    Abstract: A laminated construction board comprising a kraft board support backing adhesively bonded to a foam insulating panel is disclosed. Also shown is an improved method for attaching laminated construction boards with fasteners. The fasteners are driven through the foam panel, until the retaining portion thereof engages the support backing, securing it in abutting relationship with an underlying wall substructure. The insulated surface of the board may be covered with various surface finishes, and is especially suited for use with acrylic mortar systems.Also disclosed is a building structure, a method of constructing a building structure, a wall surfacing system, and a method of constructing a wall sheathing, all utilizing construction boards attached to a substructure with staples wherein the crown of the staple engages the support backing of the construction board.

    Abstract: A coupling assembly for hoses fabricated of plastic and comprising one-piece male and multi-piece snap together female coupling section. The male section includes an externally threaded fitting and an integral hub adapted to fit over the end of a hose section, the hub having integrally formed ribs or barbs. A ferrule inserted into the hose expands the base all into engagement with the ribs or barbs for securing the section to the hose. The female section includes an annular collar fitted over and secured to the end of a hose section. An annular flange terminating in a forwardly axially extending annular sealing lip is formed on the collar and an internally threaded connector is provided including an inwardly extending annular flange adapted to snap over and engage behind the flange for rotatably mounting the connector on the collar.

    Abstract: An automated system for exchanging components of a continuous seam-welded tube mill to change from production of one tubular product to another. The components to be changed are mounted upon sub-base units adapted to be removably affixed to a fixed mill base. Alternate sets of changeable mill units mounted on duplicate sub-base sections are provided for off line tooling change and setup. Changeover modules are provided alongside and spaced from the mill base. Bridging roll units are extendible to span the space between the mill bases and the changeover modules, and push-pull units are incorporated in the changeover modules to shift the sub-base sections from the mill base to the changeover module and the previously retooled duplicate sub-base sections from the changeover modules into operative position on the mill bases.
