Abstract: A trash can closure cover to be used in place of existing lids to provide a resilient collapsible cover on the trash can that can be easily removed and retained thereon. The trash can closure defines a flexible sheet cover configuration to be resiliently retained temporarily over the open end of the receptacle trash can container that will be retracted and collapsed on itself as it is removed.

Abstract: This invention is directed to chess pieces for playing chess, more specifically to large three dimensional game pieces that are associated with outdoor game playing surfaces in which oversize game pieces are physically moved about a board representation that the player actually walks on. Each of the game pieces has a plurality of radially positioned interconnected panel elements which are removably secured to a support base and are collapsible upon one another after use for storage and transportation.

Abstract: A measuring device for use with powered table saws and related equipment. The measuring device provides for a quick and easy determination and setting of cutting blade height on power equipment in a workshop. The device has a support cylindrical sleeve base with a height indicator slidably received therewithin. Incremental indicia on said height indicator relates to the portion of the blade above the work engagement surface of the tool by direct engagement therewith and the proportional distance of the height indicator extending above the cylinder sleeve base.

Abstract: A programmable electronic controller that provides multiple command and control instruction for an air curtain being integrated therewith. The controller includes operational controls for fan speed, time adjustment duration including time delay, start time, stop time with internal selectable timer clock provisions. The temperature imputable parameters for on demand heat and a variety of remote sensing and actuation output and input provisions.

Abstract: An airflow treatment and regulation device for internal combustion engines that stabilizes inlet airflow characteristics before induction into a fuel metering and mixing device. The air stabilization device provides a non-restrictive honeycomb treatment element through which inlet combustion air must pass before entering the carburetor. The honeycomb element eliminates air turbulence and creates a co-adhesive straight line co-planar inlet airflow.

Abstract: A bowling game table having a game lane surface with oppositely disposed ball return gutters, multiple ball engagement shoes are movably positioned transversely at one end thereof with a plurality of pins set up at the other end thereof. An independent playing cue selectively registerable through and aligned with said ball engagement shoes. Selective ball positioning on the game lane within said ball engagement shoes before launch towards the pins by engagement with said cue.

Abstract: A wound dressing bandage having an integral support and adhesive carrying body with a central absorbent dressing pad for positioning over a skin wound. The support and adhesive body member has a tough flexible resilient sheet defining a perimeter band about the dressing pad. An engagement tab extends beyond the perimeter for frangible release and removal of the release sheet during application.

Abstract: An adjustable knee brace for immobilization of a patient's knee in multiple adjustment angular inclinations for use in therapeutic applications. The knee brace has a sheet of cushion material which is adapted to be wrapped about and secured to the patient's leg by a pair of interconnected rigid upper and lower leg engagement plates and associated straps. The leg engagement plates are determined to be registerably engaged against the medial aspect of the leg above and below the knee and have adjustable articulated locking interconnecting hinge and pivot fitting assemblies extending therebetween for both saggital and frontal plane brace adjustment. An independent knee engagement pad provides knee stabilization in cooperation with leg engagement plates.

Abstract: A method for playing a casino card game which utilize a standard deck of playing cards containing numbered cards 2–10 and face cards; jack, queen, king and ace, ace being high. A playing surface is used for multiple players and a dealer. Each player position has three card receiving dock areas and corresponding wager playing areas thereon and a bonus wagering area. Three wagers are placed and a first card is dealt face down to each player. A second card is dealt to each player face up and wherein one of the equal wagers can be withdrawn by the player. Each player has their face down card turned over by the dealer and is dealt a last card face up. If the last card ranks or falls between the displayed cards in the player's hand is then a winner and a pay-off is made depending on card spread sequence. A double down doubling of wager option is also available during card play in which all wagers still remaining on the playing surface are doubled and the player receives a replacement card for the first card dealt.

Abstract: An ankle and foot orthosis brace for use in supporting, immobilizing and correction of physical anomalies associated with a patient's ankle or foot. The brace is of a multi-part construction having a generally L-shaped configuration with a contoured upper leg support and a foot support portion interconnected by a multi-planar adjustment hinge and bi-lateral bearing assemblies there between. A foot pad with apertured tabs extending there from being part of the foot portion with adjustable fabric fasteners extending from the foot portion and the leg portion securing the brace to the patient's leg and foot.

Abstract: A mail box access replacement cover assembly for use on existing and new masonry mounted mail boxes having a mail box and newspaper insert. A two-part adjustable assembly is secured on the masonry support surface aligned to overlie the mail box and newspaper tube openings respectively. A decorative replacement access door for the mail box and paper receiving tube are respectively secured to the assembly by decorative cover fill plate selectively positioned therebetween.

Abstract: A seat and shoulder belt protective cushion configuration for use in motor vehicles and the like. The cushion has pairs of elongated cushion extension arms extending from a central body member and a removable vertically disposed cushion portion that extends to provide shoulder belt displacement preventative element above the co-planar top edge surface of the respective upper cushion arm extensions for a child. The protective cushion is positioned between the occupant and a seat belt assembly securely restraining the occupant in place in the motor vehicle.

Abstract: An intravenous catheter retainment device for use on young children and babies that supports and overlies a portion of the forearm and hand having an inserted intravenous needle therewithin. An overlying portion of said cover is of a stretchable see through netting that conforms to the hand and lower forearm securely holding it in place on a rigid support board. The netting allows for visual inspection of the IV site and is releasably secured to the support board for ease of selected access thereto.

Abstract: A flashlight holder and safety illumination indicator locator for selectively holding a flashlight with a visual guidance element integrated within. The safety flashlight holder includes a one-piece housing having a resilient flashlight body engagement bracket with independent gripping arms and a vertically spaced flashlight end engagement cup extending from the housing. A luminescent insert disk defines the visual locator providing safety access to the flashlight and orientation of the flashlight holder there within.

Abstract: A collapsible protective cover for the trunk of a motor vehicle that extends from the trunk and therebeyond to protect an individual from environmental elements while accessing the trunk. Self-contained telescopically extensible self-supporting multiple panel configurations with individual flexible side flaps can be easily and quickly deployed from inside the open trunk lid to provide a temporary cover for the trunk and the user as they remove or replace items in the trunk for a short period of time.

Abstract: A multi-purpose combination hand tool useful for maintaining and attachment of horse shoes has two pivotally interengagement jaw members that define a number of user specific tool elements therebetween in a single tool configuration. The hand tool can be used as a shoe puller, nipping tool, nail clincher and nail puller as well as a hammer and hoof pick.

Abstract: A folding knife that provides for a self-opening action as is drawn from the pocket of a user. The knife has a hinged knife blade positioned to be folded into a handle portion for storage when not in use. A blade opening element is mounted on the closed exposed edge of the blade adjacent the handle portion and extends both transversely and longitudinally from the blade so as to be engageable with a portion of the pocket when it is to be retrieved therefrom or by manual manipulation by the user.

Abstract: A truck ladder assembly for attachment to the underside of a truck trailer bed having a deployable ladder portion slidable from a folded storage position to an extended operational position in which the ladder portion defines a landing in spaced extended relation from the truck bed with extensible hand rails extending there from. The truck ladder is selectively secured to the underside of the trailer bed allowing for multiple repositioning and deployment of the ladder assembly.

Abstract: A visual display consisting of multiple transparent sheets of material in which a color separated image component is reproduced inside each of the optically transparent sheets and are illuminated by a selective discernible light source about the receiving edges of the respective sheets. The sheets are positioned in spaced overlying relationship to one another with aligned image components viewable therefore as a single composite image. The discernible light source can be selectively sequenced to produce light in the range of the respective primary visual colors beyond that of the primary colors from which it is derived on independent sheets.
