    Abstract: A pumping device includes a tubular member and a piston reciprocatingly received in the tubular member, the piston together with the tubular member defining a chamber. A head is securely, sealingly mounted to an end of the tubular member. The head includes a compartment defined therein and in fluid communication with the chamber of the tubular member. An elastic nozzle is securely mounted in the compartment and includes a through hole for receiving a valve of a bicycle tire. The elastic nozzle further includes a recessed clamping section defined in an inner periphery thereof for securely clamping the valve during reciprocating motion of the piston in the tubular member.

The dart segments each includes a lower peripheral portion having one or more stops extended laterally outward of the dart segment for engaging with the lower portion of the ribs of the spider and for preventing the dart segments from being disengaged from the dartboard. An adjusting device is mounted between the second end of the elongated member and the movable jaw to urge the movable jaw to pivot relative to the fixed jaw. A fine adjusting device is provided for actuating the adjusting device to urge the second clamping section of the movable jaw to move slightly away from the first clamping section of the fixed jaw. An elastic device is provided for retaining the adjusting device in position.

Each of the two side plates each have two slots and an elongated slot, two members slidably connected between the side plates and received in the two slots so that one of the members is engaged with the ratchets. Two slidable plates are connected to the two side plates with a rod extending through the elongated slots and the slidable plates, each of the peripheries defining the two elongated slots having a recess defined therein so as to receive the rod therein which is lifted by the other member received in the slots. The member to lift the rod is pushed by a cam device defined in each of the distal ends of the handle.
