  • Patent number: 11717950
Abstract: A dual headed tool having a rotatable arm has a shank with a tool head at each end. The shank slides through a rotatable hub positioned at the distal ends of the tools handle. One half of the shank is inserted into a longitudinal bore extending through the handle while the other half of the shank extends outward so that the tool head at its end may be used. The shank may be slid out of the bore within the handle and rotated to alternate which end of the shank is used. The tour may also be configured without the shank extending into the longitudinal bore in the handle, such that the handle extends away from the shank at an angle between 0° and 180°.

  • Patent number: 11141841
Abstract: A folding flex ratchet having a handle that is joined to a ratchet head by an offset hinge that allows the handle to be selectively folded between an extended position for applying greater torque and a folded position in which the ratchet operates in spaces where access is minimal, somewhat like a palm ratchet. The ratchet head may include a generally L-shaped neck that provides an offset handle connection point that is offset in two directions from the ratchet head, both rearwardly and longitudinally. The handle, ratchet head and offset hinge are configured so that, when in the folded position, the handle is approximately centered over the ratchet head and the handle extends substantially parallel to the ratchet head.

  • Patent number: 8869658
Abstract: In a multi-function tool structure, a body and a work rod are pivotally connected together and can form a folded and retracted state. Moreover, an elastically movable press button is disposed on the body and can link up a positioning pin movably inserted into the work rod. Thus, pressing the press button can release a lock between the work rod and the positioning pin so that the work rod is swingable, while releasing the press button can lock the positioning pin and the work rod together again. Thus, the work rod and the body can be folded and retracted to facilitate the storage and carrying. After the work rod is developed, it can form multiple included angles with respect to the body so that the requirements of different operation angles can be satisfied.

Abstract: A tool includes a first and a second socket wrench pivotally turnably connected to two ends of a link. Each of the first and second socket wrenches includes a wrench portion and a circular end portion having an axial slot extended through them. The wrench portion of the first socket wrench is internally formed of a hexagonally shaped portion for fitting around a hexagonally-shaped outer surface of a connecting ring of a male F connector to tighten or loosen the connecting ring to or from a female F connector, and the wrench portion of the second socket wrench is internally formed of a constant-torque shaped portion for fitting around the hexagonally-shaped outer surface of the connecting ring to prevent the tool from applying an excessive torque on the connecting ring when turning the same. The tool can be used without being hindered by bent or closely arranged cables.

Abstract: The present invention provides a universal tool extension rod, including a plurality of universal coupling sleeves and first and second end joints. A corresponding polygonal sphere and polygonal driver are mated between universal coupling sleeves, and the polygonal sphere can slide within the polygonal driver in straight mating or universally flexible states. The first and second end joints can be linked with the universal coupling sleeves similarly, so that the tool extension rod can be combined into a straight state or unhinged into a universally bending state where necessary. Both operating states can realize universality, robustness and durability due to multi-angle ability, high torsion and extensibility.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hand-held tool that may be held in the palm of a hand, the hand-held tool being of adequate length and size to allow users to comfortably transfer the tool from a palm grip to a pen grip to maintain the use of the fingers and the thumb when the hand tool is stored in the palm. One or several storage housings are attached offset from a drive shaft housing for improved torque transfer from a hand to the tool head, integral storage of work pieces, optimized use of palm torque during use, and better overall grasping. The hand tool is also equipped with a retractable or nonretractable torque drive shaft designed to allow the fingers and thumb of a user to be rotated freely when the tool is in palm grip and capable of transmitting torque through the housing when an axial pressure force is placed along the drive shaft to engage the tool head with the housing. The drive shaft can also be reversed to create a prolongation shaft or placed in another opening of the housing.
