Abstract: Utilization of the E-Metro Community and Personal Information Agents assure an effective and comprehensive agent-rule based command and control of informational assets in a networked computer environment. The concerns of informational privacy and informational self-determination are addressed squarely by the invention affording persons and entities a trusted means to author, secure, search, process, and exchange personal and/or confidential information in a networked computer environment. The formation of trusted electronic communities wherein members command and control their digital persona, exchanging or brokering for value the trusted utility of their informational assets is made possible by the invention. The present invention provides for the trusted utilization of personal data in electronic markets, providing both communities and individuals aggregate and individual rule-based control of the processing of their personal data.

Abstract: A consumable bitumen packaging compound including at least one packaging material/s, such as polymers, plastics and extenders and the like, used in combination with the bituminous material and a metal, either pure in powder form or in the form of salt or oxide, that is physically and/or chemically combined with the polymer material, so that the density of the packaging material is adjusted to prevent the material from floating to the surface of the molten material after melting. The components of the packaging are preferably selected such that they are compatible with the bitumen. After transport and storage, the packaging material can therefore be directly incorporated into the bitumen product for final use, such that the formation of a polymer skin accumulating at the surface of the molten material is largely avoided.
Abstract: Electrical structures and devices may be formed and include an organic passivating layer that is chemically bonded to a silicon-containing semiconductor material to improve the electrical properties of electrical devices. In different embodiments, the organic passivating layer may remain within finished devices to reduce dangling bonds, improve carrier lifetimes, decrease surface recombination velocities, increase electronic efficiencies, or the like. In other embodiments, the organic passivating layer may be used as a protective sacrificial layer and reduce contact resistance or reduce resistance of doped regions. The organic passivation layer may be formed without the need for high-temperature processing.
