  • Patent number: 7597466
Abstract: A vehicle lamp can be designed to prevent troubles ascribable to handling during manufacturing, and to be capable of light distribution over a wide range while suppressing uneven light distribution in each individual lamp and suppressing light distribution variations between separate individual lamps, even at low cost. LED mounting substrates having a plurality of LEDs mounted thereon can be attached to an inner lens bracket made of a light-transmitting resin material so that the light sources can be accommodated in respective bracket portions of the inner lens bracket, having openings. The inner lens bracket to which the LED mounting substrates are attached can further be attached to the inner panel so that the bracket portions accommodating the LEDs protrude from the bracket portion insertion holes of the inner panel.

  • Patent number: 7598466
Abstract: Disclosed is a thin key sheet in which the adhesive is prevented from being squeezed out and in which adhesive marks and bubble marks are hard to be visible. An adhesive layer is in a dot pattern formed by a plurality of dots spaced apart from each other by gaps, so when attaching a key top and a base sheet to each other through an intermediation of the adhesive layer, it is possible to allow air to escape through the gaps, and bubbles recognizable to a naked eye are not easily trapped by the interior of the adhesion layer or an interface between the adhesive layer and the key top. Further, since the adhesive layer is a screen print layer, a dimension of elements of fine pattern thereof can be on an order of microns, thereby making the fine pattern of the adhesive layer hard to be visible through the key top.

  • Patent number: 7595549
Abstract: A surface mount semiconductor device using a lead frame can suppress stress applied to a package by a load in a forming process performed for the lead frame projecting from the package at a portion at which the lead frame projects the package. Concave portions can be provided in at least one lead of a pair of leads that project laterally from side faces of the package. The concave portions can be arranged at positions where the leads are bent approximately perpendicularly along the side faces of the package at respective central portions of the leads. Thus, a cross-sectional area of a bending portion of the lead can be reduced, thereby enabling the lead (or leads) to be easily bent with a smaller bending load. Therefore, a surface mount semiconductor device can be achieved which prevents disconnection without impairing a heat radiation property and which has good moisture resistance.

  • Patent number: 7592640
Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates to a light emitting semiconductor apparatus with reduced color unevenness and suppressed topical deterioration over time with regard to an amount and chromaticity of the illuminating light. The light emitting semiconductor apparatus of the disclosed subject matter can include three separate bonding pads. Among those, the centrally located bonding pad is die bonded to two types of light emitting devices which have an identical material and structure and almost equal sizes, but are different in orientation and direction characteristic of PN-electrodes. The bonding pad located in an outermost location is die-bonded to the light emitting device. In this case, the direction characteristic of a central light emitting device exhibits a substantial reverse conical form while the direction characteristic of the light emitting device exhibits a substantial conical form.

  • Patent number: 7575910
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing L-fuculose and L-fucose which is suitable as an industrial method. L-Fuculose is synthesized from L-fucitol in the presence of a microorganism-derived protein having a dehydrogenase activity which results in production of L-fuculose from L-fucitol. The reaction system preferably contains NADH oxidase. L-Fuculose thus synthesized is then converted into L-fucose.
