  • Patent number: 8217739
Abstract: A micro switch is disclosed and includes a bracket, at least one conductive terminal assembly, a push rod and an electro-magnet. The conductive terminal assembly has a first terminal, an elastically conductive plate, a spring and a second terminal. A first end of the spring is hooked on the first terminal, and a second end thereof is hooked on the elastically conductive plate. The push rod is slidably installed on the bracket, and has a recess, a sliding inclined surface and a top flat surface. The push rod can be slid to cause the spring to slide into the recess and onto the top flat surface. Thus, the spring can actuate the elastically conductive plate to pivotally rotate and abut against the second terminal. Thus, the structure of the micro switch is simplified and the installation thereof is easier.

  • Patent number: 8215996
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a first insulating body having a base board and a tongue board extending rearward from the base board, and a second insulating body having a base portion and fingers extending forward from the base portion. Two opposite sides of the tongue board protrude upward to form two clipping walls and oppositely protrude outward to form two restraining portions spaced from the clipping walls. A receiving space is formed among the tongue board, the base board and the clipping walls for receiving the second insulating body therein. The base portion is clipped between the clipping walls. Front ends of the fingers prop against the base board. Each side surface of the base portion defines an elastic arm having a top connected with the side surface and a bottom beyond a bottom surface of the base portion to be restrained between the restraining portion and the clipping wall.

  • Patent number: 8206188
Abstract: A connector terminal curved from a strip-shaped metal plate has a soldering plate of which a substantial middle of one end edge extends upward to form a bracket plate, an arched connecting portion bent upward from the other end of the soldering plate and apart facing the bracket plate, and a flexible arm extending from a free end of the connecting portion towards the bracket plate and parallel to the soldering plate. Two opposite side edges of a top end of the bracket plate oppositely protrude to form a pair of blocking ears. A free end of the flexible arm is arched upward to form an inverted-V shaped contacting portion adjacent to the bracket plate. Two ends of a distal edge of the contacting portion further extend beyond the two opposite side edges of the bracket plate to form a pair of resisting tails respectively restrained under the blocking ears.

  • Patent number: 8205036
Abstract: A non-volatile memory of present invention includes a number of memory blocks and a static wear leveling device. The static wear leveling device includes a memory unit for storing the erase counts of the memory blocks and a controlling unit for getting the erase counts from the memory unit, and calculating the standard deviation based on the EC, and deciding the way of the static wear leveling cycle according to the standard deviation. The controlling unit deciding the way of the static wear leveling cycle include the steps of setting at least one predetermined threshold point and judging whether the standard deviation of the erase counts is smaller than the predetermined threshold point. If the standard deviation of the erase counts is smaller than the predetermined threshold point, the static wear leveling cycle starts for a first amount of cycles and moves the static data stored a first number of memory blocks.
