Abstract: An end cap and socket system for use with a lamp bulb may include an end cap and a socket body. The end cap may include a first cylindrical portion with a first diameter, and a second cylindrical portion with a second diameter smaller than the first cylindrical portion. The socket may a key portion projecting from a front face of the socket. A adaptor for use with a socket may include a key portion. Alternatively, the end can may include a key disk with a key groove cut into the key disk, and the socket may include a key piece with a key rib structured to couple with the key groove. An adaptor for use with an end cap may include an adaptor body portion and a whole, wherein a contact pin can be inserted through the hole. These keying features are intended to prevent improper coupling between mismatched lamps and sockets or insure that the lamp, when mated to the socket, may be rotated in only one direction.

The photocatalyst layer is reactive with volatile organic compounds when UV light is projected on it. The overlayer is situated on the photocatalyst layer. The overlayer is UV transparent and has an interconnected pore network that allows contaminated air to pass through the overlayer. The size and the shape of the interconnected pores acts to selectively exclude certain contaminants that can deactivate the photocatalyst.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a click sound generating device for a bait reel. The bait reel includes a reel frame, a spool, a handle and a drag knob. The spool is rotatably mounted to the reel frame. A fishing line is wound around the circumferential outer surface of the spool. The handle is connected to the spool through a gear shaft. The drag knob is provided between the handle and the gear shaft to adjust the drag strength of the spool. The click sound generating device is in the drag knob and generates clicking sounds depending on rotation of the drag knob, thus enabling a user to minutely and precisely control the drag strength or rotating force of the spool.
Abstract: A method for facilitating in assessing transitional costs in business transformations using a computer-aided organizational design system is provided. The method comprises creating a first organization design model representative of the current organizational design state of an organization using a graphical tool. The method further comprises changing the first organization design model into a second organization design model representative of the organizational design state of the organization after the business transformation. The method further comprises generating a report identifying the transition cost factors and the transition cost of moving from the first organization design model to the second organization design model, wherein the transition cost is determined based on predetermined calculation algorithms or heuristics.

Abstract: Provided is a white organic light emitting device including an anode, a cathode and an organic layer disposed therebetween, the organic layer having a structure wherein an arrangement of a green emissive layer and a blue emissive layer is formed on both surfaces of a red emissive layer such that the resultant structure is symmetrical around the red emissive layer, and a spacer layer is disposed between opposing surfaces of the blue emissive layer and the green emissive layer, where the white organic light emitting device including this structure exhibits a constant luminescence spectra irrespective of any change in current density.
