  • Patent number: 7039508
Abstract: A tire monitoring system with a wireless setting capability includes a wireless controller and a plurality of tire status sensors each tire status sensor is composed a sensing and processing unit having an unique tire serial number, a second low frequency transceiver and an RE transmitter. The wireless controller has a first low frequency transceiver and stores a plurality of tire serial numbers representing different wheel positions. The wireless controller outputs a control signal including a reset command and a new tire serial number to a specific tire status sensor. The sensing and processing unit will be reset and replace the tire serial number when the tire status sensor receives the control signal.

  • Patent number: 7032569
Abstract: A throttle control device includes a throttle body that defines an intake air channel. A motor is coupled to a throttle shaft. As the motor is driven, the throttle valve rotates to open and close the intake air channel. A detection device serves to detect a degree of opening of the throttle valve and includes a pair of magnets and a sensor. The magnets are mounted to the throttle shaft via a magnet support and are positioned to oppose each other with respect to a rotational axis of the throttle shaft in order to produce a magnetic field. The sensor is mounted to the throttle body and serves to detect the magnetic field. The sensor comprises a sensing section and a computing section connected to each other. The sensing section may be inclined relative to the computing section in order to form a compact shape.

  • Patent number: 7034164
Abstract: The invention relates to new, inexpensive electropolymers capable of light-induced grafting, onto which specific identification probes can be easily grafted and having optimum capacity for interaction with the target analytes (DNA/DNAc, PNA/PNAc, enzyme/substrate/Antibody/Antigen). These electropolymers capable of light-induced grafting are, for example, poly(pyrrole-benzophenone). Benzophenone forms sites for light-induced grafting. The invention also covers the mono and oligomers which make up these novel electropolymers capable of light-induced grafting. Another object of the invention is the process for their manufacture, as well as electronic biosensors containing these electropolymers capable of being grafted and/or grafted by probes for the analysis of biomolecules.
