If the pipe is configured so that t (thickness)/D (outer diameter)<0.3, then an axial distance from the connecting head end to the back face of the annular flange is 0.38D to 0.6D, a spherical radius of the seat surface is 0.45D to 0.65D, the annular flange outer diameter is 1.2D to 1.4D, and an inner peripheral surface of the head has a substantially flat cylindrical surface or a conical surface. If the pipe is configured so that t (thickness)/D (outer diameter)?0.3, then the axial distance from the connecting head end to the back face of the annular flange is 0.38D to 0.7D.

A tape-support also is provided on a longitudinal end of the lid at a side of at least one of the inlet and outlet portions. The tape-support of the lid is slanted to contact an outer surface of the wire harness. The wire harness is disposed between the tape-supports of the lid and the main body casing. A tape is wound around the tape-supports of the main body casing and the lid to secure these portions to the wire harness.

The comparator (37) compares potentials and applies a logic output signal to the latch circuit (38), and the latch circuit (38) in response to output of the comparator, instructs the charge/discharge device to perform a charge or discharge operation to charge or discharge the capacitor so as to allow a potential at a second output terminal to come close to a potential at a first output terminal or a potential at a designated node in a loop filter of the PLL circuit.
