  • Patent number: 7509990
Abstract: The present invention is a garage door shade assembly to be used in conjunction with an overhead, garage door that moves on tracks from open to closed position. The shade is frameless and it upper edge is affixed to the lowest edge of the garage door. When the shade is retracted, the lower edge of the shade is removable secured to an upper boundary of the lowest garage door panel. When the shade is extended, that lower edge is released from its association with the upper boundary of the lowest garage door panel, and the door is raised the desired level. Finally, the lower edge of the shade can be secured in its vertical position by associating it with the tracks of the door.

  • Patent number: 7476097
Abstract: The present invention provides a clay extruder having a reinforced plunger for shaping clay into desired patterns having a hollow core. The extruder has a screw disposed within a sleeve, a reinforced plunger located on the screw and inside the sleeve, a handle located on the screw and outside of the sleeve, an adaptor disk for forming a hollow core, and a perforated extrusion disk opposite the insertion of the screw into the sleeve. As the plunger pushes clay out the sleeve, an o-ring around the plunger prevents clay from leaking back, and the adaptor disk for forming a hollow core and a perforated disk mold the clay into a desired pattern with a hollow core.

  • Patent number: 7416400
Abstract: The present invention provides a clay extruder having a reinforced plunger for shaping clay into desired patterns. The extruder has a screw disposed within a sleeve, a reinforced plunger located on the screw and inside the sleeve, a handle located on the screw and outside of the sleeve, and a perforated disk opposite the insertion of the screw into the sleeve. The handle is used to turn the screw and move the plunger through the sleeve. As the plunger pushes clay out the sleeve, an o-ring around the plunger prevents clay from leaking back, and a perforated disk molds the clay into a desired pattern. Metal construction and a thicker side of the plunger allow the extruder to be subjected to high amounts of torque and pressure without damage or failure.

  • Patent number: 7162938
Abstract: The present invention is an attachment that fits onto the head of a wrench to magnetically hold a nut. The attachment has a magnetized surface and a side surface to friction fit onto a wrench. Fit is further improved by magnetizing the side surface. By holding the nut, the attachment allows for operation of a wrench in restrictive spaces where manual holding of the nut would be impossible or impracticable. Making side surfaces of the attachment out of plastic allows the attachment to adapt to different sizes of wrench heads. A hole in the attachment allows a bolt to pass through the attachment as it passes through the nut.
