Abstract: An eternity band having a multi-stone circular setting in combination with gemstones or diamonds. The circular setting includes a plurality of U-shaped seats being connected in series to form a circular configuration; and each of the U-shaped seats form a seating area for receiving and mounting a gemstone therein. Each of the U-shaped seats include an inner U-shaped member and an outer U-shaped member. A plurality of the inner U-shaped members is connected in series to form an inner wall; and a plurality of the outer U-shaped members is connected in series to form an outer wall. Each of the inner and outer U-shaped members has two upstanding prongs which are shared with an adjacent U-shaped seat for holding adjacent gemstones so the side wall surfaces of adjacent gemstones touch each other and provide a continuous appearance. Each of the upstanding prongs are bent inwardly for engaging the side wall surfaces of two adjacent gemstones to keep the gemstones seated within the seating areas.

Abstract: A faucet aerator incorporating a flow compensator in order to allow higher flow rates of water at lower water pressures through the faucet aerator, including a faucet housing having an annular flow channel configured along a longitudinal axis through the faucet housing for the passing of water through the annular flow channel. The faucet housing includes a flow compensator sub-assembly connected to a spray sub-assembly for forming the faucet aerator.

Abstract: A pillow in the form of a stuffed toy or 3-dimensional character toy having two headphone speakers on the ears of the toy. The stuffed toy pillow includes a head with ears and eyes, a body, arms and legs. The toy includes means for connection to an audio player. The connection means includes a plug receptacle for receiving and electrically connecting to an outlet plug of the audio player. The head of the toy includes a pair of headphones disposed on the ears of the toy; wherein the headphones include outwardly facing speakers. The speakers are electrically connected to the plug receptacle for allowing a user to listen to sound from the audio player through the headphone speakers. The body of the toy is used as a pillow for receiving a user's head thereon to listen to sound or music from the audio player.

Abstract: The present invention provides specific methods of using and administering etanercept to improve cognitive function in a human, for both the treatment and prevention of cognitive impairment, or, alternatively, to enhance cognitive function including Alzheimer's Disease, Idiopathic Dementia, and Traumatic Brain Injury. The methods of the present invention include the perispinal administration of etanercept. For the purposes of this patent “perispinal” is to be considered as referring to “perispinal extrathecal;” therefore direct intrathecal administration is excluded. Perispinal administration leads to enhanced delivery of etanercept to the brain in a therapeutically effective amount, via the vertebral venous system and/or the cerebrospinal fluid. Delivery of etanercept to the brain utilizing the methods of the present invention includes the use of the vertebral venous system to deliver etanercept to the brain via retrograde venous flow.

Abstract: A multi-function pliers for installing various hanging light fixtures and electrical connections needed for the installation of the hanging light fixtures. The multi-function pliers includes a pivot pin member; first and second movable jaw members rotatably mounted about the pivot pin member; and a pair of first and second movable handles detachably connected to the first and second movable jaw members, respectively, for pivotal movement of the first and second handles relative to the pivot pin member. Each of the first and second movable jaw members includes an interior side wall and an exterior side wall. Each of the interior side walls includes a recess aperture therein; each of the recess apertures are for detachably receiving a wire cutter member therein; and the wire cutter members cooperate to form a wire cutter assembly. Each of the wire cutter members includes a plurality of different sized cutters, respectively, for cutting and stripping electrical wire.

Abstract: A decorative door covering for a door, the door having a first door side, a second door side, a top side and a bottom side. The decorative door covering includes a first cover panel having a first exterior side, a first interior side, a first top edge and a first bottom edge; the first interior side for covering the first door side; and a second cover panel having a second exterior side, a second interior side, a second top edge and a second bottom edge; the second interior side for covering the second door side. The decorative door covering also includes a connector strip for connecting each of the first and second top edges of the first and second cover panels, respectively, in order to allow the connector strip to be placed on the top side of the door in order to hang each of the first and second cover panels on the opposed first and second door sides of the door.

Abstract: An improved mounting bracket for use in attaching curtain rods in conjunction with an upper beam of a standard blind bracket mounting device of a blind assembly. The mounting bracket is slidably mounted on the upper beam of the blind assembly and prevents the blind assembly from falling out of the blind bracket mounting device. The mounting brackets include first and second bracket housings having joint first and second seam sections for forming first and second holding wall clip members, respectively. The first holding wall member includes a pair of spaced-apart outer first and inner second holding prong members being integrally connected to an exterior first wall surface. The third holding wall member includes a pair of spaced-apart outer third and inner fourth holding prong members being integrally connected to an exterior third wall surface.

Abstract: A tee-ball server apparatus for conducting batting practice wherein the apparatus supplies a ball to a ball receiving seat member so the batter may swing a bat in order to hit the ball. The tee-ball server apparatus includes a movable rod having the ball receiving seat member thereon, with the movable rod being movable between a retracted position and an extended position within a server housing. The tee-ball server apparatus further includes a worm gear assembly for driving the movable rod between the retracted position and the extended position for receiving a ball on the ball receiving seat member to be hit; and a ball supply chute assembly is disposed adjacent to the server housing for supplying balls to the ball receiving seat member on the movable rod for the batter to hit the ball.
