    Abstract: A speed change gear mechanism for lathes includes a driving shaft having a number of first gears securely mounted thereon to rotate therewith, a driven shaft including a number of second gears each rotatably mounted thereon via a bearing, and a chuck shaft including a number of third gears securely mounted thereon to rotate therewith. The number of the second gears is a sum of the number of the first gears and the number of the third gears. Each second gear is meshed with a corresponding one of the first gears and the third gears. A camshaft includes a cam formed thereon, the cam having a number of angular positions that correspond to different speeds of the chuck shaft. A clutch device has a first end selectively engaged with two of the second gears that respectively meshed wvith an associated first gear and an associated third gear to thereby determine a rotational speed of the chuck shaft.

    Abstract: A trigger assembly for a power stapler includes a U-shaped trigger member pivotally connected to the power stapler and having two inclined and elongated slots in the two plates thereof. A pressing member has a flange extending from one of two surfaces thereof and an aperture is defined through the pressing member. The pressing member has two lugs so that the pressing member is pivotally between the two plates of the trigger member. A pin movably extends through the slots in the trigger member and the two lugs. The pressing member is slightly lifted within the slots when the piston rod of the power stapler inserted into the aperture for the single shoot so that the pressing member is not returned to its original position except the safety member is removed from the pressing member.

    Abstract: A power stapler includes a barrel with a cylinder received therein and a piston is movably received in the cylinder. An end cap is connected to the rear end of the barrel and a frame is movably engaged with the inside of the end cap. A seal part is engaged with an annular space in the outside of the frame and contacts the cylinder. A plurality of passages are defined through the frame and communicate with the annular space so that the seal part is securely positioned because the pressure in the passages is lower than the outside of the seal part. A fixed member is connected to the end cap and a pad is engaged with the fixed member. The pad has notches in the distal end thereof which contacts the piston so that air trapped between the pad and piston is released via the notches when the piston moves back to the original position after a shot.

    Abstract: An exhausted air dispensing device for a hydraulic power nailer includes a ring engaged with a flange extending from a recessed area defined in an end cap of the body of the nailer. The flange has a plurality of notches which communicate with a passage from which the exhausted air of the nailer flows. The flange has a plurality of blocks extending from the ring and located in alignment with the notches in the flange so that the speed of the exhausted air is reduced when the exhausted air blows against the blocks. A cover has an opening defined in a periphery of the cover which is rotatably engaged with the recessed area. A positioning pin biasedly extends from the end cap and the cover has a plurality of dents in the bottom thereof so that the positioning pin is engaged with one of the dents of the cover.

The rod is pivotally connected to the first link to which a second link is pivotally connected, the other end of the second link has a second contacting member rotatably connected thereto. The second contacting member has two protrusions extending centrally and longitudinally therefrom so as to move within the two arcuate slots.

    Abstract: A method may apply a lubricant material into a tube of a tubing and includes mold device having an annular port for extruding a material to form a tube. The mold device includes a passage for supplying a lubricant material into the tube, and includes an aperture for supplying an air to apply the lubricant material onto the inner peripheral surface of the tube. A flexible coil and a cover sleeve are then applied onto the tube for forming the tubing. The wire may then be easily engaged into the tube of the tubing by the lubricant material.

A flange extends from the elastic annular extension to thereby define an annular groove between the inner wall of the connecting portion, the annular extension, and the flange. The flange provides a close contact with an eye socket of a user. A plastic protective ring is received in the annular groove for preventing the flange from being contacted with a rigid portion of the pair of swimming goggles.
