the group. • Patent number: 10902443
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for identifying, assessing, and presenting differences between segments of customers. The techniques identify differences in categorical features of the customers in two segments. The techniques use observed data to identify differences in a categorical feature. The techniques then assess whether the observed difference is a real difference applicable to the entire customer population or the result of random chance. The categorical features with the most significant differences (i.e., unlikely due to random chance) are presented, for example, to allow a marketer to easily appreciate the most significant segment differences. Certain techniques account for segment overlap (i.e., customers being in both segments) in assessing whether differences are due to random chance. Certain techniques limit the presented categorical features to account for common knowledge and/or false testing issues.

  • Patent number: 10878491
Abstract: An advanced data platform may receive an asset pricing request containing information about an asset. An optimization engine may determine a predicted price for the asset at different locations and times and compute a price matrix accordingly. The engine may identify an optimized predicted price from the price matrix, taking into account the spatial and temporal factors and various optimization conditions. A view for presentation of the optimized predicted price for the asset on a client device is generated and communicated to the client device over a network. When the asset is a vehicle, the engine may compute a linear regression model that defines a set of input variables with associated regression coefficients, the set of input variables comprising input variables representing attributes describing the vehicle.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for streamlining interactions between a customer and a customer service representative of a company. An interaction is commenced between the customer and the customer service representative during which historical data is accessed related to the customer stored in a company controlled computer system responsive to the interaction. The historical data preferably relates to at least one product or service provided by the company to the customer. At least a part of the historical information is displayed to the customer service representative. On the display, a first tab is generated related to the historical data as is a second tab relating to a quote for a new product or service for offering to the customer. The customer service representative is thereafter enabled to switch between displaying the historical data and the quote by selecting the first or second tab, respectively, without having to save the quote.

Abstract: The invention relates to systems and methods for analyzing data collected from sensors monitoring property. In particular, the systems and methods analyze the data to make property insurance underwriting decisions based on the collected sensor data using a computerized process that varies the way in which it manipulates the collected sensor data based on a characteristic of the property being insured, a characteristic of the entity seeking the insurance, and/or on the value of one or more collected data parameters. The invention also relates to systems and methods of making property insurance pricing decisions based on a similarly dynamic computerized process.

  • Patent number: 10785124
Abstract: A system and method for network planning with certain guarantees is disclosed. The system receives data characterizing various aspects of a backbone network, such as the nodes of the backbone network, how the nodes are connected by network links, the maximum available capacities of the network assets, network costs, and network asset reliability information. The system also receives data characterizing the requirements of different data communications, or flows, within the backbone network. For example, the backbone network may need to provide a flow a minimum amount of bandwidth or throughput, and the flow may have a minimum required uptime or availability. Based on the network data and flow data, the system generates a network plan that describes how capacity should be provided by different components of the network in a manner that guarantees satisfying flow requirements while balancing other considerations, such as network costs.
