Abstract: A device for destruction-free testing of ferromagnetic component walls with respect to elongate defects has a sending transducer that excites ultrasound waves in a wall area of a ferromagnetic component wall magnetized in a predetermined direction of magnetization. The ultrasound waves propagate on a path oriented by the sending transducer. A receiving transducer receives the ultrasound waves at a spacing from the sending transducer. The configuration of the sending transducer and a high frequency emitted by the sending transducer, which high frequency is to be determined based on a thickness of the ferromagnetic component wall, are selected so as to effect excitation of horizontal shear waves of higher order. The path orientation is selected at a slant angle to the predetermined direction of magnetization. The receiving transducer is positioned lateral to the path and is oriented toward a predetermined testing area of the wall section in the path.

Abstract: A liquid aspirator, in particular for liquids containing solids such as sludge, has a receptacle into which liquid can be sucked in by an aspirator motor through a vacuum connector and from which the liquid can drain through a drainage. The receptacle has at least two separate receiving chambers and a control that controls that the receiving chambers are filled alternatingly with liquid while the receiving chambers that are not being filled are drained. Abstract: A water pump with a housing that has a pump housing part provided with an intake opening and an outlet opening and a motor housing part. An impeller with a shaft is rotatably arranged in the pump housing part. An electric motor is received in the motor housing part. The electric motor is an electronically commutated motor with a rotor and coils. In the housing, control and governing electronics for the electric motor are arranged that have a speed detection, a processor, and a data storage device. The electronics are arranged in the motor housing part and potted therein in a water-tight way. An integrated BUS control module is provided. The control electronics and the governing electronics can be arranged separate from one another on different circuit boards.
Abstract: For arranging an air mass meter at a flow channel, the flow channel has a housing section with a flange surrounding a receiving opening for the air mass meter. The air mass meter has a socket with a contact surface that is facing the flange. Fasteners are provided that attach the socket on the housing section. The socket and the housing section have elements for positioning the air mass meter free of play relative to a flow direction of a fluid flow that is guided in the flow channel.

Abstract: A control device for operating a machine has a control unit with at least one actuating unit to which actuators and sensors are connected for operating the machine. The control unit has a bus line for transmitting control commands from an operating part to the actuating device. A plug connection between the operating part and the control unit is provided.
