  • Patent number: 6308967
Abstract: A dual position hand truck includes a central frame having two side rails and a toe plate. Positioned at an upper end of the central frame is a U-shaped handle bar which has a hand gripping portion and two extended legs with castered wheels attached at their respective bottom ends. The handle bar is pivotally attached to the frame by a fixed shaft and a pair of support brackets. The support brackets also allow the extended legs to slide along their length. Attached to the support brackets is a spring biased locking bar which locks the handle bar against rotational movement relative to the frame.

  • Patent number: 6196797
Abstract: An electronic self-powered propeller governor driven off the aircraft engine includes a drive shaft which drives a hydraulic pump to produce pressurized oil to move a hydraulically controlled piston connected to the propeller blade for changing the blade pitch. A hydraulic control valve which controls the position of the piston includes a spool which is positioned within the drive shaft and supplies pressure to the piston for changing the pitch of the propeller blade. The drive shaft also drives an AC generator producing an electrical RPM signal which is supplied to a linear control circuit. A manually operated RPM control produces an electrical signal supplied to said linear control circuit which is compared with the RPM signal produced by the generator and in turn the linear control circuit signals an actuator.

  • Patent number: 5940996
Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a loader bucket which has a back bucket assembly, a front bucket assembly that pivotably mounts to the back bucket assembly forming an extension thereof in the closed position and an actuator for pivoting the front bucket assembly relative to the back bucket assembly. The front bucket assembly includes an ejector panel that is adapted to swing behind the front bucket assembly and through the back bucket assembly as the front bucket assembly is pivoted by the actuator relative to the back bucket assembly. As the ejector panel sweeps through the back bucket assembly it sweeps out of the back bucket assembly without dumping the back bucket assembly. The lower wall of the back bucket assembly is cylindrically contoured to closely clear the ejector panel as it sweeps through the back bucket assembly.
