Abstract: A cannula has a tubular body, an inflatable ring affixed within the tubular body adjacent proximal end thereof, and a valve connected to a channel extending to the inflatable ring. The valve is suitable for allowing a liquid to be passed into the inflatable ring from a syringe. The inflatable ring is expandable into the longitudinal channel when the liquid is introduced thereinto. The tubular body has an outer sleeve adjustably receiving an inner sleeve at the distal end of the tubular body. Numerical indicia are formed on the inner sleeve.
Abstract: A table umbrella apparatus has a base, a table affixed to the base, a canopy support by the base a distance above the table, and an air treating means positioned in the base for delivering a flow of air outwardly of the base. The air treating system includes a fan, a motor drivingly connected to the fan, a reservoir positioned in the base, and a pump cooperative with the water in the reservoir for passing a flow of water across air urged by the fan. An aspen wood intake filter is positioned in the base so that the air is urged by the fan across this intake filter.
Abstract: A multiphase motor includes a fixed part or stator energized by electric coils and a mobile part or rotor including N pairs of poles radially magnetized in alternate directions, N being not less than 4 while being other than a multiple of 3, and the stator including P×9 identical poles spaced apart by 40°/P, the stator poles being assembled consecutively by three so as to define a phase with a W-shaped circuit, assembling three consecutive stator poles, the central stator pole bearing the winding of the phase. At least one element for detecting the position of the rotor is arranged in a common stage with the stator poles, in a housing substantially equidistant between two consecutive stator poles not belonging to a common phase.
Abstract: A concrete reinforcing bar support has a base, a support structure extending upwardly from the base and a having a channel formed in an upper surface thereof, a first clamping structure affixed to the support structure on one side of the channel and second clamping structure affixed to the support structure on an opposite side of the channel. Each of the first and second clamping structures includes a first C-shaped member and a second C-shaped member extending flexibly upwardly from the support structure and facing in opposite directions. A cap is slidably affixed over these C-shaped members and the channel.
Abstract: The riding trainer structure includes a foundation, a drive motor, a first drive gear, a vertical rocker, a swinging seat frame, a second drive gear and a vertical guide set. The first drive gear is screwed onto the standing support, and a first drive wheel is eccentrically arranged at one side of the first drive gear. The bottom of the vertical rocker is screwed onto the foundation for horizontal swinging. A limit guide portion is placed at one side of the vertical rocker. The second drive gear driven by the first drive gear can rotate synchronously, and an eccentric second drive wheel of the second drive gear drives the vertical guide set, enabling the top of latch rod to drive the swinging seat frame vertically. The swinging amplitude of the vertical rocker could be changed to achieve better swinging strength and stability.
Abstract: The present invention has provided a method for fabricating a white-light organic light-emitting diode (OLED) which allows single emitting layers and micro-molecular materials to be formed on the substrate. The white-light OLED includes a white organic emitting layer, a first electrode nearby the first surface of white organic emitting layer, and a second electrode nearby the second surface of white organic emitting layer. The white organic emitting layer is formed by mixing organic light-emitting dyes of white light combination with a micro-molecular substrate via a solution manufacturing process.
