The interior of at least one of the reservoirs (2, 3) communicates with a distribution element (9, 10) via the outlet opening, an arrangement preventing the free flow of the active ingredient fluid (4, 5) being interposed.

The transport container is then filled with plastics granular material utilizing the cabin.
