    Abstract: A direct cooling type refrigerator having a defrosted water receiving/discharging apparatus. The apparatus has a defrosted water tray disposed below an evaporator for receiving a defrosted water dropping from the evaporator, and a defrosted water discharging device coupled to the defrosted water tray to discharge the defrosted water from the defrosted water tray. The defrosted water tray has a bottom wall having a flat portion and an inclined portion which is inclined upward with respect to the flat portion for guiding the defrosted water toward the flat portion. The defrosted water discharging device has a body having an inner wall forming a water passage communicated with the defrosted water tray, and at least one water discharging hole formed at a predetermined position on a bottom portion of the water passage. A user can easily remove a defrosted water collected in the defrosted water tray without completely drawing out the defrosted water tray from the refrigerator.

    Abstract: This invention relates to an improved reservoir for power steering fluid which is particularly suitable for use on large vehicles, such as trucks. The improved reservoir of this invention comprises a well to contain a surplus of power steering fluid. The well has an inlet to permit the introduction of fluid from a power steering mechanism into the well, and an outlet to permit the fluid to flow out of the well to the power steering mechanism. The well also has a filter attached over the inlet. The filter comprises a container having a lower chamber, a side chamber, a filter medium and a relief valve. Fluid received in the lower chamber from the inlet pipe flows to the side chamber and through the filter medium from the outside surface to the inside surface, and then out through a center orifice to the well. Fluid at or above a predetermined pressure flows through the pressure relief valve and out through the center orifice to the well.

    Abstract: In a starter, a power supply terminal connected to a solenoid coil of a magnet switch and connectable to a starter external circuit is provided on an end cover. The power supply terminal includes a terminal metal member, a bimetal which interrupts electric conduction between the solenoid coil and the terminal metal member at the time of temperature rise above a predetermined temperature, and a casing contacting a foot part of the terminal metal member and encasing the bimetal therein. The bimetal responds to each of the excessive heating of the terminal metal member and excessive energization current to interrupt the conduction. In case of a single axis-type starter, the power supply terminal is provided on a recess so that the terminal metal member does not extend axially beyond the rear end face of the end cover.

The evaporator has a spiral-shaped refrigerant pipe which is disposed in a longitudinal direction of the chilled air passage, and a plurality of heat exchange pins disposed around the spiral-shaped refrigerant pipe, for increasing a heat exchange area between the air and the spiral-shaped refrigerant pipe. A fan for blowing the air toward the evaporator and for circulating the chilled air into the refrigerating is installed in the chilled air passage. A motor is fixed to a wall of the body forming the chilled air passage.

    Abstract: A refrigerator for improving a cooling efficiency. The refrigerator has a cabinet having a refrigerating chamber, a freezing chamber, and an evaporator chamber which is disposed at a rear portion of the freezing chamber, an evaporators which generates a chilled air and has a helical shape forming a conical space portion therein, a blower assembly coaxially disposed at a rear of the evaporator so as to blow an air towards the evaporator, and a heater installed in the conical space portion of the evaporator so as to remove a frost adhering to the evaporator. The refrigerator can effectively make a heat-exchange between the evaporator and the air so that the cooling efficiency is improved. Since the turbulent air flow is introduced into the freezing chamber, the freezing chamber can be uniformly cooled and since the heater is coaxially disposed in the evaporator, the heater can uniformly heat the evaporator, so the defrosting a frost from the evaporator is effectively carried out.

Although the security device is simple to manufacture and install, it provides a high degree of security.
