Abstract: A non-toxic aqueous pesticide and method are provided for controlling insects and parasites on plants. The pesticide contains at least one surfactant and at least on high terpene containing natural oil to effectively control insects and parasites, such as darkling beetles, lice, ticks, mites, flies, aphids, mosquitoes and chiggers. Further, the pesticide has a pH of about 7.7: to about 9.0.
