Abstract: A heavy oil remover comprises from about 0.1 to about 99 weight percent dipropylene glycol Mono N-butyl ether, from about 1 to about 99 percent of a mixture of methyl cocoate and methyl sunflowerate, from about 0.1 to about 75 weight percent napthenic petroleum distillate solvent, from about 0.1 to about 90 weight percent salt of an alkyl aromatic sulfonic acid, from about 0.05 to about 50 weight percent branched alcohol ethoxylate, from about 0.05 to about 50 weight percent ethoxylated alkyl mercaptan, and the balance, water.
Abstract: A lock and handlebar attachment for a cycle comprised of a pair of oppositely curved end sections interconnected by parallel members at least one of which is selectively separable to enable the introduction of a fixed component to prevent the theft of the associated bicycle.
Abstract: A heavy oil remover comprises a terpene solvent, dipropylene glycol mono n-butyl ether, a volatility stabilizer, a salt of an alkyl aromatic sulfonic acid, a branched alcohol ethoxylate, an ethoxylated alkyl mercaptan, and water.
Abstract: An optical image field splitting system which is adapted to allow a single camera to be used to view two or more images or object scenes of a single object or one or more images from a plurality of objects is disclosed. The optical image field splitting system includes a camera, a mirror pair, a lens, and a third mirror spaced apart from the mirror pair. The mirror pair includes a first mirror defining a first reflective planar surface and a second mirror defining a second reflective planar surface. The first reflective planar surface is oriented at a first predetermined angle relative to the second reflective planar surface. The lens is coupled to the camera and disposed in an optical path defined between the camera and the mirror pair. The third mirror defines a third reflective planar surface oriented at a second predetermined angle relative to the second reflective surface of the second mirror. An optical path length is defined between the third mirror and the second mirror.
Abstract: A cleaner impregnated towel comprises a flexible, porous substrate and a cleaner, the cleaner comprising a salt of the coconut fatty acid ester of isethionic acid, an antimicrobial compound comprising 5-chloro-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) phenol and parachlorometaxylenol, and water.
Abstract: A roller skate is disclosed which has three modes of operation. A first mode in which the roller skate may move both forward and backwards, a second mode in which the skate may roll forward only and a third mode in which the skate is prevented from rolling in either direction. A pair of locking rods are disposed in the lower chassis of the skate. The locking rods are adapted to be wedged against a locking surface of a wheel on the skate such to affect the three modes of operation as described.
Abstract: A stud for sport shoes wherein the shoes are provided with internally threaded sockets for receiving the stud, the stud comprises: a main body portion having an upper and a lower surface; a shank extending outwardly from the upper surface of the body portion and having an outer dimension enabling the same to be threadably received within the threaded sockets of the sport shoe; and a plurality of concentric spaced apart ridges extending outwardly from the lower surface of the body portion to provide traction between the shoe and a supporting surface.
Abstract: A speculum for use in a colonic lavage which includes a hollow cylindrical body for introducing cleansing fluids into the colon wherein the outermost end of the speculum receives a dissolvable insertable tip to facilitate the initial insertion of the speculum into the anal canal of a patient.
Abstract: Contaminants are removed from RPET flakes by a process which includes the steps of comminuting the RPET flakes to produce RPET particles and driving the contaminants out from the RPET particles.

Abstract: A composite male hose coupler comprising a metallic tail piece; an externally threaded male fitting; and means for affixing the tail piece to the male fitting; and a method of manufacture thereof, are disclosed. The metallic tail piece is formed of annealed brass tube stack and includes a first cylindrical portion and a second cylindrical portion joined together by a radially outwardly extending flange generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the first and second cylindrical portions. The externally threaded male fitting is formed of machined brass stock and includes external threads on the outer surface and an annular lip for receiving the flange of the tail piece. A solder material is employed to produce a fluid-tight seal between the tail piece and the male fitting.
