    Abstract: A fabricating method of a magnetoresistance sensor is provided with cost effective and process flexibility features. Firstly, a substrate is provided. Then, at least one magnetoresistance structure and at least one bonding pad are formed over the substrate, wherein the bonding pad is electrically connected with the magnetoresistance structure. Then, a passivation layer is formed over the magnetoresistance structure and the bonding pad. Then, a magnetic shielding and concentrator structure is formed over the passivation layer at a location corresponding to the magnetoresistance structure. Finally, bonding pad openings is formed on the passivation layer by patterned polyimide, thereby exposing the bonding pad. After bonding pad was opened, the patterned polyimide can be removed or retained as an additional protection layer.

The moving half is functioned in accordance with the fixed half. The locator is positioned at the moving half. The counting operator is slidably set at the moving half and comprises a sliding main body, a locator and a contacting bump. The sliding main body comprises two locating slots positioned at one end thereof. The locator extends into the locating slots to locate the counting operator. The contacting bump is positioned on the sliding main body and can press the contacting part of the counter. With the locator and the counting operator of the present invention, wrong records of non productive molding can be avoided and the counter does not have to be removed during the mold-repair.

The waterproof rubber ring encompasses a front end of the inner metal shell. The outer insulating housing can seal off the gaps between the sealing plate and the inner metal shell, and between the inner insulating housing and the inner metal shell. The present waterproof connector can satisfy the waterproof demand by the waterproof rubber ring.

The method of the present invention includes steps of: (1) calculating longitudinal and transverse deviation values of a center point of a lens relative to a standard reference position specified on a lens barrel, and an angle deviation value of the lens according to position signals of the lens on the image sensor module; (2) compensating the longitudinal and transverse deviation values of the center point of the lens, and the angle deviation value of the lens for exactly positioning the lens; and (3) adjusting focus of the image sensor module. The method of the present invention can compensate the mechanism errors produced in the mounting process of the image sensor module for conveniently and exactly adjusting the focus of the image sensor module. An apparatus for adjusting and testing an image sensor module is also provided.
