Abstract: An electronic fat gauge includes a main body and a clamping lever pivotally mounted on the main body. The clamping lever includes a shorter depressing arm and a longer measuring arm extended from a middle pivot portion of the clamping lever in opposite directions. When the shorter depressing arm is depressed, the longer measuring arm is caused to open by a wide angle relative to the main body for conveniently clamping a fatty area of a user's body between the measuring arm and the main body. The open angle of the measuring arm is converted into a signal through a variable resistor connected to the middle pivot portion of the clamping lever, and the signal is further converted by a control circuit into a value of measuring result for showing in a liquid crystal display and viewing by the user.

Abstract: A rotary food processor comprises an upper lid, a rotary part, and a cutter part. As soon as the locking device in the cutter part is discharged and the turning knob assembly is rotated to make a selected flat surface or the cutters on any one of cutting surfaces on a tool carrier post pass through guide grooves and displace to an axial groove, a lock device is located in place and a treated food is placed between a press disk and a bottom plate in the cutter part to be moved on the bottom plate by the press disk while a handle knob is turned. When the treated food passes through said cutters, the treated food is cut a thrust with a depth and a width and then cut off by the cutters such that finished products with a desired width can fall down through an output slot on the bottom plate.

Abstract: A skateboard having a front supporting bar, a front wheel assembly, a main shaft, a deck, a rear wheel assembly, and a deck fastened on the main shaft, a tail of the deck being raised above and covering the top of the rear wheel assembly. The deck has a resilient section near the rear wheel assembly so that the user can exert a force with his heels to enable the tail of the deck to be sloping with the resilient section serving as pivot. Accordingly, the bottom of the tail of the deck is in contact with the surface of the rear wheels to achieve a braking effect.

Abstract: A simplified flat top umbrella for simulating a bottle cap of drink or beverage includes: a rib assembly pivotally secured to a central shaft having at least a top rib and an outer rib operatively extended to form a horizontal rib frame having an outer rib portion generally perpendicular to the horizontal rib frame; and an one-piece umbrella cloth secured to the horizontal rib frame for forming a flat top surface for printing decorative or advertising features thereon such as a logo of a drink or beverage and having a skirt portion of the umbrella cloth secured to the outer rib portion by forming a plurality of radial ruffles and ridged rumples radially formed on a periphery of the skirt portion for vividly simulating the ruffles as circumferentially formed on a perimeter of a bottle cap such as cap of drink or beverage bottle.

Abstract: A dust-proof mechanism for optical reflection module of an image scanner is disclosed. The dust-proof plate is disposed at an open area of the optical reflection module. Each lateral end of the dust-proof plate is disposed with a shaft rod pivotally fitted in a shaft hole formed on a lateral inner wall of the optical reflection module. The direction of the dust-proof plate is parallel to the direction of the reflection mirror of the optical reflection module. When the scanner performs the scanning operation, the dust-proof plate is positioned at an opened position. When the scanner does not perform the scanning operation, the dust-proof plate shields the open area of the optical reflection module so as to isolate suspending dust from passing through the open area of the optical reflection module and attaching to the mirror surface of the reflection mirror.

Abstract: A hidden viewfinder for camera includes a camera body having a pair of spaced channel slots, a plurality of lens frames each having a bottom end pivotally hinged on the camera body between the channel slots and a reversed U-shaped tunnel type outer frame having a top wall and two side walls engageable with the channel slots. There is a torsional spring engaged with the bottom end of each lens frame. When the outer frame is pressed down and held in the channel slots, the top wall will press the lens frames to turn about the bottom ends for the lens frames laying horizontally on the camera body to form a compact size camera. When in use, the outer frame is raised above the camera body, the torsional springs will raise the lens frames upright to form the viewfinder in the outer frame. Circuit boards and control elements may be placed in the camera body between the channel slots for the camera because compact size but rich in function.

Abstract: An adapter for antenna on a mobile phone basically is a main body associated with an adapting tube and a cover. A receiving recession is provided between the main body and the cover for containing a wave eliminating plate. The adapting tube is used for fitting with the antenna. The main body has a plurality of through holes for being passed by the rubber forming the adapting tube. The rubber overflowed from each through hole is associated with each other and constitutes a fixing part such that the adapting tube is integrated with the main body. The adapting tube is made of highly elastic and non-brittle rubber and has features such as flexible, free from aging, and durable. Therefore, the adapter is possible to sleeve with any size of antenna on a mobile phone firmly without a phenomenon of being loosened due to elastic fatigue and being damaged due to brittleness after using a period of time.

To make the manual work for inserting the shield into the circuit board of the mouse can be done by just one action of composition to avoid the time of actions of repeatedly inserting electrical elements into the circuit board and to reduce the production cost.

Abstract: A ventilation control system is disclosed for a building having an elongated ceiling vent opening, the system having a vent door, spaced apart brackets pivotally supporting the door on the building structure adjacent to the ceiling vent opening such that the door is movable between closed and opened positions, and an actuating mechanism for moving the door between the closed and opened positions. The vent door has an elongated door casing of plastic material having a hollow interior and opposite side walls, a support member located in the hollow interior of the door casing adjacent to each of the opposite side walls and a foam material substantially filling the hollow interior of the door casing. The door casing may be extruded from plastic material and has integrally formed outwardly extending sealing members which engage the building structure when the vent door is in the closed position to seal the vent opening.

As such, when the scooter is moving, the two antishock members provide a cushioning effect.
